From spending time with some whites, I have come to see things a bit from their own view. However there are some whites would rather prefer to live in denial rather than accept a capable black person as equal. Then there are some whites who have issues with a black person (especially black man) being smart or challenging their views (especially if the white happens to be wrong in that respect). This category of white people expects you as a black person to be dumb and allow him or her be the smart one and never challenge what they say or praise their words as 'smart' or 'intelligent'. It is as if they EXPECT you to fit into their tiny illusive box definition of blacks as somehow dumb and have a problem if you don't fit into their category. This is especially more pronounced in the work place or office. And as a smart black person, especially smart black man, expect your intelligence to be poked or 'tested' all the time.

Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has began the implementation of the planned sack of over two hundred staff. Following what industry observers have termed “ethnic cleansing” of those employed during the tenure of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
The 25 people in the first batch of staff to be sacked have been given their dismissal letters, most of them cut across junior and management staff, who were employed by the last administration of Mr. Patrick Akpobolokemi, and the former DG, Mr. Temisan Omatseye, were dismissed by the agency yesterday.
A list of the sacked staff made available indicates that most of affected staff are from the South South and South East geo-political zones. This according to maritime industry watchers, is nothing but victimization. A notable maritime expert, Barrister Cajitan Ilomuanyan, said “this act is very unfortunate as much as it is audacious”.
Speaking further, ilomuanya asserted that the sack of workers from a particular region is selective and cannot be justified; “what we are witnessing since the emergency of Mr. Haruna Baba Jauro is demotion of staff while he is promoting people of his region; this no doubt is creating problem for President Buhari, as this tend to create an impression that the President is against other ethnic regions”.

Causing minimal homogenization of water bodies. This slow mixing is also dependent on first factor above. Wind is one factor that controls water mixing from 1-down to near 500m. From the pic u can see it a calmer sea...no turbulence, no wave with shoals.
3 LIGHT
What u see clearly as boundary is light back scattering/reflection incident on the water body. Water bodies with more salt (tot ion) will appear mor turbid there by impeding light penetration. So ions with different salts allow reflection of light favoring wavelength tending to blue in uv-vis band. The clearer water simply means less salt and deeper light penetration, compared the the darker side. Its been proven that white light penetration is highest for blue.
My explanation doesn't mean there is no God. its meant to de-mystify and buttress further on earlier premise that they do not mix.
