Married individuals have no rights that supercede the individual's right to bodily autonomy; no such obligation as that assumed by you exists for those who are married.

2. A right to sue is just that, a right to sue. Nothing more. What the courts can do in response to a suit is some entirely different.

3. The court is limited in what it can or cannot do. No court has right to force two individuals to have sex. It cannot override an individual's right to bodily autonomy. And as you pointed out there, a suit of this kind creates good ground for divorce by the other couple.

1. Wrong! Both of the commandments you quote were always part and parcel of the Old Law of Moses, which Jesus Christ of Israel, an Israelite, was a subject to, much like the others were. He did not summarise the Law, but obeyed the Law in full by obeying even those two greatest commandments — Deuteronomy 6 vs 5 & Leviticus 19 vs 18 —of the Law.

2. Wrong! Jesus Christ did not prove any such thing that you claim since the Grace/mercy of God was also part and parcel of the same Old Law of Moses - Deuteronomy 13 vs 17.
