ShoeGetSize: ■ Most schisms in the church happened on the basis of differences of opinion over structural organisation not interpretation of Scripture. I noticed that your link mentioned Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons as Christians which made me laugh. Ignorance is truly a curse. 😣😣😣 Again, so, you don't see for yourself how the existence of over 47,0000 denominations invariably means there are at least 47,000 different interpretations of scripture, and you think blaming me for your inability to comprehend this simple thing is the best thing to do? You actually think your ignorance is to be blamed on my IQ? 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Make una come help me see the clear result of what is religious mindfuckery abeg! 😶😶😶🤐🤐🤐 |

Svoboda: Abiola was best friends with Ibb. They both had planned that their kids would marry each other then. Kola was dating the lady even before june 12. Mko winning june 12 was a fait accompli because yaradua who was sdps candidate had been banned together with others, as an old breed politician. So, what did you expect kola to do? Kill the lady, when most of the tragedy that befell mko was brought upon by himself when he was sponsoring coups and running procurement rings with the Military. Exactly@!!!! |

ShoeGetSize: ■ You said 47,000 interpretations of something you didn't have the iq to explain! 47, 000 interpretations of nothing does not mean the same thing as 47,000 denominations, that's even assuming the link you supplied is even true. A Christian is someone who believes that Christ is God, that He was born to a virgin, died and was resurrected for the sins of mankind and He will return one day to judge the world. Anyone who doesn't believe these articles of faith is not regarded as a Christian even if he or she calls himself one. So, you don't see for yourself how the existence of over 47,0000 denominations invariably means there are at least 47,000 different interpretations of scripture, and you think blaming me for your inability to comprehend this simple thing is the best thing to do? You actually think your ignorance is to be blamed on my IQ? 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Make una come help me see the clear result of what is religious mindfuckery abeg! 😶😶😶🤐🤐🤐 |

ShoeGetSize: ■ 47,000 interpretations of what? You sound uneducated and ignorant. Can you cite any academic references from credible scholars to support your position, or are you just another retarded atheist with a room temperature IQ? https://www.livescience.com/christianity-denominations.htmlFollowers of Jesus span the globe. But the global body of more than 2 billion Christians is separated into thousands of denominations. Pentecostal, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Baptist, Apostolic, Methodist — the list goes on. Estimations show there are more than 200 Christian denominations in the U.S. and a staggering 45,000 globally, according to the Center for the Study of Global Christianity. So why does Christianity have so many branches? A cursory look shows that differences in belief, power grabs and corruption all had a part to play. But on some level, differentiation and variety have been markers of Christianity since the very beginning, according to Diarmaid MacCulloch, professor emeritus of church history at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. "There's never been a united Christianity," he told Live Science. This was as of 2022. Ignorance surely isn't bliss, is it? https://omsc.ptsem.edu/the-annual-statistical-tableOne of our most cited statistics is the number of denominations in the world, this year estimated as a perhaps shocking 47,000. As a result, the 2024 annual statistical table discusses “fragmentation and unity” in World Christianity. We identify some of the larger umbrella organizations that seek to bring together segments of Christianity’s four major traditions (Catholics, Independents, Orthodox, Protestants), two movements within these traditions (Evangelicals, Pentecostals/Charismatics), and 47,000 denominations. These organizations supplement the work of dozens of global denominational bodies of specific Christian communities such as the Roman Catholic Church, the Orthodox, Anglicans, Baptist World Alliance (BWA), World Methodist Council (WMC), Lutheran World Federation (LWF), World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC), and many others. The article does not provide a comprehensive history of 20th-century ecumenical efforts across all major Christian bodies, but rather offers short profiles of some Christian groups that address fragmentation largely within their own global Christian bodies (for example, Evangelicals working across Evangelical traditions, and Pentecostals working across the Pentecostal/Charismatic movement). These umbrella organizations offer a place for Christians of various backgrounds to meet, to share, to fellowship, and, sometimes, to plan. They provide an invaluable service to all Christians by recognizing commonalities while valuing difference. They also represent strategies to address fragmentation in the churches with the ongoing theme of unity in diversity and the desire that “They all may be one.” This is as of 2024. Again, Ignorance is not bliss, right? |

Soyinka too exposed as not as principled as he claimed. Buhari the supposed frugal man has been discovered to be a big fraud Fashola the over hyped former Governor was also discovered to be all propaganda The talents that usually work with Tinubu has also been discovered to be talentless people With all these revelations it should be difficult for them to pull wool over Nigerians when next they come again Except Nigerians are possessed

jaszplus12: ■ In reality, this isn't a song, he could have just mounted a podium and addressed the nation without the instruments and playing and background singers. A song has genre and when strong messages are passed it's not in this form. Listen to Delay, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Lucky Dube Majek etc they spoke against governments yet in a very lyrical manner. What Eedris just did is called a rant not music. I'm sure our older generation will understand At least visit a dictionary instead of making an eejit of yourself in public! song /sôNG/ noun a short poem or other set of words set to music or meant to be sung. |

PissInside: ■ The average nigerian is used to commercial music especially the youths, conscious artists like eedris hardly get famous in this part of the world. Eedris actually started as a street rapper before diverting to conscious music....It was when he was a street rapper with hits like Shakomo,Wackawikee Mc's,Player meji,Oko omoge that he became famous. I am more into rock music — not a fan of African music or rap. That's probably why I never heard of him or any of his songs until this post here. I will try to give them a listen to see if he has more clean songs like the one I just heard. |

EmmyMaestro: ■ Veteran Nigerian entertainer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has mocked former Rivers State governor, and former Transportation Minister, Rotimi Amaechi, after he was seen sitting in the departure lounge of the Abuja Airport waiting for a delayed flight. Charly Boy, also called Area Fada, who posted the picture of the former Rivers State governor on social media noted that it was a humbling experience for Amaechi who was not used to such when he was in government. According to him, Amaechi has been used and dumped by the Buhari government. Na wa oo! How come there are no people at that same airport calling him out for the atrocities he may have committed then? |
