Haha I won't say he has failed woefully because he has not really been given the chance to play except in the few matches he started last season when Vardy was suspended, And this season is probably his best so far

Leicester should strike some deal with a mid table team and pay part of his weekly, I still have high hopes and believe he will impress
Football na simple equation.

" If you play good, you play more, you play bad you play less or not at all"

Leicester no get academy. That's what's saving him, if not small boy for collect him position.

Second issue Leicester no get money, make we talk true. Otherwise they should know If Vardy injure, season don finish. Na mid table dem go deh.

When l tell people about academy players they dismiss them. If you are going to a team always look at the academy for potential contenders for your position.

In this regards KC has no competition for the number 2 striker position. That's just the reality.

If Osimhen was in Leicester, which is where I think he should go. Brendan will develop him into the next Vardy and a complete striker, he still has a lot to learn.

All this big eye for Manchester United and Arsenal, is not the best for him in my opinion. These are clubs that can bench £50 million pound player if you don't perform.

How many epl teams have striker from academy doing well ?
Are you serioushuh ❓ Below a list of forward players. I use the term forward because these days strikers interchange with Wing play regularly. Such that most striker are wingers as well.

Being able to play on the wing as well as being a striker is a huge advantage.

Rashford
Raheem
Mason G.
Tega
Calvert-Lewin
Kane
Trent Alexander (not a striker but 12 assist)
Hudson Odoi
Nketiah
Saka
Jack Grealish
Zaha
Danny Ings
Mason mount
Reiss Nelson

I keep saying it the govt is not serious in funding the military, if worse comes to worst we can do trade by barter, with a top Military vehicle manufacturer or nation. We give them oil, gas, gold, cocoa or any resources we can easily get in exchange for MRAPs, and other badly needed military equipment. It is trade by barter with Julius Berger; Oil for infrastructure that IBB/Abacha used in building/developing Abuja. We can also say tax Nigerians indirectly w/o people even knowing e.g for every one liter of petrol N2 will be earmarked to supplement our defence needs, percent from postal stamp, even a slice from the newly increased VAT, Customs can be mandated to remit say 5% to the defence fund out of the 30% they charge for duties etc
We just need someone that can think out of the box to raise funds for the military but the political class is only concerned in taxing and looting the country..
One of things you will find in going into any organisation. Because the Armed forces is an organisation albeit defence based governmental.

Nonetheless, same principle applies.

Your competence exposes somebody's incompetence your honest, best value and prudence ( much lower costings) exposes systemic bare faced corruption ridden high scale and level stealing.

Otherwise l have actually made some overtures in this regard.

For the reasons stated in the post let's agree to disagree!
I am looking it from process management and a comparison of organisational culture and the impact on production quality and innovation.

I was looking at Airbus SE UK and German subsidiaries and if you delve deeper you will know there was a research team. From a UK Russell group universitiy that invented the interfacing for the maintenance scheduling for Airbus.

In this regard Pakistan has nothing to anchor industrial manufacturing and or high technology upon.

Would you buy a Pakistani made car or Mercedes-Benz if given the choice even if the Pakistani car is much cheaper.

I personally would rather have a 3/5 year old Mercedes-Benz or Audi vehicle than s brand new one.

Talk true make devil shame grin

They even used a picture of a Chilean special forces member descending from chute that went viral when one roforofo blog said it was the COAS grin . The whole thing to me is like a politician doing PR during elections campaign for a second term. abi is someone indirectly canvassing for tenure elongation?
E. b. things
I have said this before NEVER in the history of the NA has it been so politicised with spin and propaganda but entirely based on personality.

It's going to take a long time to clean that mentality out of the system of the NA. Even when he leaves.

I really do not know but from an understanding of organisational management. I can say most promotions will have moved from the objective measurement of KPI's to subjective ones where preference based on relationship will become paramount. That simply means " who Oga like " which is nepotism and favouritism.

Very sad something that has taken decades to build up is being destroyed.

Yes! Heres why-ofc on paper the oversight and certification of each process is basically a bureaucratic affair at the plane makers in Oyinboland. They all know each other. Both parties respect each others abilities. As such errors occur: like the BAE Strikemaster, a ground attack we used to operate. The wing root would crack due to fatigue!?

[url]https://www.militaryfactory.com/aircraft/detail.asp?aircraft_id=877/url]

With us that WOULD NEVER HAPPEN . I CAN GUARANTEE YOU EVERY PROCESS AT ANY BLACK PLANE MAKER WOULD BE CHECKED, RECHECKED AND POSSIBLY TRIPLE CHECKED. The techs papers would all be scanned twice, uni transcripts examined, even their respective schools contacted!?
And it would be a good thing,an excellent thing actually as the quality of the final product would be unimpeachable.
This word " organisational culture " has a way of pervading everything that you do in an organisation. It takes many decades of the pursuit of excellence for it to become established and the general benchmark.

That organisational culture has a way of when consider bother degree of high tech manufactureing country is involved in to become the national psychi = mentality.

That's why manufacturering in the Germany is very different from manufacturing in the UK. One is seeking world dominance by excellence in production and the other is essentially asleep in mediocrity.

What l am saying that level of competence cannot be attained by short cuts. Pakistan will never make a quality competitive product like those countries who have had a century or more of doing it.

I rest my case.

