Nigeria makes over 3 trillion naira per month as revenue. What stops us from employing one million military personals and pay them 1million naira each . That will be 1 trillion naira from my calculation , if that will solve the insecurity problem , why not. I know alot of foreign workers who would join the fight if the pay is so good. People will fight with their lives if the pay is so good.

There’s really no good reason to do this. A close friend of mine left his final year in Political Science in University of Ibadan to join the Nigeria Police Academy. Though he’s now a senior officer, but he still regrets it and says he would have risen faster in the Nigeria Police if he had a regular BSc before joinging the academy. I warned him, but he followed his mentor’s advice.
