Lithiumite: ■ Marwa did his beat I agree but Lagos needed a visionary leader who could harness the potential of the state for even more development...... ■ you can hate him all you want....tinubu has his imprint on all the major developments in the modern Lagos.....even having good successors who share and keep to your ideology is no easy fit and he has been able to achieve these. Again, Marwa was the visionary Lagos had. In less than 3 years Marwa accomplished much of the development that sustained most of Lagos throughout the comatose years of the Tinubu government in Lagos State.. 2. Hate? Hate or like has nothing to do with stating the facts as they in fact are recorded. This is about collapsing an obvious misinformation. Tinubu's record in Lagos State of a Governor who accomplished absolutely nothing in all of the years he spent in the state. Fortunately, the governor before him had done a good enough job that Lagosians were able to survive until Fashola then showed up to continue from where Marwa stopped. |

Lithiumite: ■ I was only inferring that tinubu was very influential in the upward trajectory Lagos as been on since he was in office.....in the 90s Lagos had taken a downward trend before he came in.....refuse, security, bad roads, poor traffic management, inefficient civil service, decrepit schools, parlous health care system very degenerate and the most chaotic transport system to mention a few.....I don't know how long you have been gone for but it started taking a turn around in 99 when tinubu came on board. Tinubu had no such influence in Lagos; there are no records to prove any such. Yes, Lagos had taken a downward trend in the early part of the 90s, however, the Mohammed Buba Marwa Government that preceded the Tinubu government takes credit for turning that trend around before Tinubu showed up and thought to do nothing for the next 8 years that followed it. Marwa accomplished in just 3 years in Lagos State what Tinubu could not do in all 8 years as governor of Lagos and also in his time so far as President. Go back through the records and see this for yourself. Marwa, not Tinubu, turned the tides in Lagos. Tinubu only sat back and amassed wealth for himself for the first 8 years of democracy in Lagos. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mohammed_Buba_MarwaAgain, these attempts to rewrite the story of Lagos in favor of a man who did nothing in the state for 8 whole years only go to reveal how devastated and reduced the minds of so many in Nigeria have become when it concerns the state of things. Repeating these same lies regarding Tinubu's will not change the fact that his record as a state governor was deplorable. |

Ahead of Abuja? I was practically born and raised in Lagos and that state, since as far back as the 70s has remained the most viable state in that entire country to date. None of that happened because of Tinubu. And Tinubu contributed absolutely nothing for the 8 years he governed that state, that much is on record. So, this attempt to rewrite history in favor of a man whose record shows he practically sat back doing nothing in the state is just that, a dubious attempt to give value to nothing. |

Ksli: Dear Family, I'm reaching out for your advice, recommendations, and most importantly, suggestions. I've been absent from this forum for a while now, and I'm facing a difficult dilemma. For context, I was born and raised in Nigeria but left over 13 years ago. I've become completely disconnected from the people, community, family, and the entire environment there. While I do encounter other Nigerians here, I haven't spent more than 80 hours communicating with them in 13 years. My dilemma stems from my plan to marry a Nigerian woman. She has expressed that we have very different perspectives on life and relationships, particularly within an African context. She's advised me to return to Nigeria to understand how people truly think. HUh Are there no Nigerian women outside of Nigeria where you live for you to instead engage? Why must it be Nigerian women living in Nigeria who don't share your perspective at all that you wish to engage? Isn't that there a recipe for disaster in marriage and relationship? |

So what is the need of taking loans? U are a real slowpoke. No jokes The problem with most of you is that you don't critically digest the situation before you. And this is why the country is not able to move forward at all. 🤔 Danjuma with the help of your same government got loans which he used to build his factory, a factory which is expected to produce a good portion of the refined fuel needs of the country before the end of the year. If the government had not helped in obtaining the loan, do you think the man would have been able to accomplish even as much of what he has today? Use your brain.... it is not a magical tool... you have to engage it. To become productive at this point, Nigeria needs those loans to build the industry and capabilities to do so. Even to improve the agricultural sector beyond where it is today, Nigeria needs to take out loans to do that. The loans are not the problem; mismanagement and the free-for-all culture of corruption courtesy of the Nigerian people such as yourself who refuse to reason their reality right is the problem. 🤔 |

