Ideally Obi would have won but d kind of money politics that we play in Nigeria. Jagaban would take it .

My understanding is each polling stations would have about 700 registered voters. These 700 registered voters would be saved locally into d bvas.

Basically when there is no network in the area the results can be snapped from any other device and sent to the portal in consonance with all the agents in agreement.

So in essence there would be no manual collation at any point. Can someone put an insight into this narrative just in case I have missed something.
