please help me with the fees from application to the school fees . so i can plan with my budject against next years. thanks [quote author=Ikechukwu09 post=49846035]This is a serious case with the academic system in Nigeria. Sincerely, it needs be reviewed. However, some universities, like the Federal University of petroleum resources effurun, have top-up programmes that would help polytechnic graduates with engineering background. Many people here have explained why it is better to get a first degree before pursuing a masters degree. I agree that it may be the best bet given that you may not know where the deficit may rear its ugly head in future. I have reproduced the relevant information for the programme below. You can check out the university's website for more information. Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified candidates for admission into the POST – HND Programme of the College of Technology, Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun for the 2015/2016 Academic Session. (A) OBJECTIVE The programme is aimed at strengthening and upgrading the academic background of holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering Discipline, so as to improve their engineering competence, efficiency and managerial skills on their jobs, as well as to ensure that their industrial productivity is enhanced. The Programme leads to the award of Bachelor of Engineering (B. ENG) Degree in any of the following Engineering Disciplines: (i) Chemical Engineering (ii) Electrical and Electronics Engineering (iii) Marine Engineering (iv) Mechanical Engineering (v) Petroleum Engineering (B) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS Applicants must possess the following requirements in order to be eligible for admission into the Programme. (1) 5 Credit level passes at the O/Level in the SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE (or its equivalent) in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language and any other science subject ( from Biology, Agricultural science, Further mathematics or Technical drawing) (2) A minimum of pass level (LOWER CREDIT) at HND (in any of the above stated disciplines with CGPA of 2.5 and above. (C) DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME The minimum duration of the Programme is three academic calendar years. A calendar year in this sense consists of two semesters of weekend classes. (D) METHOD OF APPLICATION Click Here To Apply For any inquiries on payment, please contact info@fupre.edu.ng or 09020681064 and 08069365637 for inquiries on the programme. gimakon:alrite if may say lagos is a very good location to site an hotel, now determines of the area that it will site may determine a focast cash that can be spend. imagen the price of land in this location : ikoyi, lekki, vi, ajax that are close to road, while some other area are not advice able. but in Apapa, i doubt if he can get land there but very sure he could get building close to road like two or three and build a something unique that is not within the environment and i tell you he will smile to his account within some years if he has good manager. but for advise take a visit to some of the hotel around some local government and feed your eye to have inside of recent design. emoney has a hotel in apapa call charity, and the place is doing well. so do your feasibility study, and udukwa has hotel in almost every localgov. in lag and he is making it. imaging just one person has more than 15 hotel in within Ajeromi ifelodun, and Apapa. and all is hotel is doing fine. visit has many hotel and after all your research you will have good structure plan to follow. |

ammyluv2002:For those who are still making excuses for this administration that the drop in oil price is the reason why they can't perform should know this administration is actually generating more revenue than the previous administration Okay, let's look at it together 1. During the previous administration fuel was sold at #87 per litre and also subsidy was still on, it was argued in the build up to election that there was nothing like subsidy, but later realized past administration was actually paying subsidy. This administration is no longer paying subsidy but fuel is at #145 that alone has evened-out the difference between when fuel was being sold at #145 per barrel and now that is #40 per barrel. # MuchIncomeToFund2016Budget 2. Past administration did not see any reason why they should introduce stamp duty charges on the already impoverished Nigerians, but this administration had earlier introduced stamp duty charges of #50 on every deposit and withdrawal from a current account, as a matter of fact some banks (e.g. FCMb) had already introduced stamp duty charges on savings account whenever one receives fund into his or her savings account from a current account, this generates another sort of income to this administration. # StopUsingOurMoneyToImportGrass 3. During the immediate past administration, we all enjoyed a fair price on kerosene at #53 per litre, but now kerosene is sold for #200 per litre and nobody is saying anything # ThisAdministrat ionIsMakingMoney 4. In the past, excise and custom duties were fair enough that small businesses could still be in business, but now they can no longer strive in business due to high charges on excise duty and custom duties introduced by this present administration, Hence more income for this administration. # ThisAdministrationShouldBeResp onsibleForOnce . 5. The previous administration did not see any reason why they should introduce 45% increase in electricity tariff, but now we are paying more for darkness. # GodIsWatching. 6. I totally agree that a lot of things went wrong under GEJ watch, corruption was at its peak, still same now though, those who looted public funds went scot-free, but we are also made to understand that this present administration has made concerted effort in recovering some looted funds, but we are yet to feel the impact # PleaseLetTheMoneyCirculate. 7. The number of ministries in this present administration has been reduced considerably as compared to what we use to have before now, the money they are saving from this, what are they using it for? #OilRevenueShoul dNotBeTheOnlySourceOfRevenueToFundBudget 8. Time will fail me to mention the Treasury Single Account (TSA), so why are they still complaining no money to fund budget previous administration did not explore these options, yet life was a bit better for the common man, they kept telling Nigerians to be patient when there are no policies on ground that will bring the promised change. This is my personal opinion and i am entitle to it. But for those who are still making excuses for this administration for not performing, I think it's time we told them truth so they could focused. # StopThisBackAndForthMovementInPolicyMaking # NoMoreExcuses , # StopBeingClueless , # ShowWorking, #StopFollowingLikeAFool |
