How long will you remain intentionally ignorant for crying out loud? Nigerians watched and allowed this man to take over a system which was already riddled with criminals of his caliber in 2023, yet you come here to pretend you didn't know what was coming before this? Are you OK at all? |

Rantingpiglets: Not under the watch of this man.. Watch how things unfold. If Gbajagbiamila strays into USA will be jailed. Dapo Abiodun will be jailed. TINUBU might have immunity but it's not guaranteed. That is why the pronouncements of Trump in his second coming are already putting people in check. Power resides with them ..they can decide to use it brutally.. All this is not important at all since these people you list here currently occupy seats of power in Nigeria despite their criminal records, records known to pretty much all Nigerians in the U.S. before their election/selection into office in Nigeria. The U.S. court's un-redacting those records at this point will not change anything of that fact. https://gazettengr.com/i-was-arrested-for-fraud-in-u-s-but-apc-cannot-disqualify-me-in-2023-dapo-abiodun/ |

From cow, goat, chicken, rice, cucumber yam even millet or garlic. Everything north. The more the fuel increase the more the cost of transport is added to overall cost and transfered to me and you. Otherwise whats your business what happen in northern farms if we can farm. This is not like oil found in few areas. Land is everywhere. What's stopping us. My take is proper laziness or unwillingness to take on difficult demanding task. You complain of northern oligarchy and monopoly of power but cant even farm ginger or basic house hold item to protect you state. If you cant feed yourself you too weak to discus power. Learn to do their own farming where? The folks whose farms were destroyed in this are people who farm their own land naw! And this issue of insecurity is not in any way unique to those in the north. So, how does laziness factor into this news abeg! |

Still hoping sha Do you know of others who equally applied, were approved, and have received theirs in that same school? Also, what plan do you have in place to pay back then loan when it is due for you to pay it back? Given the state of the Nigerian economy, taking out a loan at this point in time is highly risky particularly a loan for education that does not guarantee you anything at the end of the road. So, what is your particular plan to ensure that you will have money to pay back the loan? |

Local companies operating in your Nigeria don't do the same and even get away with it most of the time, particularly those directly linked to your politicians. frog12: I am posting part of the quotes from your link to answer your question. And do you think America will allow its former number 2 man to stand trial in a third world country? Bribery is a crime anywhere in the world. Cheney was in charge of halliburton at that time Talk all you want they froze their money and it seems EFCC got part of it : Stop fishing! 🤔 Halliburton, the company, is not Cheney, the individual. Nigeria's decision to supposedly drop direct charges against Cheney, the individual, because the company, Halliburton, paid fines to Nigeria, is a clear indicator that Nigeria really had nothing on Cheney, to begin with. 🤔 |

Yet only 105,000 can access loan I would not recommend anyone apply for loans at this point in time given the state of the economy, and the fact that these loans mature in only 2 years— or was it upon graduation —after which those of them still without employment than would have shege to face at the hands of loan collectors. And these people can be as brutal as Lagos agberos in their dealings. |

JagabanBorgu: ■ I have no idea about $11.92, the only idea I have is #20,000, maybe u should ask those requesting for it why they are requesting for it, don't u think that's where the issue starts from? Because the tuition loan is different from the #20,000. Again, why is $11.92 or Naira 20,000 being sent to the personal accounts of the beneficiaries every month? Is that free money or what is that meant for? |

The whole procedure is out there, if u want to be a critic, getting all necessary information before doing that is advised, that's what I do before criticizing. JagabanBorgu: U still don't get it? The reason why you are seeing letter of acknowledgedment from the school is because the tuition fees are sent to those schools not 20k. 20k are sent to personal accounts of the students, when u see something in ur society, ask about it, even if it doesn't concern u, ask so u can have idea instead of talking. You send $11.92 to a student's personal account for what purpose? Na free money? |

Christianity Etc › Re: Catholics Are Right, Pentecostals Are Not Christians by Kobojunkie: 5:29pm On Nov 12, 2024 |
Muurian: ■To argue that "Catholics are right, Pentecostals are not Christians," we need to examine the historical foundations of Christianity, focusing on established doctrines and traditions, and how deviations from these have been viewed by the Church through the ages. This position relies on the idea that true Christianity is not merely a label or self-identified faith but one deeply rooted in specific doctrines and sacraments upheld over centuries. Drawing from historical records, councils, and church teachings, we see that schisms, such as the Protestant Reformation, created offshoots that often deviated significantly from what was originally established as “Christianity” by the early Church. 1. Defining Christianity: The Foundation in Apostolic Tradition To understand why Catholics might claim exclusivity to true Christianity, it’s crucial to look back at the earliest foundations of the Church. After Christ’s resurrection, His apostles, specifically Peter and Paul, established the church’s teachings, emphasizing unity, sacraments, and apostolic succession. Early Christian writings, like those of the Church Fathers (Ignatius of Antioch, Irenaeus, Tertullian), reveal a cohesive doctrine. Ignatius, for example, writes in his letter to the Smyrnaeans (c. 110 AD), "Where the bishop appears, there let the people be; as wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church." The emphasis was on continuity and the authority vested in bishops in union with the bishop of Rome, seen as Peter’s successor. Problem with these associations you attempt to make though. Ignatius, according to records, was a Non-Israelite, aka a dog, and according to Jesus Christ's own Gospel, those who were not sheep i.e. the dogs were excluded from partaking in the Gospel as they were disclosed as lacking the capability of handling that which is holy altogether by Jesus Christ Himself. Ignatius's claim that he was somehow linked to the Apostles of Jesus Christ, all of them sheep instead, is of fraud. Yes, Ignatius and all the other catholic church fathers whose links are traced back to Rome and not to Jacob, were all fraudsters. Ignatius, Irenaeus, Tertullian, all of them Romans — with no link to the blood of Jacob aka dogs— were fraudsters who saw an opportunity to hijack a movement for their political greed. |

frog12: american vice president cheney was indicted then until hilary clinton came to nigeria and do whatever until they drop it. na interference from jonathan. Cheney was charged by Nigeria not the U.S. courts who found no evidence to charge him with. Nigeria's case did not go anywhere because, like most cases, Nigeria rushes to charge folks without evidence. The recent charge and imprisonment of the Binance Official is an example of what Nigeria's EFCC is notorious for. If Nigeria had irrefutable evidence in the Cheney case, Americans would have served Cheney up on a platter of gold to Nigeria back then. There were more than enough Americans at the time who hated Cheney and would have demanded his head during that period. The guy was not loved at all and people searched far and wide for ways to prove any and every case against him. So, that story you lot tell of Hillary Clinton somehow coming to Nigeria to change the tides on behalf of Cheney is bullsheet! https://abcnews.go.com/International/nigeria-drops-bribery-charges-dick-cheney/story?id=12440856 |
