In addition he very far from being oustanding.

You still want his stats?
If Bendel insurance and Warri Wolves are playing and your get the player statistics of the game. It's essentially pointless 😒 because the football quality is very poor. Will you then say because the stats are good in that game, that player should be invited to the SE.

Do you think 🤔 if some teenagers scores 10 goals in local Sunday league of game, Chelsea are going to immediately run🏃🏿🏃🏿 to buy him⁉️

You need to see matters in objective context 😞then make an informed decision. You decision is emotive preference not quality objective appraisal.

Finally believe it or not many NPLF teams like Enyimba, Awka Warriors will flog Chavez FC. That's the perspective.

What do.you think about Victor Boniface's invitation, is that well deserved or would Adebayo been more deserving?
Why would you compare Adebayo to Boniface, it's s like comparison of wine🍷to Champagne 🍾🥂, why ⁉️

Boniface reminds me of Wilfried Bony and Yakubu , strong powerful, good technique but not very fast and suspect stamina.

Will it work in an SE lineup with very agile, fast forward players.

One observation V.O. ,Awoniyi and Boniface are all straightforward number 9's quintessential traditional strikers. VO and Awoniyi are a lot faster than Boniface I think as well.

They are not versatile and cannot play anything beyond the number 9, position, so how will you accommodate three players who are strictly strikers?

England has Rashford, Raheem, Wilson who are quite flexible able to play anywhere on the forward line. Add to that Saka, Eberechi ( sadly) and you see adaptability and versatility within the game. If you wish to change tactics.

Chavez FC is flying so high and are clearly oustanding and exceptional, not just won a single match in the Portuguese league yet and are at the bottom of league.

But that not withstanding Nwakali is making waves and is a top class performer.

I'm curious guys. Do players get a share out of their transfer fees. For instance, Osimhen is sold to Man city for £100m, does he get a percentage out of the fee asides his personal deal with the club?
In general a base rate of 10%, however, there are exceptions that will depend on what was written and agreed upon in your contract.

As a result you may get substantially more.

Ndid actually agreed personal terms with NFFC then Bayern came with a loan offer and Ndidi agent started talking to Bayern leaving NFFC in cold. Unfortunately, LCFC was only willing to sell not loan. Bayern only wants a loan deal suddenly Paulinha came into the picture and Ndid was left out cold. The agent wanted to restart the negotiation with NFFC but NFFC has moved on to Sangare.
Also LCFC has already signed the Ghanaian Fatawu has Ndidi replacement thinking he would leave. It is going to be a long and lonely season for Wilf. So unfortunate!
Look at the level of detail.

A friend just got an international remote job but he is worried about communication with Native English speakers.

He aced the 4 stage interviews and has been given an offer. The pay is good considering the current exchange rate. He was offered $42,000 per annum.

Presently, he works with an audit firm and makes N1.9M NET monthly plus other side businesses.

The role was strictly for Inbound Pre-Qualification and Sales when he applied but at the final stage of the interview, adjustment was made in the JD which includes outbound sales.

Please note he understands and speaks English fluently but he has issues with thick American accents. The position is a Business Development role and it involves conversing extensively with Americans.

Any advise for him?
Very simple may seem ludicrous but it's perfectly rational.

Spend a huge amount of time watching Hollywood and USA derived films, you will be able to key into the differing accents from West Coast to East Coast , North and South.

And if you can learn a bit of Spanish, l started speaking Spanish from Living in Miami.

One thing Komekn fails to understand is that there is a whole lot of advantage to being a black player born and bred abroad. It opens the door faster for you. Look at Iwobi who even injured and still could move to Fulham. Then look at Ndidi and Kelechi still struggling to leave for the past months since Leicester was relegated. Not to even talk about their white counterparts in the team like Barnes, Madison, and Tielemans.

Now take a look at Cyril Dessers and his Nigerian colleague in Cremonese. Cyril is a regular at Rangers now but I hardly hear about the other guy who performed better than Cyril Desser at Cremonese

To be born abroad is an advantage. You just need to be at least very average to get a team. Unlike players having to strive from Africa to conquer the world.
Iwobi was not born in the UK 🇬🇧 but Nigeria.

Iwobi has been largely a top quality consistent performer for Everton arguably the best player they have. His contract expires in months not years 😔 best option to cash in, while they can. In addition Fulham is looking more stable than Everton currently.

If Everton survive relegation it will almost be a miracle.

Ndidi has not been a consistent performer indeed if you are to be honest he has lost form over the past two seasons as well as value. Add to that question marks about his long term viability ( dubious age) .

