APC Chieftain known as Pigo has hailed Igbos for speaking in one voice and refusing to join the national protest which has turned violent in several states in Nigeria.
In his statement, he Said Igbos are business minded people who don't want any problem but a suitable environment to do their businesses.
We have been through alot in IgboLand which has affected everyone's businesses. Joining any protest in a time when we are trying to recover will do us alot of harm. Thank you all for speaking in One voice.
If Igbos join this protest today, all cameras will be on them as the problem of Nigeria.

An avoidable crisis if govt was willing to genuinely address some of the concerns raised by the citizenry, but alas they resorted to threats intimidation and sadly mockery of the people they claimed they rigged elections to serve.

Until we are able to really elect our representatives we will continually be misrepresented.

it's unfortunate that some citizens have to lose their lives probably as a result of unprofessional manner our security outfit handles protesters.
my take is that our leaders are no longer hiding their nonchallantce and indifference to the plight of the people

Stop saying what you don't know. The governors are not the ones who authorise military incursion in SE that's a huge fat lie. We saw tinubu's statement on 30th may when UGM killed 5 soldiers in Abia. A statement he never made when soldiers are killed in the north. Pls show us where IPOB claimed involvement in killings in the region. I will be waiting...

The Abia governor (Alex Otti) did everything humanly possible to please the military including, accepting to train the children of the slain soldiers from nursery to university level with Abia State money. And this is something that has never been done for any slain soldier in the north.
Do you know that upon all these promises by Abia governor, the military still went on rampage on innocent Abia citizens. Are you trying to tell me that, Abia governor invited the military to go on rampage after appeasing them?

You lots are pointing accusing fingers towards IPOB because, the biased and hateful media and security forces made it so. How many times has the military killed villagers and burn their houses in the north, because of the evil activities of boko haram and bandits? But the military always do that in the east because of the evil activities of UGM.
↪ Boko haram and other terrorist group will come out and attack the military in the north and, there will never be any reprisal attack by the military against the villagers in the north but such can't be said when it happens in the east. What baffles me is that, the military will kill Igbos for no just cause and still lie against IPOB and you lots will believe them without asking questions or even investigate.
That means if SE should join the protest and any of the security forces start gunning them down, under the disguise of IPOB hijacked the protest you lots will believe them as usual.
