Problems of the Nigeria police as i see them;

1.Employing of illiterate (poor communicating skill= poor understanding= poor implementation of directives)
2. indiscipline (the police is made up of  persons that have questionable character and have very little respect for the rule of law)
3. No clear guideline (when arresting or releasing a person)
4. Poor handing of equipment and guns (have a close look at the vehicles allocated to the police and compare them with Army, custom civil defence etc)
5. poor welfare (not salary increase)

likely solution (just a few)
1. Training to be handled by expatriates (General training on handing of guns and rule of engagement, character, dressing, presentation etc)
2. weeding out (those that fail to meet up with the standard required of the job be move to other less demanding job such as prison service, fire service or show the way out)

But he is the perfect example of the growing rates of Nigerian youths who call themselves musicians but lack sense or talent except a good studio and atuotune.

They can't sing or do anything, yes, politicians pay them millions of naira to entertain. So whose fault ? The Nigerian culture currently promotes mediocrity.

Nigeria means Niger Area. Niger is a river, the world means black, which, believe it or not, is not a deragatory word.

Liberia (liberated area)

This thread is created out of ignorance. Niger is about the people , meaning people with dark skin. Niger area (Nigeria) means the area with dark skinned people.

Ceasyc been professional is the key dear , he didnt deserve such.
Ceasyc no b ghost madam oo, its matter  of campaign here and re-directing them to thread with forecasts.These accounts are private accounts am sure u no so one has to be extremely careful, d technique used atm is not a bad idea.Perx case na emergency so getting it done asap should be the motivation.