Ndidi may get a move but as a stop gap squad player in a good team. Or in a weaker struggling team with little money and options. He is not better than Tielemans or Madison. Be honest with yourself. I think he should stay in Leicester improve himself and hopefully they will get promoted.

KC is not better than Barnes that's a fact. Last season after 28 games KC scored 4 goals and Barnes after 34 games scored 13 in addition Barnes is a winger.

And you are here claiming discrimination you are being emotively biased.

Negotiating for €18m on a player on the last year of his contract that clearly wants to leave isn't the smartest move by Leicester...they should take what CP are offering and move on.
Not necessarily.

They don't want him to leave, because it's going to be very difficult to buy a quality player for that same amount to replace him. They don't have a great squad.

They want to get back to the EPL, and if they loose anymore players they could get stuck in the Championship and worse still get RELEGATED to league one.

Look at the history of Wolves, Sunderland, Stoke, Watford, Swansea, etc

One year left on his contract and he is not signing 😔

In my opinion they MUST SELL.

This Nwakali guy played in one of the poorest/the poorest team in la Liga 2 last season.
That team got relegated... from that very poor team, Nwakali got a move to a team in the Portuguese top tier (for context the 6th best league in Europe)!
Yet people assert he hasn't made any progress... Were they expecting him to move to Real Madrid or Bayern? huh
Make it make sense undecided
Statistics are indicative and not conclusive.

For instance the Scottish Premier League is rated 9 in Europe. But it's nowhere as good as the Championship in reality. Take out Celtic and maybe Rangers and they are on the level of English league one or two debatable.

Where would you rather be playing for Leicester city, Southampton and or Leeds United as opposed to playing for Hibernian in the Scottish Premier League

Players follow the money and the money follows the quality players.

Look at the average be weekly wage of Chavez FC it's £1.5k a week in Leicester city it is £50k a week , even the bottom team in the Championship Sheffield Wednesday it's £10k a week.

That in itself should tell you the story of the bottom half quality of the Portuguese league.

Nwakali has left Ponferradina a near bankrupt Segunda division club paying peanuts to go to a supposed higher club , league yes but club debatable. To earn even less than what he was getting before from peanut 🥜 to crumbs 😑.

But the club he has gone to has less quality than Ponferradina seemingly.

I simply said essentially nothing to report. It's a poor quality game with very poor low level players and his team got pulverised 5-0. Have conceded 11 goals in three games, lost all games played and are at the bottom of the league.

It was a good performance among poor low quality players. In what context 😨 your team gets beat 5-0 and you say a player was ASTONISHING 🧐is that not delusional 😟

Now let's look at the entire quality of play both teams would get flogged by a English league two team. So if the quality is so low what then is the purpose of statistics it becomes inconsequential and academic.

Once again you are seeking to misinform, statistics are indicative not conclusive. Statistics tell you specific acts of play ,but cannot tell you the quality of this acts of play.

How good a pass was, how good a take on ( dribble) was, how good a shot was ( weak, accurate, etc) these statistics in a poor game are just academic.

Finally not everyone thought Nwakali was great using your unit of measurement ( statistics) not mine.

That is life. Kelechi Nwakali has made so much money in football. He can sacrifice some years to boost himself. He made so much money from Arsenal. He is not hungry. Even if he calls it quits today, he has done well as a footballer.

So, keep your negativity to yourself. As long as Kelechi Nwakali is slowly climbing up, he will get there. At the moment, money is not his target but exposure.

Finito.
Dude was signed as a youth player at Arsenal that's all on a youth contract. That contract will have multiple clauses with stipulated performance milestone. For instance if he gets registered for the first team of Arsenal then so much £££, if plays a certain number of games for the first team turn you get so much ,£££. But in his case he achieved nothing.

Oustanding youth players can get in excess of £5k if they start playing first team football ⚽ then it becomes a professional contract thrm it could well above £30k.

However, Nwakali was not oustanding in Arsenal and never attained any performance related milestones. So how therefore, did you conclude he made so much money 🤑 from Arsenal.

He went on loan from club to club without making any impact he rather got demoted form the Eredivise to the Eerste Division second tier, before the ignominious decent to youth football in Porto B.

His time in the very lowly poverty stricken Segunda division with Huesca where he was the second lowest paid player in the club getting less than €3k a week . Before dropping further to Ponferradina getting even lower wages and now at Chavez getting less than €1.5k a week. That's plenty money to you abe .

What about his living expenses, equipment costs he isn't sponsored by any sports company and he will pay tax.

Once again in you over zealous favouritism you have become delusional.

Now when I present objective appraisal anchored ⚓ on facts you will say HATE .

All the players that I don't talk about and haven't talked about for years as SE potential are doing way better than him and I don't still think they are good enough.
