Vidic and Ferdinand won the EPL last in 2013, qualified for the 2009 and 2010 UCL finals too and they hadn't their best years in that circle?

I personally love Solskjaer to death because of what he did in 99 but as a coach I seriously have big doubts about his ability. When you look at the United coaching bench you see Solskjaer,Carrick,Phelan and McKenna. Do they look like a team of coaches that can really turn a game around??
