Sorry guys I've been offline. Great great contributions on the Bp issue... I trust many like myself have gained.
There is one other medical stuff I'll like you guys to render help.. BMI... Not the regular I want to loose weight this, I want to drop kg that.
How can one add weight/kg..? You'll be surprised many people want to add weight.
I've someone who really needs this help. His weight is not complimenting his height. Last SSC course 45 screening, he was about 1.90m tall with just 62kg.... He had low BMI.
The issue is he doesn't like eating. Like he doesn't fancy food. But for his military passion, he has picked interest in eating. He's about 66kg now, but he needs more kg to get a good BMI.
So how can he add more kg....? Any help....?
God alone gives victory.. We'll be victorious. Uncle, it's simple. Eat junks always, pizza, burger e.t.c. Eat late at night, 9pm, 10pm Eat heavy food late Eat 4 square meal Sleep late, wake up late.....watch lots of movies at night Coke, fanta and it's likes should be your regular customer Avoid fruits Avoid stress A distance of 50meters should not be covered by trekking, use bike or call a cab No form of exercise should be done Think less, worry less...... activate I don't care attitude Don't trouble your brain at all, even sign board don't read Take lots of vitamins, multivitamins and diary products Eats less egg , chicken n fish..... Eat more pork, red meat and fats Ice cream, regularly, 3 times daily Take less water...once a day Get a wheel chair in your house....don't walk at all Take chocolate, sugary biscuits, sharwama, Eat atleast 5 times a day....and make sure your mouth is always busy Take lots of sweet, avoid chew gum cos it's a mode of exercise Avoid papm oil, go for g.nut oil Eat bread with mayonese**....don't use butter Am sure after two weeks, you will be asking us how to shed weight again.....lol |

KennethNnolim: Why the "shift go one side"? Your position isn't far from his. He never said gym goers should stop training, rather they should be careful to avoid the possibility of the muscle damage you mentioned. You know some people just read to reply, they don't read to understand before replying. I was just reading his response to ugo4u and my phalanges lost its strength to type, cos I was clueless as to how to respond to such. Make I go sleep, before the guy would say I SHOULD SHIFT TO THE OTHER SIDE |

This days I see people who's height is not up to 1.68m in all the arm of the Armed Forces including paramilitary and I wonder how. just do as I said and thank me later. Sense no go kill you there.......e be like say na wetin I go do for my weight check.... Guy, na G boy you be shey

Lukas47: For now, the 3.2km race is not the most challenging nor the most important in the enlistment process just get shortlisted for selection board interview that's the most important for now, let's not kill ourselves.
when eventually shortlisted for selection board interview and knowing that all your papers are legit, just pray that the board members likes or favours you that's the key and that your village people don't remove your name before it's published.
don't kill yourself with 3.2km race now. On that day many will make the race the only difference will be the time. Rubutun da aka kara haske ya kusan hura numfashina cc: ugo4u, ka fahimci yaren hausa |

LexyJay02: Loosing weight is not an automatic thing bro, it's a gradual process. In the medical and nutritional line, the max KG u should shed off in a week shouldn't be more than 2kg per week, anything higher than that is at the detriments of the functioning of yours system and organs. The two healthy ways of loosing weight should either be through creating a calorie deficit or through exercise. Using drugs to burn fats has its bad sides. You didn't gain the extra kilos in three months, so trying to loose 30kg in just 3 months is very bad. Eat healthy and stay fit. Lecture after graduation....... Nice input tho, did you read my previous posts?? Note, it's possible to loose 30kg or more within 2 months without drugs. |

LexyJay02: You are not alone bro. But being overweight is not an issue for DSSC candidates. People overweight were taking during the last screening of DSSC
Kindly don't overtake the moringa, it has its own Chronic detrimental effect, it has some conc. antinutrient too that can badly damage the liver. Lolz .... Ok boss . Was just kidding tho. But are you sure??..... Overweight isn't an issue with DSSC??....... |

ugo4u: Don't know the standard they use for potential cadets, was in 44ref hospital last week and asked same question to a lady doc, she said it's 20 to 25 anything above is overweight, what I don't know is if they use same for screening. Since it's an army hospital it's better to stay within that range just in case . Bikonu, egbami. Moringa drink, 5 times daily niyen. I must slim by fire, by force |
