I like the way u analys the factor and solution of problems in a company that appreciated modern knowledge and skills. After my Nysc 2015 I got a job in Bedc April 2016 which they place me as a contract staff for a period of 6 years and 8 month. When we got a new MD at September 2022, he now decide to convert the outsource staff to permanent staff. on the process of converting, 43 of the staff were remove a replace with a new staff. which was done by some of the top staff in the company. My own though how could some one swap people with 7 years and above experience for a new one. Because there was no job security. I was part of the 43 staff that was drop. Actually i have dated both the rich and the poor girls but one thing i observe is individual reasoning and understanding.
