charlesemeka85:First time I watched him was when he played for Manchester City U21 against Liverpool U21. Dude was excellent much better then the over hyped Harvey Elliott who resorted to shirt pulling to keep up. He was playing for Sheffield Wednesday in league one when PSV, AC Milan , put in a bid for him with interest from several Premier League clubs. Sheffield Wednesday did not want to let him go, and indeed froze him out when he refused to extend his contract. He was in the team that beat Newcastle United in the FA Cup . |
Subzeroo:Why 😯 |
TheSuperNerd:Coming from someone who calls Nwakali an outstanding top level Midfielder. Well get ready to be DISGRACED, because Fisayo is miles ahead. I see him claiming position almost immediately. |
forgiveness:How can the direct beneficiaries of LAWLESSNESS, Election rigging, denigration of the Rule of Law ⚖️, Disruption of Separation of Powers, Bribery and Corruption instigate POLITICAL REFORM ❓❓ It's not possible. They that class of generational politicians has to be removed FIRST. |
TheSuperNerd:Your proposition is misleading. Chavez remain at the bottom of the Portuguese league after 7 games. Has just one thier first game by coincidental providence it seems to me. They had the least possession and attacks on goals, were helped with a penalty and a red card sending off giving Chavez the advantage. It was not an outstanding performance by any stretch of the imagination. Using Google players ratings by fans who watched the match he Midfield maestro had second worst rating. Although I don't really see these statistics and player rating as conclusive but indicative. Nonetheless, you trying to imply he was the stand out player is simply not true. My view remains very much that the bottom quarter percentile is about English league one or lower. So whatever accolades given ( although there are non here ) should be seen in the context of the very poor quality of players in the team. Just watched a clip of Awka United, right here , I am convinced they would give Chavez a good flogging.

Marjoribanks:Considering the bold , please state one word that's UNTRUE, DISINFORMATION, MISINFORMATION, MISLEADING, where your hero is concerned Jagaban. |
Napoleon55:Yes |
Napoleon55:Simple answer, 😁 l don't know, it depends on which league and club. And the word perform is open to different measurements. Performance is related to expectation and expectations to player transfer cost. |
Starboytwo:What does it mean to WIN and what does it mean to LOOSE❓ Who is on the winning side and who is on the loosing side❓❓ The one on the side of truth, honesty, righteous, integrity, is always a WINNER no matter what. United States District Judge, Nancy Maldonado has called JAGABAN Liar and by tomorrow afternoon the irreparable damage will take place. Let's celebrate truth and justice tomorrow because it's not available in Nigeria. |
charlesemeka85:We think football ⚽ intelligence is common but it's not so. The difference playing in a top league and in a lower one sometimes hinges on right decision making at the right time = football ⚽ intelligence. |
João Félix Sequeira who couldn't get out the starting block at Chelsea is doing a lot better in Barcelona. A warning to those who think 🤔 that all players can adapt to any league or playing system of a CLUB. Particularly where V.O. is concerned, he will leave but he has to perform, adapt, create new skill sets,be mentally resilient exponentially this season otherwise his value will go down as rapidly as it went up. |
Marjoribanks:First of all without righteousness ther can be no progress. We have enthroned illegality, deceit, lawlessness, corruption, fraud, bribery, corruption, destroyed the rule of law ⚖️, election rigging, principle of separation of power's only in name not practice and one man personifies all of these debased perveted sins against man ,the nation and God , more than anybody else JAGABAN in the entire history of Nigeria. Breaking news: Judge Nancy Maldonado Rules in Favour of Atiku, Orders Chicago State University to Release Bola Tinubu’s Academic Records, Gives Monday 2nd October 2023 As Deadline. Judge Maldonado also noted that any request for stay of this judgement from Tinubu will be denied. Let irreparable personal damage please begin so Nigeria can be freed from Tyrannical Rule. Happy lndependence Day . ☺️☺️☺️

