So my husband and I are starting to seriously consider Canada. I would appreciate some guidance on the education/qualification bit. Would a PMP (Project Management Professional) and BAP (Business analyst Professional) certificate influence the points?

My sister in-law whom I claimed points from did not include my spouse in her application, however she gave me all supporting documents plus Jara.
Please note without the sibling points my CRS would have been 441. The CRS draw cut off was 441 and the tie breaker rule was in my favour. I knew I would be safe so I didn't reject the ITA. I also wrote an LOE to explain it."

As to whether there may be implications for not adding your family to your application, @clock89 has provided an example. I will continue my search for more.

I get everyones point,its only gcms notes that can confirm if there was an issue raised or not. Having said that,if i was the one though ,i'd use it especially since its my half sibling we are talking about.

This other person im referring to said her sibling didnt list her at all when she got her PR,so what she did was get all the proof of relationship and submitted and no issue was raised. I just wish the person will read this our convo and speak up

If it is attempted, they are risking the PR status of the half-brother for misrepresentation.

Someone on this thread told us how he wasnt mentioned in his siblings application but went ahead to present proof of relationship and got PPR,dont remember the moniker though and im surprised u missed that post as well.
Besides,think about it if my sibling excludes my name for any reason,perhaps enstrangement,you coming out to prove your relationship can never be seen as misrepresentation in my opinion.

1. Only print your 6 months statement and/or bank letter stating your avg 6 months balance. LOE not needed.
2.You get biometrics instructions about 30- 45 days after AOR nowadays which usually coincides with Medical passed. Biometrics is required for adults only except maybe any of your kids are above 14 or thereabouts

3.Yes a new biometrics is required every time you apply for express entry,even though your UCI will remain thesame

I know a couple of people who did their prints at a police/sherriff station where they were based. The prints was then clearly scanned and emailed to a naija contact who processed the police certificate for them and scanned same to them.

Thats exactly how i did it for someone.

U have to check your application for the visit visa,ur UCI would be somewhere there,its usually an eight digit no,sometimes with hyphen in between the first and last four. If u cant find it,leave it blank,u will see it in your profile after medical pass or just before

I really want to believe this is a system glitch cos this isnt tbe first time POF increased and i dont remember so many people making same complaint except its my memory failing,i also don't know IRCC to do stuff without giving fair warning. He has a point though. What he's talking about is called doxing. Some people might be easier to dox and some harder to dox, throw in a few social engineering and truly you'd be able to get some people's home addresses etc
