From what I know, the APC politicians came up with the lies regarding how protests should be linked with the protest and as such pushed the No Protest agenda, and from the much I know, APC politicians all across all regions of Nigeria joined the bandwagon. So, I am not certain what aspect of the lie you sort of spin you think to be true instead.

What happened in the north is exactly what we feared. If the people fighting today had not collected 1k to vote, maybe just maybe we won't be here now.

No one, not even me, has said violence or looting is OK. Nor have I said that the Law should not arrest those who loot or commit violence. So, I am not certain why you feel the need to drone on!

Thousands of individuals went out yesterday and according to your government, only a mere handful of them engaged in violence and pillaging, so I am not certain why you feel the need to color the protest with that which it ought not to be colored.

Funny you should mentioned Ariaria since I actually lived on Faulks rd, not too far from Ariaria Market, for a couple of years back when I was a student in Nigeria. I even spent some time on Omuma Road too, not far from the then ABSUTH Teaching Hospital.

It was to his interest since the South Easterners did not protest against his government. Matter of fact, given the way ibo politics typically go, it almost guarantees that Uzodinma, like Orji before him, will remain visible in politics in that area for a long time to come whether the people like it or not.