Marjoribanks:Your observation is birthed from the most parochial, ignorant, unenlightened, insensitive and even deranged mind set. I would say delusional but it's worse than that. Quantity is not necessarily quality and dominance, but let's be objective. If you have a Nigerian passport in almost every country in the world including the African country. You are considered to be a Fraudsters, Drug dealer, Deceitful, Dubious ID, etc You then are guilty to be proven innocent. And I'm talking from first hand experience having travelled and sometimes worked across 75% of mainland Europe, in addition to Asia, North America and Africa. You are looked upon with great suspicion most times just for being Nigerian, if that's your Idea of an accolade then you must be in Burkina Faso. I went to a public secondary school in Nigeria years ago and I can tell you the majority of public schools now are in shambles indeed most public universities are in retrogression by comparison to the 70,80 and 90's Economy , in late 2014 to early 2015, l was in Nigeria when J. Goodluck and Pdp corruption ridden government was in office. I exchanged Naira to 💷 pound sterling £1 to 250 Naira. By Middle of June 2016 during the PMB (APC government) I exchanged @ 500naira to £1.fast forward to April 2023 it was 850 naira . After barely 4 months of renewed hope of Jagabans AOC it's now today £1 to £1286. is that progress. Nigerian are no longer suffering they are DYING , I don't normally use vitriolic rhetoric but I hope somebody will give a better word for your debased recalcitrant character and behaviour. Yes Nigerian Afrobeat and Nollywood have redefined the outlook of entire continent and given Nigeria & Africa a positive outlook. In the context of entertainment our sports men and women too. But the benefits to the common man are inconsequential to his health, wellbeing and socio-economic progression. Do you know the level of electricity distribution - supply in these small countries in Africa ❓Go and check and you will hide your head in shame, giant of Africa. In lkorodo there was no light for a week . Niger Soraz refinery has a capacity of 25k barrels domestic demand is barely 6k barrels. Senegal,Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire hasbs 60k, I will not mention Kenya, Angola and SA. Countries that have operational refineries and are not importing finished petroleum product's. And we the largest producer of Oil in sub Saharan Africa are importing petrol. That's how tir giant of Africa operates. We have capped it all by giving Africa the monumentsl public disgrace. By imposing a drug dealing, money laundering, ID thief with forged academic certificates as the President of our nation. Why would we not be looked upon as a nation of Fraudsters when the man occupying the highest office on the land is a fraud personified. Yes we are the giant of Africa 🤔🤔😳😳 |
Kog45:Unfortunately 😕 I am not carried away with razamatazz, dribbling showboating without END PRODUCT and FOOTBALL ⚽ INTELLIGENCE. In this regard I don't him rate over Ademola. |
Meliforme:Until he sorts out his problems with his club he is not going anywhere. He is in dispute and not playing. The club will not let him go because they have him locked until 2024. Then his value would have plummeted and he will need a club to rebuild his career. Ovie is quiet and introvert, yet he has become petulant and recalcitrant causing contention with multiple managers. He needs to understand a manager can mess up 😕 your career. It's better to be friends with management than enemies. |
charlesemeka85:Thank you |
Kog45:The term winger in the traditional sense has become obsolete just like the term Right or Left Back has evolved to become L or R Wing Back. Football ⚽ is evolving and it requires players to have multiple skill sets. Yesterday Curtis Jones played as a Right Wing back against Leicester, for Liverpool FC. Ademola is not just a winger but an inverted one ,or if you like a striker coming from the wings. Salah and Manah exemplify the role perfectly at Liverpool. Where the bulk of goals comes from the both of them in the Liverpool FC team at that time. Nathan Tella also plays the role perfectly as well as Saka Bukayo. At the heart of it is a huge work rate both defensive and offensive, and oustanding end product. One area that baffles me, however, with most of our wing backs and wingers is poor crossing of the ball, Moses Simon, Zaidu and Chukwueze come to mind and end product. |
Kog45:Error double post |
Danielnino00:Let me quote your verbatim, " Ox spent half of his time at Liverpool in the hospital" Which hospital please ? You are using one good season to and injury to equate his entire career at Liverpool. I met Ox several times in the gym and Keita was considered not good enough, very inconsistent although he has had his moments, again he also was injury prone. Oxlaide suffered a knee injury in April playing against Roma that effectively ended his 2018/19 season. After extensive rehabilitation he returned in the 2019/20 season in indeed he played 30 games that season scoring 4 goals, his best ever goal Talley in Liverpool FC. So your assertion is completely wrong that his career nose dived after his injury. You accused me of telling half truth. Now what will you call yourself a LIAR 🤬 ❓ |
Amedino99:The same way Osayi declined to go to Crystal palace and went to Turkey. Because kids are unable to comprehend the rational that made Osayi decline a move to Crystal palace doesn't mean it's not true.
