I suggest Obi consider him for EFCC chairmanship position Obi that Sowere is always abusing. Sowere never carries prisoners. He abuse Tinubu, Atiku & Obi without mincing words. |

Man’s herd behaviour cannot be demystified or be comprehended. Especially men & women who have been systematically impoverished over the years.
In the malnourished minds of such individuals a day of free money & a frenzy of free jollof rice would make d most discerning human beings lose sight of their thought process & go with d bandwagon effects, thereby thumbing their fingers for their most hated & despised political adversaries.
Only to be reminded once that upsurge of ignominy has passed who they actually voted for.
In their gasped reply they would come to a rather familiar tone that does it really matter as all d contenders are d same.

kingmaster2009: Obi's political story will be like Atiku's story who keep failing till he will retire from active politics
After Obi's first attempt, he will try another Attempt and still fail. ..
Since Obi joined Atiku in the last election, he has automatically inherited Atiku's failure ...so, he will keep on contesting and failing till he retired back to his hometown in Onitsha Anambra state... I think Obi is a wise man he might try one other time & no more. Don’t forget he built momentum on this one. |

You REMOVE these mopols and put them in the streets and we will be alright!!! Once d Mobile Police are quarantined to a LG they cannot be protecting Wiz Kid or Burna boy. omonnakoda: Minimum wage of 60000 Naira a month First the assumption that those who can do a good job would accept minimum wage is wishful thinking but let us work with that
60000 X12 = 720000 per annum for 1 person
720000 for 2000 persons X 774 local government areas
72000 X 2000 X 774 = 111456000000
So I do not know where you get your funny calculations from. You just wake up overdose on awuf eba and start yarning dust
Everything costs money even recruitment and training . You have to screen policemen very well before employing them and train them etc .That is money for each person you would spend over 100000 to train and recruit.
Now if you employ 2000 people on 60K a month should you be surprised when they start extorting or even robbing and kidnapping? U must be one the people benefitting in this calamatious situation. Y would anyone in their right oppose a proposition that would not only bring development to our LG but would bring sanity, commercial activities & reduction of poverty. This idea is open to the 4 main contenders of d Presidency whoever disown it amongst them does not wish Nigeria well. |

omonnakoda: How much ? Do the figures show us the calculation? How much? The accountant General stole 109 billion Naira. So u do the calculations. Minimum wages is 30,000.00 let us assume d police would get 60,000. X 100000 = 6billion Army/Navy/ Airforce let us say they get 90,000.00 X1000= 9billion 6+9 = 15billion Accountant General stole = 109 billion, d money he stole can pay wages of these personnel for 10 years. |

To Kit and equip them and provide office space and logistics? What office space is there any LG in Nigeria that has not got a big man to finance such jobs in his or her LG. This incentive would bring radical development all over d LG. Houses would need to be built. A mammy market would become a visible presence in every LG. Lagos2Berlin: Lol... The total staff strength of the Nigerian armed forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) is 223,000 according to Wikipedia (which I am sure is an inflated figure).
If you think our government will recruit 1.5 million men into the police force, you're a joker. In fact, you deserve the ballon d'or of comedy They can half the figure what of 500 armed men in every LG. That would be around 750,000 men which is in Cognisance to what we currently have. |
