mbaise1000: ■ And the simple question still remains unanswered by you, did JESUS lie then and did the gospel get to the ends of the world before the generation of those disciples who walked with Him passed? Stop trying to discuss what you don't understand, if you can't reconcile this two questions with that end Jesus was talking about there, you are wrong I knew you were playing around when you came in pretending you understood Jesus Christ better than OP. If Jesus Christ, who said in His response that the events He spoke of were ALL to take place in the same generation that His disciples lived in, was not truthful enough to you, only a lie would suffice and I see you are filled with the lies you prefer. |

mbaise1000: ■ What DID Jesus tell his disciples is the reason He spoke to those in parables when they asked Him why he was teaching them in PARABLES? Let's not argue about what parables are now, let's focus on why Jesus said He used it , that's my question, I expect you to answer Again, Jesus Christ told only about 30 parables, and they make up less than 30% of His teachings. So it is foolhardy to conclude Jesus Christ ONLY Spoke in Parables. |

mbaise1000: ■ So why DID Jesus got baptized inside water? Why did He enter that river and showed us that example? ■ Why DID he emphasize, you must be born of water? ■ And what and who was Paul working for and who gave him Paul the power to do and teach what he taught? 1. Jesus Christ told you He lived His life in submission to the Will of His Father; the Law of Moses was the Will of the Father in the Land, and as such Jesus Christ was meant to obey the commandments given Him by His Father. John the Baptist was the one given authority by the God of Israel to baptize the people in the Land, Jesus Christ was no exception to that rule. 2. As John explained in the context of Matthew 3, Luke 2, Mark 1, and John 1, the Baptism was to make a change from following the Old Way — the Old Fountain of Living Water—, to following the New Way— the New Fountain of Living Water/Covenant, a Change. 3. Did Jesus Christ mention that you are to lift a man named Paul above Him or something that you wish to raise this man above Jesus Christ in some way? Paul's letters contain less than 1% of the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ written in the Gospels so I am not certain why you feel you need to raise His name when the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ Himself are in focus. |

mbaise1000: ■ The end Jesus was talking about is the end of the present world which haven't happened yet, but which we await, when Jesus was talking to THOSE His disciples then, He is talking to every single one of His followers including us today, or are you saying that the gospel got to the ends of the world before that generation finished or are you saying that Jesus lied? And the passages I quoted, are you saying they are not in the bible or that Paul didn't write what I said he wrote or that JESUS didn't say what I said he said? It's not about what you said chief or what you think or what your church tells you but it's about what God and the bible said Every time you ignore context, you end up spewing that which makes no sense. 1 Jesus left the Temple area and was walking away. But his followers came to him to show him the Temple’s buildings. 2 He asked them, “Are you looking at these buildings? The fact is, they will be destroyed. Every stone will be thrown down to the ground. Not one stone will be left on another.” 3 Later, Jesus was sitting at a place on the Mount of Olives. The followers came to be alone with him. They said, (Question#1) “Tell us when these things will happen.(Question#2) And what will happen to prepare us for your coming and the end of time?” - Matthew 24 vs 1 - 3 Clearly, the response given by Jesus Christ in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, revolve around the events that took place during the same generation that His disciples were born into. 29 “Right after the trouble of those days, this will happen:‘The sun will become dark, and the moon will not give light. The stars will fall from the sky, and everything in the sky will be changed.’[c] 30 “Then there will be something in the sky that shows the Son of Man is coming. All the people of the world will cry. Everyone will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds in the sky. He will come with power and great glory. 31 He will use a loud trumpet to send his angels all aroun 32 “The fig tree teaches us a lesson: When its branches become green and soft, and new leaves begin to grow, then you know that summer is very near. 33 In the same way, when you see ALL these things happening, you will know that the time[d] is very near, already present. 34 I assure you that ALL these things will happen while some of the people of this time are still living. 35 The whole world, earth and sky, will be destroyed, but my words will last forever. - Matthew 24 vs 32 - 35 Jesus Christ isn't the one lying here. You are! |

