You probably forgot to mention the Technical Director been in position for about year.

My good friend and most honest, humble and straightforward Football ⚽ Manager I have ever come across , Chris Houghton. Add to that he has a wealth of experience under his cap.

I think Ghana have a solid and well balanced team in all departments.

S.E are very predictable, i mean very predictable, but i must tell you that tonight saw them less predictable and a little more dynamic than what we have known of them. God bless Iwobi. There is a reason i am yet to give up on Peseiro.

What i don't like about him is his non invitation of players that gives him tactical advantage.
Players like Nwakali, Alhassan Yusuf, Chidera Ejuke, Peter Olayinka.
What I like about him is that he doesn't invite mediocre players like Nwakali and unfortunately for Peter Olyinka, in obscure low quality league, when there are far better players.

Alhassan is doing good but he is not a player with guiles and outstanding technical ability that will change our Midfield. Maybe if he goes to a better league he might be better appreciated. I do think he should have been given an invite, if you can invite Nwakali then you MUST DEFINITELY invite Alhassan.

Ejuke is quintessential Nigerian baller, almost too much so, lots of dribbling limited end product.

SURPRISED that Nathan Tella was not invited, he has been absolutely outstanding for Burnley. His confidence level is just astounding, he has improved. I watched him use the small of his back to pass the ball to player in a match. Burnley are top of the Championship have a great manager in Kompany.

He is already a Southampton player EPL player on loan with his value rising each day.

And oh l forget you claim I hate Nigerian origin players.
There are too many players of Nigerian origin in the UK. To quote you verbatim, "hater of Nigerian origin players"

You probably mean players birthed from the Nigerian football clubs and academies, l presume.

Let's start with Liverpool Awoniyi you probably had a convulsion when I told you I know him quite well. I hate him so much that I converse with him .

Ighalo, Onuacho, Etebo, Ndidi, Onyekuru, Dennis, V.Moses, Obagoal, Yobo, Mikel, etc I according to you HATE.

I absolutely have no HATE for any player irrespective of birth place and that includes, Chukwueze, V.O. Nwakali. For goodness most I don't know and probably never will, it's ludicrous to be getting all emotional about people you don't know.

The only players l have been unapologetically vociferously dismissive of is Isaac Success ,I coined Wasteman I have no time for bad behaviour.

And when I get into a discourse it's about player attribute and criticism not with the player but with highly misinformed individuals like you.

You lack knowledge and what you dont understand you class as HATE .

Was this not your handwriting in the same 2017 when your desperation once again beclouded your sense of reasoning?
What exactly is your point here , because I don't get it.

In 2017 Fred Onyedinma had played 3 season in the Championship he started at 16 he was a poster boy. Everybody wanted him yes Arsenal, Tottenham, etc , he played local football with Gomez and Iwobi.

Fred is about a year older than Ademola Lookman, who got his first game in 2016 in the Championship. After Fred had enjoyed two seasons in the Championship and was outstanding as a younger teenage player.

There is something called time related,. AT THAT TIME , Fred Onyedinma was ahead.

But he was very very wrongly advised he spent near 8/9 years at Millwall he got to emotive with his loyalty to club instead of career. Wrong decisions and his career has stalled now in my opinion.

You can look at comments I made in 2019 saying , I've stopped talking about him he's been disappointing.

seems you have gotten the names mixed up. The moniker you quoted mentioned onyedinma but you are talking about adekanye.
A screenshot about my comments with regards to Fred Onyedinma.

My expectations are probably higher than most with regards to the SE. Once Fred Onyedinma was not an upward progression I stopped talking about him 5 years ago plus.

I had even higher expectations for Chuks Aneke, he was once injured for two seasons and I expected him to kick off rapidly believing injury problems were solved.

Unfortunately l was wrong he is too injury prone he has been in and out of injury. He cannot be relied upon sadly , so l don't talk about him anymore Or should l ❓

In reality if you were to compare these players to Nwakali the midfield maestro then you might have a think. Because they are doing a lot better than Nwakali.

The only reason you are writing Victor Osimhen is a good striker is because he has proven you wrong. You can try to act like you praise him but when he was going through struggles, you beat him with your words.

