Arccangel:I had to log in to say thank you for this comment...... I bet you that lady if she is a mother, is not a career woman'.... It's better she pays someone to do some of d house work than nagging her husband to death cos of stress n frustration. If I have the money to employ someone to handle certain things, I will totally subscribe to it.. no point forming vitreous super woman and Un knowingly neglecting other aspects be cos u re tired and stressed |
Good morning mamas, Pls is it ok for me to take green tea while still breastfeeding |
I guess mine was watching my son die .... While the doctor's tried to revive... just noting the time life left him It's almost 2yrs now n for those 2yrs I call his name at least 20 times a day. Sometimes I call him in my head... Well....... I couldn't step into his room for a long time. .. I ve known labor pains but honestly it's nothing compared to the loss of a child... It never leaves u |
glogirl:I'm presently in LA and just finished my son's passport. .. DH got a notary lawyer to notarise the form.. It must not be done at the embassy |

Shawbabe:I flew emirates to LA 4th Feb... at 34 weeks... like the other lady said, it's 36weeks for single day pregnancy n 32weeks for multiple . By the way, emirates does not ask for port health cert.. just search for the medical cert on the heir Web site, get ur doc to fill I out, sign n stamp.. take it along with ur fit to fly letter from ur hospital. . Make copies ooo they will retain a copy during check in.. good luck |
Hello Mamas, I just arrived LA yesterday for my missionary journey, I was suprised I wasn't asked any question at the point of entry despite my big pointy tommy. The CBP only asked how long I will be staying and I said 10 -12 weeks and he stamped me in till August 2017. I hope I didn't miss anything. Anyway I used emirates-16hrs to LA from Dubai.. Any LA mums around? Plsss let's hook up.. need a pattern .. I look forward to ending this journey well... |
Op - reading through I was upset she insisted on being part of d picture, then I became more upset when I read that u guys finally let her join, then I became mad when I read abt her forming attitude... I just felt she spoilt a memorable picture |
Interesting debate abt preggy women and visas. I will like to share my own transcript. I'm 24 weeks pregnant, with a very big tommy. I got my visa in Lagos on Friday 9th Dec. I didn't go with hubby cos he got his visa at our earlier scheduled interview. I had to reschedule mine cos of ds-160 bar code ish. So here is my transcript. I applied for a B2 visa. Vo. .. passport Plsss. Me... gave it to him with a good morning Vo.... y re u going to the United States Me... vacation with my husband and we plan to have our baby there Vo... come again?? Please repeat what you said. . (He sounded kinda suprised. Dunno y . Cos at this point he stopped typing to look at me) Me... I said I plan to have a vacation withe my husband and we also plan to have our son there. Vo... oww. What do you do Me... I'm an engineer, I work for.... Vo.... what type of engineer are u Me.. chemical Engraved. Vo.. tell me abt a Chem.. Engr Me... *I babbled everything I could think of while he types. Vo... have u travelled B4 Me .. yup been to uk,France, abu dhabi. ,... With my husband. Vo.... does ur hubby have a visa Me .., yes Vo... can I see a copy I passed it across and he studies it and types. My ppt has my maiden name x different from hubby. Vo.. when did you get married Me.. I told him Vo.. y didn't u change the name on ur passport. . Lol I hurriedly renewed my passport in October after I couldn't do my first interview.. Me.. I told hi abt d sudden renewal Vo.. but you ve been married for xx yrs dats enough time to change ur name At this point I realised he was trying to prove or convince himself dat we re actually married. So I decided to nudge him in d right direction lol. Me.,. Well, it's really not compulsory dat I do a change of name especially at work as long as I have my marriage certificate to prove it. (I wanted him to ask for marriage certificate and he did) I passed him d very original cert when he asked. He studies it and compares names.lol Vo.. Madam at dis moment your visa ha s been approved blah blah blah (I didn't hear d rest of what he said) and I got d white paper... daz all.. |

nice bridge but Obiano should pay his contractors, consultants and co... Won't be surprised if the person that designed the bridge we are celebrating is still being owed. considering the fact that he insists on paying just 30% of the costs of their works, he should at least pay up ooo. |
Someone should please ask Obiano to pay the contractors that designed and built his bridges and roads!!!! Not cool at all..... |

The last I checked d country is still called Nigeria not Muslim and non-muslim. And as nigerians we have d right to do business and worship where we wish. So d idea of all these Muslim and non-muslim areas baffles me. If as Muslims the sharia law applies (I may not have a full understanding of dis law) then Muslims shld live and be punished by it. Therefore Muslims shld not buy or sell alcohol both in areas where they re majority or minority. While others can do their thing. I don't know why the way Muslims choose to live shld affect non-muslims irrespective of d predominant religion in d area. So if a Muslim is found selling alcohol, the govt "sharia govt" shld break his bottles and punish him as such. Geezzzz atimes I wonder what freedom means to a Muslim or nigerians in general. |
