Do you want to say you're not aware that people of different races have been influenced and touched by Christ. Common my friend you are still stuck with Christianity is for the Jews alone. ➜Let me explain to you. Jesus came through the Jew tribe to run His ministry and die for the world. The Jews are just the God template to reach out to the world. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son... Can you relate with that. God so loved the world. He have His Son who can through the Jew tribe! Glory to God. Have you seen a business that start with one branch snd which multiply into different branches. Have you seen a seed planted into the soil and which grows into a tree and branches and all birds begin perch on it Jesus will visit you. I never said Christianity is for the Jews. Rather, Christianity, a religion founded by the very dogs — non-Israelites —whom Jesus Christ of Israel warned cannot partake in the mercy of the God of Israel —YHWH— handed down through David. Going by what was revealed, the dogs can eat the crumbs that fall from the Master's table the same way the foreigners who lived in the land of Canaan with the Israelites did but they cannot directly partake in the mercy of the God of Israel. 2. You and I have already been through this so spare me the religious mumbo-jumbo. What is written is clear and it is completely removed from all of this religious nonsense you lot claim. |

@EasyIncome24, here is the position of the Northern Penal Code which it concerns rape in marriage. Note, it is explicitly stated there that in marriage unless in the case that the woman has not completed puberty, rape cannot be claimed. And these laws go as far back as 1960 for your information, so they are, in my opinion, of little to no worth to humanity at this point in time but since we are talking here of Nigeria... 😩😩😩

@EasyIncome24, here is the definition given of Rape in the Nigerian Criminal Code(I didn't want to bother with the Northern penal code since my guess is you are not of Sharia). 357. Definition of rape Any person who has unlawful carnal knowledge of a woman or girl, without her consent, or with her consent, if the consent is obtained by force or by means of threats or intimidation of any kind, or by fear of harm, or by means of false and fraudulent representation as to the nature of the act, or, in the case of a married woman, by personating her husband, is guilty of an offence which is called rape. I included an AI analysis of what it says to help you see that your Law does not in fact exempt marital rape from the definition. Note that where it mentions a married woman, it does not state that her husband cannot be found guilty of raping her. Copy and take this to the authorities if you need help making your case.

Blkpanda: ➜Marital rape is explicitly excluded from the definition of rape in the Northern Nigeria Penal Code provided the spouse has reached puberty (Section 282(2)),[50] and likewise excluded from Section 357 of the Nigerian Criminal Code (applying to the southern states).[/i ➜[i]The Sexual Offences Act of 2010 in Nigeria does not explicitly state that marital rape is a crime. The Criminal Code Act also doesn't define consent in a way that requires free and voluntary agreement. Please go ahead and in fact quote verbatim for us what is stated in those codes you claim to support this idea of yours noting what I had said earlier. Kobojunkie: There does not need to be a law specifically on marital rape since the rape law is all that is necessary. For instance, if a woman in a non-marital relationship is enabled by law to accuse even her boyfriend of rape, then a woman in marriage— equally a relationship— is equipped by the same law to do the same— again, these are individuals. A separate marital rape Law becomes necessary if and only if the law specifically states that married individuals lose their right to bodily autonomy. In the Nigerian case, this is not the case.
2. I already responded clearly to these questions in my previous response to you. P.S. Did you know that rape is considered grounds for dissolution of marriage under Nigeria's Matrimonial Causes Act, and nowhere is the term Marital rape specified? |

Any society that clearly goes against that is very likely to face some consequences which may not be too good for it...... My two cents tho.. Wow.... you even picked text from a book that pertains only to a people called Israelites who once lived in a land called Canaan under a God who ruled over them because according to Him they are His only people? Is it me or any wonder nothing that Nigerians — not Israelites—take from that book seems to work out in their favor? Again, most of your politicians, scammers-in-the-lords(imams and alfas included), policemen, traditional rulers, etc., were all likely flogged since the vast majority of them grew up under the Nigerian Education system—not the Israelite-Canaan system— and the vast majority of them are criminals. That is the law you are leaning on. Kwantinue Stop spewing ignorant bullsheet like the vast majority of Nigerians are notorious for! There is nothing outdated about the Constitution. The Constitution clearly indicates that the Nigerian Police is meant to be a Law enforcement organization that serves the interest of the people and citizenry.
