Business › Re: How Banks And Bankers Are Getting Richer Through Foolish Dead Husbands by klufs(m): 6:10am On Jul 22, 2019 |
In this day and age, no one can keep a secret account any more, everything is connected to the BVN. Unless the fund is illicit then the owner would have to take deliberate steps to keep it unconnected to his/her BVN. Once your BVN or even one account is known at any bank, all the accounts connected to the owner will be known. Also, next of kin has nothing to do with who gets the money, it is the administrators on the letter of administration or Executors as stated in the will. This thing your saying used to happen, but BVN solved it. It can only happen when the family is not exposed at all. Some people have valid reasons for hiding their money from their spouses. Some wives will give you their family Bill. I'm not married, but from experience with girlfriends, I see valid reasons to keep money away. |

Graduateacher: May God protect you all Timi
Calling all human rights organization to stand with the Dakolos, if there's any way we can be of help, protesting and anything your family needs in this trying time Timi please let us know, I pledge my support. Professional protester. Why not let the law take it's course. Have you people ever stopped to think, assuming thr pastor is innocent as the law even assumes him to be, what will be his compensation after his image has been this rubbished. Will you protest to restore his image? Everyone talks about the trauma of rape victims. What about the trauma of those falsely accused of rape, wallowing in prison without trial, some for over 5yrs. What about their trauma? If you know how the judicial system works, you should know that being accused of rape without money can keep a man out of circulation for 5months least. You all pray to have sons too, what if it was your son that was accused with this kind of flimsy story? The only thing that has kept this pastor is his money, are you sure your brother or son will have this kind of money assuming it comes? And it may come, cos karma na b..ch. |

Is it a relationship or trade by barter? I wonder the difference between these girls and the ones that actually stand on the street. |

pawesome: This is the sweetest thing ever...
But very soon, governors will hijack it as they will want their right wing man to be LG chairman and that's all True but the right wing man must be prepared to explain how the money was spent, bearing in mind that he has no immunity. Unlike the Governor, His signature may hunt him immediately. When the hammer falls on some scapegoats, the others will learn. No matter what this is a good move. |

Mcslize: Your own don be. Bro, sell two cuz now everyone now sees laptops as a symbol of fraud. So, anyone with a laptop who doesn't go to work from 6 to 6 is now a fraudstar.
This is becoming a myopic mentality from the majority of people. On the contrary, it is now a trend that anyone that behaves that way is into yahoo. Thus, should be investigated |

They already shared it amongst themselves and who’s the real yahooboys? Have you been to their offices or asked to see the places where those cars are kept? Keep saying what you don't know |

Don’t get it twisted folks.
Naira Marley no dey go jail. EFCC don already tell am to deny the lappy. His case will be dismissed for lack of merit as long as no oyinbo come forward to testify say Naira Marley steal him credit card details. Dammycrane who was also arrested in the United States of all places for credit card fraud was released not to talk of naija that is corrupt.
Go ask for street, yahoo boys no dey go jail as long as there is an option of fine. I don't believe you know what your saying. Under AFF Act, possession of false document alone is 7years imprisonment. Is very easy to prove that is why more than half the time your lawyer will advice plea bargain. |

safarigirl: This is Nigeria
If she has any sense, she won't go to court.
Nigerian laws do not consider rape victims and neither does the society at large.
If a man rapes you in Nigeria, you're on your own. If this were some other country though, I can assure you, where she was as at the time of her rape will not take much away from the case. I beg to differ. There is nothing wrong with Nigerian law with respect to rape, just the process of investigation and gathering of evidence. Moreso, the evil women that cry wolf for the purpose of blackmail have actually given the wolves 'the shield of doubt ' which they use against the actual victims. Women are the authors of their problem, not men |

safarigirl: She can.
She has.
Today's generation has normalized being in a man's house at ungodly hours, and the courts do nor care what time.
If you were in a car at 2am and you got robbed, will someone ask what you were doing at that time? Does the time matter when you were robbed? Does it take away the fact that you were robbed?
Will someone say, you deserve to be robbed for entering a car at 2am?
Goodjoe, I need you to not be this shallow.
I don't even subscribe to being at any man's house at 7PM sef, but it doesn't take anything away from a crime, and as it stands, this guy has not exonerated himself.
His story has too many holes and I won't believe it, just like I didn't believe Shola Fapson when she claimed she was raped by the Taxify driver.
Some stories are too messy to be believed Have you heard of beyond reasonable doubts in criminal cases? Especially the one of this nature. That poser asked a very reasonable question, what was she doing In a man's house by that time, to watch film Abi? Every man should bear the natural or probable consequence of his action. You go to a guy's house at that time and intend to prove to which court that sex was not going to be I'm the picture when you set out for the journey. I know the guy's story is faulty, but that guy is going to be held on the strength of the girl's story not the weakness of his. I tell you from experience, stronger rape allegations have failed in court. This one must fail. Mark my words |

Princeofasia: u are arresting them for what exactly? the only time you have right to arrest them is if the maga lays a police report that he or she was scammed. any yahoo boy wey sabi himself will messup any efcc official that arrest him. yes he scammed but you have to provided the person he scammed for the case to be valid. besides you have no right to arrest someone because he has items you term fetish. nigeria is a country with liberty and fredom to any releigion u feel like choosing. what law said worshipping juju and having fetish items is a crime. ok what if you found bibles or koran there, will u call it fetish items? btw, i am not religious and hate anything religion. just stating facts Are you sure of all what you just said? Have you ever heard of possession of document containing false information? Is punishable under the Lagos State Criminal Law and the Advanced Fee Fraud and Other Related Offences Act (which is applicable throughout the federation) It need not be proved that you in fact scammed anybody to be liable under that section. Actually defrauding a victim is a different crime on its own. |