You can travel in a Pakistani manufactured aircraft but before you enter you better fast and pray.

Truth
Leicester is not the place for Nacho if he truly wants to have a successful career and not just after the money

Vardy is hindering his destiny and he doesn't seem bothered

I will even prefer if he is sent out on loan to any mid table team where starting shirt is guaranteed
It really depends on what you define a successful as, in the first instance.

KC went to Leicester by thier standards a very big transfer fee of £25 million with very high hopes to be high scoring striker.

He has failed woefully.

However, they are not a big club they cannot afford to bench him.

KC would have signed a long term contract of at least 5 years. I expect him to be on at least with yearly increments in consideration £75k a week.

Now tell which serious club will pay £75k a week plus transfer fee for a striker like KC, that guarantee you nothing.

So KC will run out his contract to the last £££. Leicester will also try to revamp him and give him some opportunity that maybe his value may rise and hopefully one club will carry the liability from their hand.

make he just think about him life
What is saving KC is that Academy is not producing anything to compete with him, thier academy is poor.

Then Leicester " No get money " to buy another quality striker.

Because without Vardy Leicester will be struggling with mid level and below. And if he gets injured now that's effectively the end of thier season.

Exactly....the EPL is more racist to me....the worse kind of racism is backdoor racism..You see as Vardy was on a poor run after the covid break and yet he kept starting games. If it were to be an African, he would have been benched after 2 blank games...

Some very Racist coaches dey England
You contradicting yourself with your unit of measurement for a player to be benched.

In 2017/18 after 21 EPL games he scored 3 goals.

In 2018/19 after 30 EPL games he scored 1 goal.

In 2019/20 after 16 games he has scored 5 goals.

So the Leicester players should accuse the management of black discrimination and favoritism in favour of Kelechi against white players because with those statistics he should never play for Leicester.

Using your logic.

So,in theory even Burundi can build a plane.
It doesn't matter do you think people will take comfort in certifications. And because an aircraft is certified it cannot crash with technical problems.

Stats are indicative and not conclusive.

I would have to look at players individual attributes and relate them to the team philosophy and strategy.

Then how are those goals scored are they lucky tap ins. Or does he dribble past 3/4 players use pace and then with pin point ferocity score from 25 yards.

In this regard I've seen what KC can do but not Maja and my pick would be Maja added to the fact that 15 goals from 24 games is not ewah and dodo.

I don't know how else to explain. I do not watch win or lose but how well the team played. I also try to know where we faulted and how to remedy the situation.

For instance, I feel the main pointer was how rusty Fernandinho is operating in the defensive midfield role. We missed the fluidity of Gundogan and it told.

Also Foden needs to learn how to operate deeper. Unlike De Bruyne and Silva who helped in build up, he was more interested in attacking gaps with reduced our fluidity breaking the defence down. Towards the end, Foden did more but still was not involved a lot.

Solution I feel would have been to take off Fernandinho and move Zinchenko there. Maybe Guardiola was not prepared to risk it because of the ruggedity Fernandinho brings to the defence.

Finally, the high points for City for me were the amount of chances we created. Shows we can still cause problems. Also was how unbelievably gifted Eric Garcia is. He had a very impressive game, save for a passing error which almost led to a goal.
The competitivness of the EPL is simply uncontested among top leagues of Europe.

Southampton beating Man City after they just flogged Liverpool.

This will not happen in La Liga, Bundesliga and or Seria A not even in French league one.

Elder Uncle Kog, I greet u. I just wanted to balance things really.

Victor Moses remains the best winger we had in the last decade (2010 - 2019). Absolutely no debate about that. He deserves some
huge respect abeg.

Also, right now, what he has achieved has not been attained or surpassed yet by any of our current young wingers.

I must admit though that the current wingers like Chukwueze, Simon, Kalu, Ejuke, Bonaventure, Onyekuru still have their best years in front of them and are all still upcoming.

One or maybe two of them could end up matching or surpassing Victor Moses' legacy of achievements with the Super Eagles and at club level and a few of them like Chuks truly have world class potentials to be much more but they are still growing so UNTIL THEN, we must accept that FOR NOW, Victor Moses is their boss on the wings.

This is my submission.

The bolded isn't a valid argument..
Moses had the privilege of growing up in England, hence he was able to get into an English club academy and start his career there like most of his peers.. The likes or Kalu,Simon, Chukwueze and Onyekuru meanwhile started from the streets and the academy..
They have been able to work their way from the bottom and gradually going to the top..
Look at Simon for example, from Slovakia to Belgium to Spain and now France... Same with Kalu.. Chukwueze from Villarreal B to Villarreal main team and now attracting interest from big teams .. Onyekuru from Qatar to Belgium to Turkey and now France.
These boys may not have done nothing special for super eagles yet,but please don't belittle them... They have what it takes to be better than Moses and all those past wingers you mentioned there..

Just like those past players you mentioned,Moses has played his part for the team.. he helped us win the AFCON, he helped us qualify for the world cup.. He has done well!
Just like Mikel and Enyeama, they should be allowed to enjoy their retirement in peace while we give opportunity to the news boys in the team..
New is certainly not a measurement of better and in the context of Nigeria new is not neccesarily younger.

So because you went to a better school you should step aside for those who went to a poor school and had to struggle to get to your level.

You are being prejudiced and pushing forward double standard that's bigoted.