|
AndSunGorilla:Sturridge was a shadow of his former self unable to play competitive quality football in the EPL After multiple injuries. He goes to Turkey unfit and unmotivated but scores 4 goals from 11 games . A Midfielder who had burned all.his bridges in the EPL with a terrible lackadaisical attitude highly unmotivated and kicked out of the German team ( highly controversial political and racist issue's) goes to Turkey and scores 8 goaks from 22 games in midfield. What does that tell you . |
comodo:AC Milan put in a bid for him in but Sheffield Wednesday refused to sell. He in turn refused to sign a new contract and got frozen out of the squad essentially. There were other clubs who wanted him EPL clubs but he chose Turkey for now . Is he good enough for the SE well if a mediocrity in personified can be invited them why not quality confirmed in Fisayo.❓ |
Danielnino00:The problem you have is you read half baked truths in the media. Which hospital was he admitted to please ❓ Oxlaide was injury prone but then he was not high up in terms of other players and struggled to get on the bench. And yes I know him personally. |
Marjoribanks:Ejaria is an enigma, not very vocal but an astounding level of ability. At the time I talked about him he was an absolutely top level Midfielder for Reading and in the championship. However, has had issues with several managers not the least of Paul once and Steven Gerard. His team has had serious financial issues they have been relegated and are now facing penalties for not meeting tax deadlines with the HMRC (HM Revenue & Customs) His current situation is really contradictory the club says he is injured he says he is not, hasn't played for ages. He is cleary in dispute with Reading and his contract will not end until 2024. In addition his salary is about £20k a week at least. Reading may get docked points again and find themselves in league two club, is in free fall. And it's not a good place to be . I am going to post a few YouTube videos of Ovie, you have clearly forgotten who he is and tell me if Nwakali can even clean his boots. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_bs6xwrcIM?si=G18tNXi09-6pB3HY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1YqRKsNbnA?si=6ufC8dB1rONg3Zkx Can you now tell me the last time l talked about him as a prospect for the SE, ❓ But even with woes and issues he is miles ahead of Nwakali that you guys can't stop talking about. |
Marjoribanks:It is a poor quality league with low level intensity. Look at Oxlade-Chamberlain first game in Besiktas and he is scoring for fun. He was struggling for the past 3/4 seasons to get on the bench at Liverpool. Goes to Besiktas and he is a baller, that says it all. |
charlesemeka85:Playing in the French league and playing in Seria A are not the same. In this regards I rate Ademola lookman considerably higher than Moses. |
charlesemeka85:He was wanted by several top clubs in Europe , he then refused to renew his contract and was essentially frozen out of the club. AC Milan made an offer for him the club refused. |
charlesemeka85:I watched him years ago when he played for Manchester City U21 against Liverpool. He was head and shoulders above Harvey Elliott who played for Liverpool that day. |
Marjoribanks:Tell me one Championship players l praised beyond what can considered over the top, if any . |
AndSunGorilla:It's unreasonable to assume the unlikely. Did he get an assist, did he score , did he get any free kicks that led to the goals, etc ❓ If not it's sentimental wishful thinking. |
charlesemeka85:No he is blind he needs a refresher course in coaching from the all knowing TheGoodJoe . Imagine giving the best Midfielder in his team a mere 19 minutes of game time. Nwakali should tear up his contract and see the top clubs begging to sign him for million instead of getting €1K ➕ a week wages. |
Kog45:Not too long ago performances in the Championship were considered to be poor quality for SE consideration. The name farmers, carpenters league etc, was used generously. As soon as fans favourite Ndidi plays in the championship 🏆 the goal posts are moved. That's very normal here. I do think Ndid is learning to play differently and developing a new more attack minded skill set , can he transfer that to the Premier League if they Leicester city, get promoted ❓ |
