All these New car's comes with sensors attached to their fans,the fan won't pick untill the temperature of your car hits around 95°c and above,it will switched off at 94°c and picked at 95 again,those fans comes with 3 speeds and each speed level is determined by the temperature of the car.
The speed is always at it's peak when you are in the traffic

Bro...I had the same issue when i was travelling a day like that....I switched from single cell to double cell, since then my temperature has never risen to the one fourth level of the thermometer. I suspect those that designed the car forgot there is a place called Nigeria ,they would have fractured us in

Firstly install a double cell radiator because your car was not built for the Nigerian weather.
Secondly note that your car has two fans. One fan must always be working when the car is switched on. It is also important to know that the very fan should blow inwards towards your engine and not outwards. If it blows outwards, call a rewire to reverse the direction. The second fan should come on and also blow inwards to support the first fan only when the AC is turned on.
