I swear our military lack common rule of engagement. I mean why cant they do the normal thing expected of them.

In military, whenever there is air raid, there suppose to be ground forces who will engage the terrorists who are trying to run. Because the airforce cannot successfully target all the enemies in the air. The ground forces are suppose to finish the job.

But now what is the essence of dropping some bombs and still leave the enemy camp without permanently dislodging them.