Yes, Jesus Christ said. To be Born of Water means to be born of the New fountain of Living Water, the New Covenant and source different from the Old fountain of Living Water and to be Born of Spirit means to be born of the Spirit of Eternal Life just as Jesus Christ explained beginning in John 3. . |

mbaise1000: ■ And why did he spoke to them in PARABLES then? What DID he tell His disciples is the reason why he spoke to them in PARABLES? I think you are the one that didn't understand the bible but then, everyone will claim to understand it, ■ What you are saying here is that Jesus was trying to entertain the people by talking in PARABLES. NO, BTW why must I creat a thread for you to examine? Let's finish examining this one first The reason is not hidden at all; He chose to speak in Parables to obfuscate His meaning and confuse those who are confused, those who don't even realize what Parables are meant for. 2. I never said that at all so I am not certain why you are accusing me of what I never said. Look, if you don't have a clue what parables are. They are a known part of the language of story telling, you should spend time learning of them to better understand why the prophets used them and why they said Jesus Christ would equally use them. |

toujurs: ■ So what else does she want, when she has kids, and has a farmland given to her, women back then weren't as greedy as women of this generation. They weren't as entitled as the women right. Bro look around, too many single women. Everywhere, way too many single women are out there, some are side chicks to married men, some other, are doing friends with benefits while in their 30's. ■ And this isn't that, there are no men, there are men, but selfish there are people women consider as men. Someone who has money and is rich. So you expect me, as a rich man. To settle for a broke lady. Or a lady, who can't provide for her self. I will knack the lady tyre, common sense will tell her this relationship isn't heading anywhere. And if she tries, to monitor me, instant breakup. 1. Now you are telling more fables, abi? 2. If you want a cause then discourage your fellow Nigerian boys out there to abandon in its entirety the traditional marriage route and then you will start to make sense. |

FRANCISTOWN: My emphasis was on your choice of words. You said "well-needed protein". Beans is not a source of a well-needed protein It is well-needed given the average Nigerian diet lacks any other sufficient source of proteins. 6 grams of protein per serving of beans — the average Nigerian consumes more than several servings of the stuff by the way —is better than no grams of protein at all.

FRANCISTOWN: ■Beans is not classified under protein. It's more of carbohydrate than rice. it is but that small percentage of protein it has is what is valuable in the Nigerian diet which is mostly devoid of the stuff. ... The following is from the USDAhttps://ask.usda.gov/s/article/Why-are-cooked-dried-beans-and-dried-peas-in-both-the-Protein-Foods-Group-and-the-Vegetable-Group KNOWLEDGE ARTICLE “Beans, peas, and lentils” is a new name for the vegetable subgroup formerly called “legumes (beans and peas).” Beans, peas, and lentils, which also are known as pulses, include the dried edible seeds of legumes. The foods in this vegetable subgroup have not changed. However, the new name of the subgroup more accurately reflects the category of foods included.
Beans, peas, and lentils are excellent sources of plant protein, and also provide other nutrients such as iron and zinc. Because they are similar to meats, poultry, and fish in their contribution of these nutrients, they are considered part of the protein foods group. Beans, peas, and lentils are also excellent sources of dietary fiber and nutrients such as folate and potassium. These nutrients, which are often low in the diet of many Americans, are also found in other vegetables. Therefore, beans, peas, and lentils are also considered part of the vegetable group. Individuals can count beans, peas, and lentils as either a vegetable or a protein food.

Basicend: ■ Even thou am not a pastor Chris fan. . But marriage is not a top priority for a priest in the kingdom. It is very secondary. . infact most priests and prophets that did mighty things in the scriptures were not married. Jesus even addressed it as a concern of this earth. . Stop spewing lies for Pete's sake!! Jesus Christ instead said the following: ● Marriages are of the world of men and not of the Kingdom of God - Luke 20 vs 34 - 46 ● God's special permission belongs only to those who choose to live as Eunuchs for the sake of the Kingdom of God - Matthew 19 vs 11 -12 ● The women who cannot have babies are the ones God has blessed. It’s really a blessing that they have no children to care for - Luke 23 vs 27 - 31 — basically who live as Eunuchs for the sake of the Kingdom of God are those who are blessed by God. Where in the world do these ideas you spew that directly contradict Jesus Christ come from if not from the mouths of lying men and women, you let sit as gods over your very souls? |

GistMedia0: ■ In a wedding ceremony that left guests both amused and astonished, a bride took a bold stance by deviating from the traditional marriage vows. Instead of the classic "for better or for worse" and "for richer, for poorer" promises, she offered a unique twist that had attendees in stitches. As the ceremony commenced, the pastor solemnly began, "For better or for worse," expecting the customary response. However, the bride, adorned in an elegant gown, surprised everyone by confidently declaring, "For better, for better." This unexpected deviation from tradition garnered a mix of laughter and astonishment from the guests, who were intrigued to see what she would say next. The pastor continued with the next line, "For richer, for poorer," anticipating the standard reply. To the pastor's and guests' further amusement, the bride responded with equal conviction, "For richer, for richer." Was she right? Wise woman.... no reason to take an oath that you know you would not tolerate. |
