NiggaBoi: I have come across a sizeable number of ladies and I always love engaging them in different types of conversations. I'm a person that's so focused about making a good living for myself so I'm always interested in seeing everyone around me successful and doing great. But it really breaks my heart every time I ask my female friends what they picture their future like.
The first thing they always talk about is getting married. They got me thinking and I got to understand why. The average African girl has been brought up with the mentality that marriage is the greatest achievement for them. That's why we have a lot of females feeding off men and depending on them for everything.
Our society not having enough independent females is one of the major causes of abuse of women. I'm always happy when I see females excelling and doing well in their various career paths and family life. But I guess the mentality of viewing marriage as the greatest achievement for a female has to be abolished. Our society will be better if we have as much successful females as their male counterparts.
My name is Ola, and I'm a male feminist.
Pls the mods should help me push this to FP.
in Africa women don't what to work but to use their yansh as leverage to gain.
so I won't blame women if there husbands beat The hell out of them or use them as piece of shiit cos that's what them portray themselves for the very beginning.
hokafor: When it comes to women and rape stories I m always sceptical.
believe me!
I don't believe bull and roaster story.
women can lie for Africa
most rape case are false accusation and any women who is shouting rape, just know that she is a depress woman and probably miserable like the Twitter user who what to spoil that poor Guy's marriage.
adedayoa2: Maybe the woman wey abort cuz of the guy never still born for her own home. Abortion these days no be like those days, Women wey commit am these days dey born. Make God help person ni A friend that did 7 before marriage dey born anyhow. So my dear I'm not here to ask if your womb Don commot, mbaa, but I know you will definitely get married.

God no go allow me see people like you marry.

show me your frds and I shall tell you who you are.
Contact17: That's completely a misconception. I have been to Saudi Arabia and met Saudi women. Majority of them have a great life. The are respected and treated as princesses- have maids, drivers, spend time shopping in malls, have access to education. The women are doing great things. In fact, the first time I heard about the rights Muslim women had to a marriage contract was from an American woman who married a Saudi man.
which Saudi are you talking about?
have been to that place before on a business summit and I have seen how there are treating women.
the only reasonable law is just that the married woman have have full control of there house.
EazyMoh: Lol! Jumping to a far away Saudi to bring propaganda. What rights are Saudi women denied compared to your barbaric ancestors' fundamental human rights violation of denying women the right to own LANDED PROPERTY still practiced in your land? Ipad miscreant!
lolzzzz.
I don't know what you are talking about but I do know that women owns a lot of land.
have been to Saudi Arabian before so I know want I'm talking about
I thought islam classify women as either white or black dog?
all this women right bla bla bla bla! go to Saudi Arabian were them don't even see women as human talk less of here were ya people got all the whole freedom but can't utilize it.
Boleyndynasty2: I wonder when it became a crime to ask questions, and mind you I never asked you and your generations yet unborn not to go for MMM.And trying to insult me to make yourself feel good about d crap you're doing is plainly stupid. Cause i don't remember quoting you when I posted. Have a great day and learn to be matured in your approach to people.
you know what pains me much?
to see unintelligent people talking.
can't you do your research?
is your hand paining you to google it?
even if your hand is paining you try and scroll up and read.
slightlyMad: by the time it folds up, some will loose so much that suicide will be the obvious way out
sorry!
suicide will obvious be the way out for your family!
the most successful people in the world are often call the risk takers while the most unsuccessful people in the world are mostly call the dumb talkers which you and the rest fall into this groups.
I have been doing MMM for the past one yr now and nor was my actual money I put in.
Boleyndynasty2: One thing i still don't understand about this MMM is how they make the 30% they give everyone. Cause even people who ask for help don't pay back with interest so how do they make profit and also get 30% to pay everyone?
learn how to do research and read miss boleyhead!
kindly scroll up and read what that guy above wrote and pls kindly google it and do your research.
the problem with we Nigerian is that we don't use our brain any more.
as for me and my family we shall do MMM AND GAIN FROM IT.
The anti-bullying and body image activist has a fascinating story to tell as she overcame years of bullying to take ownership of her appearance and get awarded this record title at the age of 24 years 282 days.
Born on 29 November 1990, Harnaam first started to notice that she was growing facial hair at the age of 11.
She was eventually diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition that means she has much more testosterone than most women which is what causes hair to grow on her face.