You were not praising Victor when he was struggling. You were wishing him failure. When you were making statements like Victor will struggle playing for academies, you were not writing praises.
You have presented this never ending FALSE narrative of , he hates Nigerian birthed players, but it's nonsensical in the extreme.

We have had this discussion dispute several times and I keep reminding you , perception is not FACT.

My comments are always TIME related i.e. at THAT TIME.

I will reiterate at THAT TIME V.O. would not have made it in a good English academy at that TIME, in Wolfsburg, he was technically naive and deficient.

I critically advised he should drop a division and or go to lower league and reinvent himself and then move up. It seems he took my according to you HATEFUL advice.

Old screenshot dating to July 2019 , giving my hateful derisory advice birthed from HATE , that he V.O. seemingly took, from his HATER.

The difference between me and you is that you do fantasy football ⚽ I do participative decision and in real life.

If V.O. had taken your advice, it would be to remain in Wolfsburg you are the best, keep learning and getting knowledge, training, doing the drills , you will make it. By now he would have trained and drilled himself into oblivion and you wouldn't be talking about him.

Please be substantive and not emotively presumptuous in the negative.

I haven't directly said anything in response to Komekn's constant use of "Superdelusional" in reference to me. I ignore it always. I know I live in his head.

Or isn't that also a usual trend that needs be stopped?

Also, you see how some various attention-seeking monikers come at me and You don't say a thing and you don't try to discourage those obviously ridiculous comments they make. But here you are holding Defensive briefs for Komekn.

Also, Komekn always puts out the lie that certain players aren't praised in here.

The latest was him saying Lookman hasn't even been given a nickname like someone else. He says we haven't called him Super Beast or Terminator or any name at all. Lol

Now, again I ignored but Chriskels couldn't help but point out how ridiculous his statement was.

So My dear Elf, all Chriskels did was show yet again how blindly controversial Komekn gets coz he was again putting lies forward.

As for me, I only said one thing in response to Chris and that is, "Sometimes, It's better to ignore and just watch how gullibles feed on Komekn's Agendas."

As for any other thing, TheGoodJoe has already pointed it out and TheGoodJoe is always the first person, or one of the first who would normally advise that we all should avoid vulgar language when addressing Komekn's agenda-driven lies.

So My Elf of Darkness... Chill. Don't make it sound like the whole thread has turned on Komekn when I practically have more haters than that guy in here. grin

It is what it is.
Academic guru.

I want to believe you understand comparison analysis.

That means by COMPARISON.

Look at level of unhinged euphoric praise singing that other players get in comparison to Ademola Lookman.

Ademola Lookman is a essentially a winger and is third in the goal scoring charts of Seria A ,that's absolutely astounding.

Your shameless in your double standard duplicity .

My assertion is very simple Ademola doesn't get anywhere near the same recognition and praise singing given to the favourites here.

If V.O. breaks wind you will sing a song of praise.

Lol calm down we were already talking about Lookman before Komekn joined the thread. Go to the Olympic thread and the Nigeria cadet threads way back in 2015, no be today. In fact, the moniker "BlackAlbino" was the first to post his news from an article he lifted from ANS. No be today we begin hail the boy, and when Komekn joined he started pushing the agenda of Onyedimma. And like he always does, he talks down on one player to push his choice of player, and that was when he said Lookman was not good enough, and that his move to Everton was an arrangee move, that instead Onyedimma was the real deal, but today the werey wan come dey form talent spotter. grin

Relax guy, no be today.

Within that period(2014/15) here are the list of players we were discussing - Elohor Ekpolo, Boluwatife Balogun(Barcelona), Bobby Adekanye (Barcelona), Moses Odubanjo(hull-city), Kingsley Ehizibue (ZEC Zwolle), Tyronne Ebuechi (Ado Den Haag), Cedric Omoigui(Valencia), Chima Okoroji(he was formerly in Bayern Munich U19 before moving to FC Augsburg), ademola lookman(charlton-athletic) etc
Now if you want to tell LIES as well as spread a good level of misinformation garnished with disinformation. The first thing is to get your facts right.

