Ahh, that explains a lot of things. Thanks for the insight, it is valuable.

Like i told one of them, my elips are sealed and all your secrets are safe with me cool
Imani your elips can leak at anytime.  The heaps of gaseous secrets embedded within your elips can escape infinitesimally over time.

There are also a few admirable ones on this forum who post regularly that are worth pursuing.  You can usually tell who they are by the verbiage, quality, and significance of their post.

Imani:
I think i am in the "tabliod news" mood now grin. I think we should start a thread about experiences with other Nairalanders without mentioning names of course, and to serve as a warning to others. Some bombshells are bound to be dropped. On the other hand i guess everyone deserves their privacy.

Is this to imply those who post regularly may not be worth pursuing?, hmmm men. . . . , what won't you hear!! lipsrsealed

Thanks for clearing that up cool. I refuse to attach my e-self emotionally to anybody cool
I think I am being avouched here by 4him, because I too rarely post. Almond's indictments can be overlooked.  I tell you this - they hold no merit.

Oh yes oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh! Infact his case was so baaaaaaaaaaaaad. . . .he never recovered from the heartbreak!
Yes indeed it was. It was so bad. So bad that I almost died of a brokenheart.  I was stripped of my masculinity.  My name was changed from kobe to the female version colby.

You too were involved in cyber loving? shocked Would have thought you were too "posh" for that. But hey whatever rocks your boat. There are quite a few decent lads/ladetteladies on Nairaland but sometimes finding them is like looking for a needle in a haystack
No, you misunderstand.  I was involved in nothing short of "cyber posting".  Love online comes as easy to me as it does to you.  To find love online would be equitable to finding that needle in a haystack.

RomanceRe: Would You End A Beautiful Relationship Over Religious Differences? by kobe(m): 8:05pm On Mar 29, 2008
This is subjective. I agree that refusal to date someone over religious differences in this day and age seems ignorant - unless of course both parties are deeply-rooted religionists who can't conjure up the idea of being involved with someone who treads a different path.

I guess the more important question here is: how will the difference in religion affect the relationship.
If they try it out and it has a noticeable negative impact on their relationship, then it would be best to digress from contuing the relationship.

A boy is three years younger than his sister. If his age three years ago was two-thirds her age at that time, what are their present ages?
EducationAlgebra Cafe: Solve Math Problems Here by kobe(op): 7:38pm On Mar 29, 2008
Forget the meaning of life--the real search is for the value of x!

Basic Algbebra:

A number has two digits.  When the two digits that make up the number are added, their sum is 15.
When the number is reversed ( for example 12 becomes 21), the new number is 9 more than the initial number.

What is the number?  Provide mathematical details of your answer.

cheers grin

TV/MoviesRe: Why Can't We Make A Classic Epic Nigerian Movie? by kobe(m): 4:36am On Mar 21, 2008
It's simple - the movie industry sucks.

They've been way too concerned with quantity than we are with quality. Notice we isntead of they, meaning they don't care about their customers. They feel as long as they continue to purge out movies they'll continue to cash in. As a result of this they won't bother too much with the content of the homvies being created by them.

What makes mine "the one" is we complete eachother, for the most part what I lack he has and vice versa.
you mean complement(go well together) each other?  I hate that phrase: complete each other.  As if you were incomplete before you met him.  You have your own responsibilities, your own goals, your own life. You were able to add him to your life without any hinderance. You came into the relationship as a whole person with lots to offer.  Luckily enough he brings the same qualities.  When the two of you are molded together, lightning strikes and you're able to jell very well.

Christianity EtcRe: What Happens When We Die? Why do we die? by kobe(op): 8:31pm On Jan 21, 2008
I would be inclined to say that the Bible covers this subject (and many more) in detail; but for us to be able to say anything with any degree of near-certainty, it would require us to have a good grasp of what the bible teaches about it.(pre-life)
A grasp that we don't have.

I like your sense of humour - and yes, I should agree that's the sense I was trying to make (unless, of course, I might need to qualify this further as the need arises). wink

The whole man himself is a trinity.
I haven't heard about this before.
I have come across the idea of God being a trinity, not man.

~ when it withdraws (departs from) the body, it goes back to God (Eccl. 12 v7)
~ it does not evaporate into space.
~ it does not wait at the "gates" of judgement; but it awaits the judgement (Heb. 9 v 27)
~ believers who have departed this life are "resting", or "asleep" in Him (1 Thes. 4:14)

Enjoyed yours. Cheers.
After this it's heaven or hell?