Harnaam used to remove all her hair, but says that once she decided to let it grow and accept her body the way it is, she felt empowered. Her beard now measures six inches long in some places.
In her application for the record title, the body positivity campaigner told Guinness World Records: “I didn't realise how much my life's journey of being a self-loather to a self-lover would inspire men and women in many different countries.” https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/Images/Youngest-female-with-a-full-beard-certificate_tcm25-443418.jpg 2016 has been a huge year for Harnaam, after becoming the first female with a beard to walk the runway at London Fashion Week in March and having her portrait included as part of the photography series #Project60.
Harnaam describes her place in the Guinness World Records book as “absolutely humbling” and hopes it will help her to impart her inspiring message that it is okay to be different.
“I never really understood what role I had to play in this world as a bearded lady. As the years have gone on I have realised that I was born to stand up proud as a woman who promotes body confidence with in both genders, I was born to show the world something else apart from the ‘societies norm,’ and I was born to help people become confident and comfortable with in themselves,” she explains. https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/Images/Youngest-female-with-a-full-beard-scissors_tcm25-443419.jpg
Mariojane: Mr very successful man, you have right to your opinion even if you donot apply common sense. dont just open your mouth for talking sake. know when to talk and when to keep quiet
JohnieWalker: Op you mean after I don they stressed up after office hours cum jam the ogbonge Lagos traffic na I manage reach I go still get time to read, workout for night....op abeg put exclusive to LA, Manhattan residents
this are something you learn how to do during ya lifetime Right from ya early youth years and not something to be doing at night.
I do all my working at the day and sleep at night to assimilate everything not using the night to be doing all those rubbish listed above.
do the op even understand the meaning of successful
Growth requires learning, and the more topics you're engaged and interested in, the more effective you can be. But there's rarely time during the workday to feed your mind or learn something new. If you set aside some time to read in the evening, you'll find it's a relaxing way to expand your horizons. As a bonus, it can help you make the transition to a great night's sleep, as long as you read from a book or an e-book with digital ink rather than the screen of a computer or smart device.
2. Spend time with people you care about.
One of the very best ways to nurture yourself is to spend time in the company of people you deeply connect with and care about. These are the people who bring out the best in you, the ones whose support and caring can fuel you through hard times. It doesn't matter if it's friends or family, and it doesn't matter what you do--watching a movie together, taking a walk, or sharing a meal. The point is spending time together.
3. Make time to do nothing.
We spend so much of our time in busy-ness. The best antidote is to spend some time not doing anything. Turn off the screens and the sounds, find a quiet corner, and quiet your mind. You can choose to engage in structured meditation or prayer or just concentrate on your breath. A few moments set aside will center you and keep you focused, and it also promotes good sleep.
4. Take stock.
The end of the day is a great time to take stock of what's been happening. Some people journal, others do a mental walk-through. Either way, ask yourself what's working and what's not, what needs your attention, what developments are significant. It's a natural time to check in, and it keeps key concepts at the top of your mind as you prepare for the next morning.
5. Work out.
Especially if you've spent the entire day at your desk, don't go to bed until you've found a way to move your body. Many people find a hard workout at the gym too stimulating for the evening hours, but a long walk, a yoga class, or even some simple stretches will help your body and leave you relaxed rather than revved up.
6. Reset to refresh.
If an active day of work and decision making leave you drained, find a ritual to help you reset your body and your thoughts so you can symbolically leave it behind instead of carrying today's problems into tomorrow. It may be that one of the habits we've already discussed--especially exercise and meditation--covers this base. If not, try to create a habit that will signal your brain to reset, like taking a bath or having a cup of herbal tea.
7. Get organized.
Do as much as you can in the evening to organize and prepare for the morning. It creates a ritual you can walk through--prepare the coffee, pack anything you need to take with you, set out your clothes. You'll sleep better knowing that the next day is likely to have a calm, effective start.
8. Express gratitude.
Making gratitude a nightly touchstone helps keep you content and happy. You may build it into another practice, like journaling or meditation, or just take a moment to jot down the top five things you're grateful for each evening. Gratitude makes you more positive and optimistic, which in turn helps more good things happen.
Good evening habits are all about unwinding and balance and letting go of the pressures of the day. It's something that pays you back twice--giving you a relaxed, pleasant evening and a more energetic, productive following day.
