Information reaching me from a reliable source confirmed that the recruitment will be cancelled due some political issues. One of the reason they stated is that the previous GMD isnt suppose to conduct a recruitment exercise in his terminal year.

"USE YOUR HEAD" this phrase has stuck with me for years now, i by chance was watching nickelodeon some years back and it had this youngsters at a recreational park going through a contest( a reality TV) in groups (this must have caught my attention), every of their tasks was timed and in stages, but they lost whenever they can't keep to time. a little boy, a representative of a particular group was to solve a puzzle that would take his group to the next stage (gulder ultimate search comes to mind), all tasks was completed in groups. several unsure suggestions were coming from his team members, he applied each suggestions but none worked, time was ticking fast, the more he listened to them the more confused they all got, other teams has left them behind afar off. someone from his team just screamed, "USE YOUR HEAD" at this statement, the young folk then focused on himself and in 5 seconds he solved the tough puzzle and they proceeded to the next phase. I nodded and learnt a lesson.

Listen to people's advice (its the wisest thing to do) but when uncertainties is the order of the day, learn to "USE YOUR HEAD" i.e with the level of knowledge, exposure and I.Q wey u get, you sef reason the matter, you sef get capacity for the rigth answers too (predictive in this case)

dont be too vulnerable that every theory/"sauces" here bugs your mind, you sef predictively reason am based on the few facts available to you.

By the time APL lands no one would take advantage of our uncertainty (ignorance as touching the state of things concerning APL) to confidently tell us "cooked up" stories to bother our minds, their time is fast running out. Hasten up and drop more while it lasts.

One of the reasons that I am happy that there was a fallout between Rochas and APC is because there would be minimal, if no interference from influential figures like Rochas.

Now that PDP has our state in an APC government, we can assume that the best candidates will be selected.

ENGINEERING has the highest slot( I know 100% infact that is the only thing I am sure of in this exercise),it is dumb to think otherwise ( btw I didn't call you dumb )
Operators(Engineers)are the main reason for this recruitment,they call every other profession/course of study support. Y'all should get off your high horse what do you think they do in Nnpc Coding and programming? Engineers are their major concerns ( might take 50% slot in the no of GT) and the they are trained on some IT applications relevant to their job.

What kind of yeye argument is this sef

Apologies to anyone who has tried to contact me via pm. I used my primary email to register here and I am still interested in staying anonymous as long as Nairaland is concerned.

I don't go looking for info, I get it cos someone directly related to me works in NNPC and has been for a considerable long number of years and he gives me updates as he gets- largely from reliable sources.

When I said payment for people from 11th were being processed, it was cos the person that processed mine called him immediately he saw my name and he was able to link it with him. Nothing mega.

I have still not seen the money. Can you imagine?

What I am sure of from what he has told me recently is that the process has been concluded.

I know someone in HR but he has little or no information as the very few times I have tried to ask him for updates, he couldn't give. We are very close- if he knows, he'll tell. That he's not telling is cos the goings-on are shared on a 'need-to-know' basis.

When would successful candidates be contacted? Barring all last minute changes, next week. I was told an actual date but NNPC is a government entity. These things can change cos someone somewhere with influence decides to do anything.

Oh! The few times I have asked about link BTW APL and TP, same story: NO LINK.

CBT scores may have also be used for aggregation. MAY is the emphatic word here.
