How to wash your Female Instruments to avoid odour.
This Topic! A lot of people shy away from it.
I don't want to bore you about the different types of smell that comes out from that sacred region of some ladies. Let me go straight to the point.
I want to tell you about simple ways to wash that precious area. Please do not use fragrances oh, or harsh soup.
Join me in the bathroom, let me show you how to wash your vagina in 5 healthy steps.

Step1. Please do not use sponch to wash your vagina rather use your bare hands or soft wash cloth with mild soup and water to avoid injury to your vagina.
Step2. Clean the folds around your clitoris, use your fingers to pull your labia away from clitoris. Gently scrub the skin on both side of your clitoris with the washcloth or hand.
Step3. Wash your vulva and your vaginal opening, also scrub around your bikini line.
Step4. Scrub your perineum, which is the area between your vagina and your anus.
Step 5.wash your anal area last. after washing ur anus please don't use that wash cloth again to clean the vulva area until u wash and dry it, this will prevent rectal germs from moving towards your vaginal area.
This germs can cause urinary tract infection and it can lead to infertility.

WARNING
- Avoid using soaps with heavy perfumes, it may irritate the sensitive skin around your vagina.
-Avoid washing your vagina deep, to avoid upsetting the PH balance of your vagina walls and to avoid washing away all your vagina secretions because they are natural cleaning mechanism for your vagina.
- Don't use faminine Deodorant, it can upset the natural bacteria in your vagina.
-Use clean water to clean your anus rather than tissue paper after going to toilet.

REMEMBERE
* To wash your vagina at least twice in a day. If you have sex please wash it a second time to feel fresh and clean.
* Shave your pubic hair. Thick pubic hair can help you to store bacteria/fungi/parasites etc and cause harm to you.
* stay clean during your menstrual period. Change your pad according to the direction of the package.
* please wear cotton underwear. Breathable fabric helps to prevent vagina odour.
* Treat your infections as soon as possible for your own good to avoid complications like blockage of fallopian tube which can cause infertility.

Well, I expected the backlash but the truth is that the guy is right ,what I don't understand well is number 11.the guy didn't mention names but the truth must be told. 80% of our girls stink bur when you try to correct them they get angry .
