Iheanacho own case is really sad..after spending so much time "soaking knowledge" under the "genius" Rodgers and impressing in preseason, he can't even make the match day squad... I wonder why his fanboys are being silent on the matter I remember some Superdelusuional overly optimistic assumed football analyst announced. KC is back to form. The reality for KC is that no Championship side that's forward thinking will even take him on. But somehow he has been called to the SE on what basis 5 goals in two seasons of the EPL. |

charlesemeka85: alot are clamoring for a number 10 who will bring flair and trickery but with alex iwobi in that position we are covered.
days are gone when players like jj were tolerated by coaches, nowadays coaches go for AM midfielders who are more direct, purposeful with good passing, shooting abilities and high work rate.
the aforementioned qualities is why no big club tried to get jj even when his talent was obvious. if jj was more direct with good work rate he would have been the best AM to grace the game with his presence.
super eagles biggest problem currently is the CM position Some people are stuck in a time warp of the 90's forgetting football has moved on. Who is the playmaker for Man city and Liverpool if it was so important. |

andrew44444: You see why i always call you bias, i am sure if ndidi is UK brought up you will be singing praises
So because PSG got gueye you think ndidi is not good enough, teams and coaches have their choices of players, psg didn't go for ndidi doesn't make him a bad player and mind you gana gueye is a cheaper option, you your self know this, you cant get ndidi for 29 million, thou i am not using that as an excuse
Now let me educate you
Manchester united got aaron wan bissaka , does that mean he is better than all available options? he is not even better than kieran tripper, i wont even mention more, when Liverpool got robertson from the championship , are they not other available options of left back in the epl that they skipped them to get Robertson
Gana gueye is a good player but at age 22/23 which is ndidi age he was playing in a small french club
Manchester united got a certain winger daniel james from swansea in the championship, are there not better wingers in the epl? or you want to say that they skipped wingers in the epl just as psg skipped ndidi right?
Ogbeni komekn you self dey think before you yarn ooo Wan Bissaka is probably the fastest Right W/B in the EPL. He brings to the game attacking prowess like nobody else and is technically gifted , tall and strong. Then it's rare before you have a player who can also defend excellently and attack excellently at the same time. Is he the best IMO a big. YES. The comparison of Gana is food for thought not an inference on who is better. But you misconstrued the context and the meaning, mischievous football hooligan that you are LOL. U too like trouble must everything be fight and negative assumption. You matta to hard. To substantiate my position this year and last years stats for tackles in the EPL.

Bonke is a perpetual bench warmer at malmo ff while igbekeme is a good diminutive creative player. he is one midfielder i pray makes the leap to the laliga soon.
the problem in the super eagles midfield is not the lack of a dm but a cm who can initiate attack with ease, score goals and help defensively as well and the 2 who comes to mind judging by currently performances are aribo and ejaria.
i just pray ejaria sustains his present form. the lad is doing marvelously well in reading but the season is still very young I would place above both of them the very versatile Chuks Aneke who was once hailed as the new Yaya by Arsen Wenger many many moons ago. |

You don't need to go far, we just need a decent midfielder My eyes are on Tega Onomah, people say he has not been consistent. That's actually true. However, why ❓ l have seen this quite a few times with players who have been fed a diet of purist technical football then to gain experience they go to pressing physical style of play team. When you have been at Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool you are taught from day one to play a certain way, ball on the deck technical intricate passing game. If you don't find a good technical team at the initial stage you will be inconsistent. That's why l want to see what Onomah will do in a team like Fulham under a manager he knows and knows him. Humility017: yeah...competition makes the team better..
I see him as someone who will compete with etebo for the CM role...Ndidi is primarily a DM... the conservative kind..that sits deep to defend...
not until Rohr change the play style to be a full fledged attacking team...Ndidi will keep sitting deep to shed the defenders.....
for now Aribo can compete for the CM role Unfortunately in modern football it's not enough to just sit deep and fefenf. You must very quickly move from defence to attack. That's what gives you the edge and moves you up the ladder. This is something that Ndidi must learn and improve on. Football is highly competitive if you are not improving you are regressing. Soon other small boy players will overtake you. It should be noted with caution nobody really came in for Ndidi. That tell us something. We may hail him all we like but PSG decided to buy a near 30 years ago old DM. Did they not see Ndidi. Aribo brings defensive battle ready but offensive capacity to the DM position. Finally Aribo is very hungry if Ndidi is rested it will be good to see how he performs against Ukraine. |

