The passage above does not agree with all of the conclusions you reached leading me to wonder where your particular interpretations come from if not from the lips of religion which leads me to wonder if you are at all capable of objectively parsing the content of the book without needing to lead on the interpretations fed you by the religious communities.

According to the passage above, God's intention was to destroy the city of Nineveh, if the people continued to do evil in His sight. God is recorded to have done similar in the case of Sodom and Gomorrah. There is no mention that the intention was to save the souls or judge the souls of the individual inhabitants of the city but the entire people of the city instead.

While Nineveh was spared at that time, it was eventually destroyed by YHWH—God of Israel —as prophesied through His Prophet - Nahum Chapter 1 - 3.

Again, if you studied the Old Law of Moses, you would note that in Exodus 12, YHWH instituted the Passover Feast, an everlasting feast agreement that marked His agreement with His people, Israel. During that feast, a lamb without blemish is sacrificed, not as a sin offering but as a seal or sign of the covenant between YHWH and His people. The lamb is referred to as the Passover Lamb.

Later on, we find out that YHWH also instituted the offering of what is referred to as a Sin Offering once a year — on the 10th day of the 10th month of each year in the land of Canaan—, and this offering was meant to clear the people of their sins each year. There were other sin offerings stipulated on the individual level as well. This detail can be found in the books of the Law of Moses e.g. Leviticus 4

Given these details and the fact that all those you mentioned have had their sins forgiven them by YHWH— excluding the Ninevites who had no sins mentioned to be saved from by YHWH —, do you think your question is truly a valid one?

He was a foreigner living in the land of Canaan. If you understood anything from the details of the Law of Moses, you would know how faith — submission, and obedience to the Law of Moses which doubled as the Constitutional Law of the Nations created by God in the land of Canaan, in this case Judah— allowed even foreigners living among the Israelites to enjoy some of the benefits— breadcrumbs that fall from the master's table— promised those in the land by YHWH, God of Israel.

YHWH bestowed on Himself the title of "God of Israel", and this as He gave the name "Israel" only to the man named Jacob. Jesus Christ of Israel, himself a descendant of the bloodline of Jacob who is called Israel, NEVER indicated that He was sent to or came to save non-Israelites. The lie that He did was fabricated entirely by those of the religions of Christianity and Islam.