Loans are necessary for the many developmental projects that are needed to build the country. Loans are not the problem so stop with the illiterate moves to demonize that which you are ignorant of. So why should Nigeria, the country, be denied loans by any banker out there? Make una dey reason well abeg! What Nigeria does with the loans after it has been approved and given is all Nigerian internal affairs and not the business of the bankers who give them loans. FxMasterz: ■ I've heard it many times from liars! I asked you questions and quoted scriptures, what was the lie? I'm not defining untimely death to an adult. If you're a kid, I'll understand. ■ So by implication, Yahweh created the rod of Moses for Moses? Kobojunkie, leave all the mindless babblings. ■ Jesus said we'll tread over all the 'power' of the enemies. God gave power in measures to all his creations including human beings. Signs and wonders prove that God is real. That's why Jesus said "Jesus therefore said to him, “Unless you see signs and wonders, you will in no way believe.” John 4:18. Then he said: "These signs shall follow them that believe..." 1. I am glad you and I know how ridiculous your untimely death idea is since you are unable to offer specifics to define it. Consider the case of a 98-year-old who was murdered by his nurse. Was his case an untimely death or a natural death? 2. That is a dumbass implication in this case similar to the one you made earlier regarding what was stated in Ecclesiastes 3 vs 14. Please quit your mindless babbling at this point. YHWH is All-Powerful because He created all things in Heaven and on Earth. The rod does not have YHWH's power in it but YHWH has power over it because He created it. Again, pay careful attention to the order of things. 3. Stop deceiving yourself! The same Jesus Christ equally said the following in His Gospels. 38 Then some of the Pharisees and teachers of the law answered Jesus. They said, “Teacher, we want to see you do a miracle as a sign from God.” 39 Jesus answered, “Evil and sinful people are the ones who want to see a miracle as a sign. But no miracle will be done to prove anything to them. The only sign will be the miracle that happened to the prophet Jonah. 40 Jonah was in the stomach of the big fish for three days and three nights. In the same way, the Son of Man will be in the grave three days and three nights. - Matthew 12 vs 38 - 40 ... 3 And in the morning, if the sky is dark and red, you say that it will be a rainy day. These are signs of the weather. You see these signs in the sky and know what they mean. In the same way, you see the things that are happening now. These are also signs, but you don’t know their meaning. 4 It is the evil and sinful people who want to see a miracle as a sign from God. But no miracle will be done to prove anything to them. The only sign will be the miracle that happened to Jonah.” Then Jesus went away from there. - Matthew 16 vs 3 - 4 ... 11 The Pharisees came to Jesus and asked him questions. They wanted to test him. So they asked him to do a miracle as a sign from God. 12 Jesus sighed deeply and said, “Why do you people ask to see a miracle as a sign? I want you to know that no miracle will be done to prove anything to you.” 13 Then Jesus left them and went in the boat to the other side of the lake. - Mark 8 vs 11 - 13 ... 29 The crowd grew larger and larger. Jesus said, “The people who live today are evil. They ask for a miracle as a sign from God. But no miracle will be done to prove anything to them. The only sign will be the miracle that happened to Jonah. 30 Jonah was a sign for those who lived in Nineveh. It is the same with the Son of Man. He will be a sign for the people of this time. - Luke 11 vs 29 - 30 If you have ever in fact read the book for yourself, you would know this but I guess it is merely ok to create these threads that are pretty much timewasters than spend time actually reading through to get a good grasp of what is in fact written of God, right? These signs shall follow them.... was never intended by Jesus Christ who equally said the following.... 21 “Not everyone who calls me Lord will enter God’s kingdom. The only people who will enter are those who do what my Father in heaven wants. 22 On that last Day many will call me Lord. They will say, ‘Lord, Lord, by the power of your name we spoke for God. And by your name we forced out demons and did many miracles.’ 23 Then I will tell those people clearly, ‘Get away from me, you people who do wrong. I never knew you.’ - Matthew 7 vs 21 - 23 ...as a benchmark for determining those who belong to Him. You asserting, against Jesus Christ, that it serves as proof that you do not accept Jesus Christ at all. |

FxMasterz: ■ Again every human being knows it when someone dies young. Tell me what makes you think this awkwardly. Answer the question, where did you and I start being specific only the raising of the dead is what God does forever. ■ When did God say that no one else has any power except Himself? ■ Jesus said: Luke 10:19 "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." If you don't understand what God's Almighty power means, see Luke 10:19 for clarity. 1. Stop lying! 🤔 Even people who lose their loved ones at age 70 equally complain of them going too early. So, be specific! There are cases where autopsies of deaths of people in their 70s/80s have shown that some were murdered or died of sickness and diseases even then. So this wooroo-wooroo no fly! Define your idea of untimely death so we are on the same page here. And where in Scripture did God of Israel or Jesus Christ specify that when a person is raised from death 🤔 2. It is amazing that one who claims to believe in the God of Israel — YHWH — is asking me this question. YHWH is written as the one who created all things, and it is indicated He is sovereign over all of His creation, His omnipotence— All-Powerfulness—is implied as a result. Regarding scripture, YHWH is said to be All-Powerful because He wields power and control over all He created. Now, tell me, what was not created by YHWH that has power besides that which is YHWH? 🤔 3. I doubt you understand the meaning of the verse you quote or even He whose power you compare it to. Jesus Christ was not there telling His followers that the power He bestowed on them made them equal to YHWH so I am quite shocked that you would quote such as an explanation for God's All-powerfulness. 🤔 Back to what I said earlier, Jesus Christ made clear even Judas was bestowed with the power to do signs and wonders, but Judas did not belong to Jesus Christ as he belonged instead to the devil; this much is quite clear. So to continue using signs and wonders as the yardstick for deciding who belongs to Jesus Christ and who doesn't belong to Jesus Christ proves you know nothing of Jesus Christ or the Father, YHWH, God of Israel. |
