Fools

The biggest threat to Nigeria is Corruption. You rig in unqualified people to pretend to be governors (Gbenga Daniel, Ibori, and now Theo Orji) senators- who can only make useless comments from time to time without having made any real legislation (David Mark, Ngige), and then decide to re-rig them in again.
Putting round pegs in square holes, all because political appointment and considerations are based on stupid federal character syndrome, sentiments and political rewards for "boy boyship" even with proven track records of questionable tendencies and traits, at the expense of credibility. It's mind boggling stupidity; how they come to public shamelessly and make such mumbo jumbo assertions.

Mr Omeri is wrong on ds one. Nigeria's biggest threat is corruption.
Don't just mind him. He is looking for a scapegoat. Terrorism in Nigeria, is it not the spin-off of corruption? Either our leaders are poverty of intelligence to understand where the problems lie or they conspicuously gloss over the main issues and give a dog a bad name in order to hang it. Day of reckoning will soon come

I keep advising people from inception of jonathan as the vice president of Nigeria to expect nothing good from the govt. his govt reeks of failure. Precedent was already set as the deputy govt later govt of Bayelsa state. Until we erase or reduce corruption in the corridor of power in Nigeria, we will continue to be submerged in this present political, economic and religious quagmire.

Using knives, tweezers and surgical tools, Brian Dettmer carves one page at a time. Nothing inside the out-of-date encyclopedias, medical journals, illustration books, or dictionaries is relocated or implanted, only removed.

Dettmer manipulates the pages and spines to form the shape of his sculptures. He also folds, bends, rolls, and stacks multiple books to create completely original sculptural forms.

Chuksxp:
We must come to a point whereby we realise that God always does what is right even when our finite minds don't fully understand it. His ways are not our ways, His thoughts are different from ours. He knows the end from the beginning. Romans 8:28 clearly states that "All things work for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose". It says ALL THINGS; and that includes sickness, health, poverty, prosperity, etc.

At the end of the day, God is more concerned about our eternity than this temporal life we have.

The truth is, we cannot fully understand it all, because we are finite beings trying to figure out an Infinite God. We can only understand as much as God has revealed to us in His word. Anyway, from what I understand from the Bible, God allows the devil to bring death, sickness, hardship, etc on people. The devil does so in order to destroy us. But somehow God turns it around and uses it to build us up. As Joseph told his brothers, "You meant it for evil but God meant it for good". I do believe it is right to say the Lord gives and takes. Apparently, the book of Job says so. Look at this verse:

, They comforted and consoled him over all the trouble the LORD had brought on him,,  - Job 41:11

God may not have directly brought suffering on Job, but He did give satan the permission to do so. He allowed satan to kill and destroy. But at the end, what satan meant for evil God turned around for good. Job was blessed much more than he was at the beginning. So, in conclusion, no matter what we face here on earth we should make up our mind to hold on to God and never doubt His goodness and faithfulness. God never promised a trouble-free life but He promised that He would always give us the strength to endure and overcome.

Romans 8:18 - I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Carling Cup Final:Cardiff City Vs Liverpool (2 - 3) On Pens On February 26th 2012 by Koolking(m): 1:41pm On Feb 26, 2012
Game of football is surprise-laden. I would never accept cardiff being seen as underdog in this game. They fought their way to this final. The match will sure be a cracker. Then again, liverpool will nevr settle for the second best. They are game to end the trophy drought. I forsee liverpool winning this cracker to reinforce their drives to be the best four in the current epl season. Let's go diaaaaaaaa!!!