charlesemeka85: Josh Onomah is pushing to make his Fulham debut this week after playing for the club’s under-23s on Monday.
Onomah is a new signing at Craven Cottage after joining the club on transfer deadline day as part of the deal that took Ryan Sessegnon to Tottenham.
The 22-year-old has left Spurs for Fulham in a bid to secure more first-team football, but he is yet to feature so far.
The midfielder has been involved in full training, though, while he also played for the U23s on Monday.
Onomah came through 45 minutes against West Brom's U23s at Motspur Park, getting on the scoresheet in the process.
He is now hoping to finally make his Fulham debut this week and could even get the chance on Wednesday night against Millwall.
Manager Scott Parker is reluctant to make changes to the side that beat Huddersfield 2-1 on Friday.
However, Onomah could secure himself a spot on the bench. If not, he could make his debut on Saturday at home to Nottingham Forest.
Fulham have a near fully-fit squad for Wednesday's visit of Millwall as they bid to make it three wins on the spin.
“We are all good,” said Parker. “Denis Odoi is probably the only one who is struggling a bit at the moment as he tries to get over a bit of a knee issue.
"Other than that, we are fit and well.” Tega just needs to play 3/4 games to gain confidence and then consistency this has to be his breakout season. He has left Tottenham now. Fulham are the best footballing side in the Championship and will play a good number of teams in the EPL off the park. The just lacked a good defence and so rightly got relegated . Fulham are the best team for Tega to get his game back on track. Another kid l watched since he was 15 when Ramsey, Ferdinand and Ehiogu(RIP) were the U18 coaches at Tottenham. If I'm right Scot Parker was a coach at Tottenham too so he knows Tega well. For many years Tega was the JJay of the Tottenham youth set up. So let's see how he will progress. |

Just watch Joax Felix..the Portuguese at Vincente Calderon you will understand...
Ejaria and Aribo are rally average,we have to lower our expectations on them, enjoy their game... Don't know what you mean by combativeness❓ l want to presume you mean physicality. First of all when it comes to physicality, aggression, doggednes and drive garnished with end product, powerful shooting and some decent level of technicality that's Joe Aribo. With regards to Aribo you are talking completely without any iota of substance. Aribo was wanted by a plethora of EPL clubs and chose Rangers because of Gerrard. His stock has risen considerably and if Rangers will allow it he will go to the EPL in the January transfer window. But more realistic and pragmatic to go to Liverpool at the end of season. Ejaria has been outstanding in the Championship merging guile and skill with a good degree of physicallity to stand out. I am not sure what you mean by average if that means poor quality then you ARE WRONG |

Deji plays in the German 4th tier. Has played all 5 games so far I know people here like to dismiss the Scottish league. But it's been a spring board for players to jump to bigger and better things. Dembele left Celtic now at Lyon the most at one time expensive defender Virgil left Celtic to the EPL. But Ojo has been playing exceptionally well as well as Aribo. |

Joebie: Sure. All still lacking game time except Jordan who has only played 45 mins in a German cup tie. Felix, 30 mins When l compared both of them to Dominic Iorfa who was then playing for England and Wolves as a first team first choice player. I was called bias and accused of being his agent over hyping him, he denied Nigeria. These two German boys have done exactly what Tammy has done. But we still keep begging them. In my opinion even Odubanjo who is now coming back to form after injury is better than them. Indeed IMO technically he is better than Iorfa. However, for the physicality of the English game, Aerial dominance and pace Iorfa has the advantage , in addition Iorfa is also CB. But for the position of RB with Nigeria in consideration our technical style of play my view is that Odubanjo may have may have the advantage. But open to debate but he would be the best option seemingly. |
