Manfromlasvegas:God go still punish you. Apologist of evil. |
Children of hate, frustrations and perdition that have been very happy about the current situation of things saying it is only affecting Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Can you all see your miserable lives outside?! Dumb fools and enemies of the country. Brainwashed swines everywhere. Spits on y'all, lovers of anything that will bring negative effects to sane, honest and hardworking Nigerians. Anything they support is always negative and ending in chaos as long as they think it's against their perceived 'enemy'.. Dumbos.
I think you should apportion more of that saliva dripping from your mouth, to the incompetent and wicked government, who over the years have groomed the “children of hate” by being the worse government ever and just consolidated their position in the past week. But oh! You can’t because it’s an APC government that was practically brought to us by the current APC candidate. He has been a leader of the party for over 7years and had unfettered access to the President to proffer his wonderful from the wisdom and the wealth of experience he claims to have, but he did not. He watched us suffer, now he wants to separate himself from the mess he created while hoping we forget he is part of the mess. You are a greater “dumbo”, because rather than address the players as the people in charge, you chose to target and abuse the spectators for how they’re cheering. |

AroOkigbo:The process of mining vital minerals used to produce solar panels is very dirty and destructive to the earth. |
Biglittlelois:Even though the OP hasn’t entirely captured the concept, I believe what the OP meant to say was that unlike in statutory marriages (that is done in the registry or licensed place of worship in accordance with English custom) where romantic/sexual relationship between any of the parties and a 3rd party could give rise to a relief in court and a ground for dissolution, same does not apply to marriages under our custom. More specifically, in many customs in Africa, the existence of a romantic relationship between an already married man and a 3rd party (woman) does not necessarily affect the foundation of the marriage or give rise to an actionable relief in law. The man can even go ahead to marry or ratify his position with the other woman. In Africa, a woman leaving a man on the ground of infidelity is more like leaving him for lack of money. It’s rational to leave, but it’s not codified anywhere as a known ground. |
QuickStandard:You mean let them destroy other people’s things because of their own personal decision. Great ![]() |
dettolgel:Thank you for the recognition. It means my reputation as your tormentor precedes me. Now assuming I’m a demon, you need to realize that I am of a higher station than a “self eating wizard” like you. Also, Who said I was advising you? I don’t have time to advise people that have borrowed their brains to dogs |
dettolgel:You just typed long line of rubbish, obviously showed you did not read anything I said but just want to comment because you thought I’m against IPOB, which is very customary of your people with your herd, dependent mentality. Like I said, I am very happy with the activities of IPOB, at least they’re exposing that majority of easterners are not that wise after all. Just remain there and when you guys run out from your soon to be poverty stricken region, remember that your rational for your economic suicide was that the FG failed to feed you or lock your doors at night. You retard. |
I love IPOB. So long as they confine whatever they’re doing to the Southeast and not venture into the South-South. It’s obvious touts, hooligans and jobless failures only ruled by their envy for others have taken over the street of the southeast under the guise of freedom fight. Now the ordinary citizens are just as fearful of the likelihood loosing their entire life’s worth to their freedom brothers more than their external enemies. Plus, who told IPOB that the sit at home will affect the Fulani, or their politicians. The Figures we’ve seen from the VAT issue should be enough for them to know that their state governments depend more on Federal allocations than IGR. Thus, their flexing continues and the sit at home does not affect them or the allowances of regular politicians by even a bit. It only affects the hard working daily earners. Like I said, I love them, so long as they keep it to the Southeast. |
Zooposki:Again you are shifting the goalpost to a hypothetical scenario to help the narrative. It is in the same realm of logic if I say “ I don’t pity women that are physically abused by their husbands because they would have done worse if given the power”. To justify it I will refer you to the stats of brutal maltreatment of maids by women or how they treat people under their control. |
descarado:And their wives will care for this children with their hard earned money and sweat? Are you equating having a family outside with having another man’s child foisted on you without your knowledge and consent? Na wah! |
Zooposki:And how many children have men fraudulently brought home for the wife to take care of without the wife’s knowledge and consent. Keep shifting the goalpost. |
sapphiere:Courts don't uphold terms of illegal agreements cos there are not binding. Sex for money is illegal. |
ethicallyright:With all the beautiful things you've seen, it is still difficult to do business there as you move against all the known factors of production as you know them and more like Task Force(s), Police Force, Electricity, access to incentives and patronage based on political alignment. It is still a very difficult place make it without politics. |