Ademola Lookman was playing grass roots Sunday football ⚽ at 16 in 2014 got into the Charlton Athletic academy and within a year he was in Charlton first team in 2015.

Bobby Adekanye Joined Liverpool yooth team from PSV in 2015 and played yooth football until 2019.

Ademola was sold to Everton in January 2017 , with Deals man Sam Allatdyce as Manager. He had already had two years of first team football.

So at what stsge were you making comparison with a player who is playing youth football with one who had played 4 season of fitst team football some in the EPL.

You are desperate Dan comedic and you will have the effrontery to accuse someone of telling lies. Please go and look at the mirror you will see a compulsive liar looking at you.

Your attempt to muddy the waters by including every player you can find related or unrelated to that era is shamelessly shambolic.

a person who is obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction, especially one who is prejudiced against or antagonistic towards a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group.

You said that Tomori Fikayo possibly the best CB in Seria A or at least among top three. Should write to quote you ;

If Tomori still want to play for us, I won't mind provided he typed a 3-paged apology for refusing us at first

How many times did Akpoguma refuse the NFF and his Father said because of Juju his son should not play for Nigeria among other issues. But the NFF still approached him multiple times and kept on him until when his career was struggling he then agreed to play for Nigeria.

But you then feel Tomori who was just asked once should write three pages of apologies. That's bigoted hypocritical and a double standard.

komekn is ready to do all he can to run players like Sadiq Umar, Victor Osimhen, Kelechi Nwakali down.

It is beyond analysis when he calculated how Victor Osimhen won't even make it in English academy.

Mbok, that is not analysis but hate. komekn actually comes out as someone hoping a player picks up and injury or dropped by the coach. Then he wants how the player is not quality.

I will not hesitate to point out to him when I notice what comes out to me as a hate filled suggestion. I do my best to make sure that my posts are devoid of insults but will highlight when I notice when he is not talking within the boundaries of football.

You are conceited in your self birthed misinformation.

Your perception is not FACT it's just your misguided conclusions.

Being an elder requires a good level of integrity but you lack that.

I've done screen shots of my comments on V.O. which were positively critical.

Where are you getting this never ending narrative of LIES and HATE.

Quite some time ago it was said by quite a few that I hated all Nigeria born players from Nigeria. When l challenged them to substantiate their view just like you they all go missing.

I dont rate Nwakali one bit and absolutely do not believe that he should have anything to do with the SE, that doesn't mean I hate him. That's my informed view.

I don't consider Sadiq a good quality striker, I don't rate him, he is good but not good enough for the SE.

I rate Ighalo, Onuacho, Dennis, Awoniyi much better than Sadiq and of course they were all born in Peckham, London. That doesn't mean I HATE Sadiq.

V.O. I think he is an excellent striker but I don't think he is world class. World class means among the top 10 consistent strikers in the world thats my general definition.

You are too judgmental and emotively biased. Because I don't get overly euphoric and Vocal about the player that you idolise does not mean HATE.

What happened to the context of Here and Now??
Atalanta for the past 5 seasons now have been a top 5 team for most in the Serie A... Plus they are 24th in the UEFA coefficient...
So using your here and now theory, they are a high profile team
Not exactly .

The profile of a team is acquired over decades of outstanding performance and achievements and takes a lot to loose it.

For instance Glasgow Rangers lost their top level club status when they were relegated to the third tier in Scottish football. On account of Financial impropriety.

However, Rangers still remained a high profile club. It goes beyond the immediate HERE and NOW which is more relebant to players than clubs.

For this reason Newcastle may be third in the EPL but they are not a high profile club. That's reserved for Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea , Tottenham.

That's the context in which I regarded Atalanta as not a high profile club, performance in the Here and are doing incredibly well on a shoe string budget.

Forgive my ignorance but I tend to look at the pedigree of Inter ,AC, Juventus, Roma, Lazio as the higher profile teams .

Things have changed I guess , I will now add Atalanta, either way it's an outstanding achievement. Ademola Lookman playing left wing is among the top three goal scorers in Seria A.
