I sincerely hope majority of the players called for the tournament aren't home based players, they should wait for the CHAN tournament and CAF competition for the various clubsides to prove themselves.

Having them play rubbish that'll wreck our FIFA rankings and end up in places like Bulgarian and Albanian leagues is not worth it.
Pls go and read about unity cup or you forgot this is not our first participation, have you asked yourself why Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica plus Ghana and Nigeria.

The tournament is for fun now left for participating nations to use it to develop her players for the future.

Pls make we dey cool down on home based players o,we too dey drag Dem anyhow abi na dem put us in WC qualification tight situation.

Kai with our star players we are behind Rwanda,Benin, struggling with Lesotho and Zimbabwe.

Pls just mention a club in Benin,Rwanda, Lesotho and Zimbabwe that is making waves in CAF competitions.

Mind you CHAN is bigger than Unity Cup.....unity cup that a very good friend of mine used as a cap for eagles, playing for Woking fc in developmental or national league in England.

Dayo Ajoge always seeing himself as ex international with few minutes cap against Jamaica.

Chelle should take it serious and see it as a tournament for the future and possibly see one or two players who are ready to mix with big boys.

Thank God that his picture was posted online. I am expecting what the Nigerian Police will do in response to this obviously insensitive act by one of its own.

This is not to take anything away from the Barbaric display of those Youths in Edo, who should be arrested and made to face to full wrath of the Law.

The current generation of Youths in Nigeria should be told emphatically that they are trying to set this Country on fire with their Insensitive actions.

Armed herders clash with security forces in Yenagoa forest

A violent confrontation erupted in the dense forests of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, as heavily armed herders engaged in a fierce battle with security forces. The escalating tensions have intensified concerns over regional security, raising alarms about the enforcement of anti-grazing laws and the safety of local communities.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0QRl09PorM
As far as this video is concerned I don't see anything that suggests a confrontation. No Fulani Herdsmen were visible in the video. Just a random guy shouting at an invisible person. No Cows were even visible.

Shebi Nigeria Delta get Militants? Why not send them to expel the Herders from the Forest?

All braggado and lies.

Hope you remember this tournament of 4 nations in London

The tribe that owns Lagos are not even allowed to rule Lagos state by Yorubas.

Come to think of it.. even with d deduction of 3points ,even if we had won d game against Zimbabwe 🇿🇼,we would still need to win all d remaining games ,to qualify straight as d group winner,at d end of d day,d result against Zimbabwe doesn’t really have much effect
Meaning SA on 10 points and Nigeria 9 points and compare to what we have now

Elder, you need to take a dose of nostalgaquine to cure you of your over fondness of the past so you can appreciate the present and the future.

Respectfully sir.
I watched the past and presently am not satisfied with what we have as LBs,is there anything wrong with it.

If a coach has natural LB but played right footed player twice in the same position, meaning what?can Aina as LB bench Iroha,Babayaro,Taiwo,Echiejele and even Udeze?

I should not be fondness of the past that gave us 3 Afcons and 6 WC appearances.

Pls who told I don't appreciate the present....okay rate our LBs in eagles past and presently.

Samueltemi337:
Nah
I won't agree with you on this
The few minutes Burno played against Rwanda he was better than Aina at LB
Aina made some defensive errors against Rwanda
But played well against Zimbabwe
I feel Burno would have given us much more at LB
And Aina would also have given us much more at RB
Well I maybe wrong but I will not pick Bruno,Sanusi and Collins over Aina as LB if I have solid RB...I don't see what Sanusi,Collins and Bruno brought to the table that made them special, fact they are the lowest LBs talking about LBs in eagles history.

As I said that drew against Zimbabwe messed things up

Chelle himself should overhaul his thinking. Playing Aina as LB twice shows that he is not flexible.
Do you want to hear Koko our LBs were very average and to be candid talking modern tactics they are not better than Aina as LB.....the only mistake he made was not substituted tired Osayi for Bruno which would have made Aina to switch but guess what Aina gave us the beautiful assist, meaning he got it right.

Drew that match was just the only minus

We can woo Chido Martins over if we try to get him now. If Osimhen's deal to Man UTd materializes that would be another advantage.