All I see is a mixture of greed and ignorance. I am not vast in Ghanian law but I know in Nigeria, the fact that a foreigner has conducted business for a long time does not make it legal or not liable to be closed if found wanting. In Nigeria, a foreigner can only conduct business in Nigeria through a company partly owned by a Nigerian (even by 1 percent). That way a Nigerian has an interest in it and it can't be closed unless if it breaches any other law that affects even Nigerians. All a foreigner needs is a proper resident permit to stay in the country. I think this is applicable in most places including Ghana. That is why you will see our government turning a blind eye or even protecting mtn, dstv shoprite, etc. Cos even if majority of shares in these businesses are owned by foreigners, they still have Nigerian interest. But you will see Nigerians going to conduct business in another country without involving a citizen of that country and expect nothing to happen. Look at the law first and comply with it. Ghanian government will not touch a business jointly owned by a ghanian citizen they can't do that. Nigerians want entire control of the business and consume the profit alone without conceding anything, even for protection if you like to see it that way. |
Rossikk:A breach of a law remains a breach. That another person breached it too is not a defence. |
Blacckrod:It doesn't work that way dear. Abraham told a lie and he was the friend of God. God blessed him and made him the father of many nations. He works in mysterious ways. |
pcguru1:To what extent does he have to endure. Must the man favour his wife to the extent of aiding her evil? I feel bitter cos I once lived with a step-mother, I know how this feels, his station in life is not a ground to humiliate him. My step-mother would have killed my sister but not for the fact that I decided to raise hell and face the consequences. My father was weak and favoured her over us, I expected no justice from him whether I was the complainant or not. So, i chose the injustice I was willing to suffer. I refused to be the complainant but the defendant when matters where reported to him. I fought her like a man when she laid hands on my sister, I took the food she refused to give us, I embarrassed her visitors after she embarrasses mine and trained my younger brother to defend himself too until she left us alone and asked my father to give us money for our own food because she knows what will happen if he didn't. My advice is to retaliate with equal measure. Dont be fatal, mind what you use to fight them but fight them. Dont allow anyone to blackmail you with not fighting with a woman thing. Let your brother chase you out on their account if he chooses but match up with them for your self and on behalf of any other person they will meet. You may behave weak and your brother may still not settle you after. If his wife can torment you like this and to his knowledge, she may as well convince him to use your settlement money for something or someone else. After 8 to 10 years you are due for assessment and possible settlement. Get it as soon as possible or move on. Remember, be aggressive but don't be fatal, meet them with commensurate force. |
SweetCunt97:And what will you doing in that relationship if you think that low of him, if not for the money? |
XXLMANDIGO:You're comment is either out of ignorance or mischieve. Both the Criminal Law of Lagos State and the Advanced Fee Fraud Act under which a prosecution for possession of fraudulent document can be commenced, the prosecution does not need to prove the intent of the document, the law presumes it, once the content is false. What the relevant sections require is only possession, not even that it was sent to another party. Please get this this right before commenting. |
Ijawwomaninoyo:Proving crime has nothing to do with character. The question is not whether he raped anybody, rather the question is did he rape this his accuser. That is the only objective of any probe. You loose sight of the ball when you use bank on character. |
medTechworld:We should be more afraid of people like you than the virus. |
Close to 80% of covid 19 cases will be asymptomatic. That does not mean they don't have it or can't share it. They can self resolve after sometime. NCDC is doing the right thing. I see no need for the criticism, safe it for better issues. |
And what's all the information for, are we to draft the charges here or the relevant authorities? We all should stop encouraging these social media trial, it can destroy too. Just like rape leaves scars on the victim, it leaves deeper scars on persons wrongly accused. |
JasonScoolari:Uncle are you living with them? |
bloomstar:When we cry wolf for fun and likes, we are not taken seriously when the real wolf comes. |
Abbeylanre15:It is rational to argue that in the eyes of the law you have committed the crime too by not reporting. Where your act or omission helps another person to commit an offence then you are equally guilty. You are aiding them by not reporting. |
Coolcalmcollect:Fool |
Ekpekaycee:Yes, in that forfeiture proceedings the parties read the EFCC vs. ....(anyone or property). It is the Federal Goverment acting through the EFCC. Remember the EFCC is directly under the Presidency. Buhari must not come down to do everything, all they need is his approval which I am sure must have been gotten. |
winterfell007:Oga do your research well on non conviction forfeiture under Advanced Fee Fraud Act. Dont throw stones at everything you see when you're not informed. It diminishes other reasonable criticisms. |
tradepunter:This is the best post I've seen so far. The advantage of marrying your tribe lies in conflict resolution. Cos troubles are bound to occur. I am an Akwa ibomite, I stay in Lagos, I have a senior colleague that got married to an igbo girl and the girl left him one day with his son. It was hard to meet her family because of distance and the little moves failed. Now the guy despite paying monthly maintenance only sees his son on WhatsApp status and is looking to marry afresh from Akwa ibom this time. He adviced me as a brother and I have also advised myself. It will take an extraordinary situation and person to make me marry outside Akwa ibom. |
