silami: 4everGod1: honeric01:Thank you folks for your decisive comments. The claim that the woman is mentally unstable is a ploy by the state to throw the case into trash bin thereby justifying their actions against this woman. This sort of manoeuvre is not isolated in court cases. No matter the state influence on this case, I bet she will get a lawyer to represent her, the amount sues for is a sure bait to hook on lawyers. This is the same |
hardbody:yes, Vertu Constellation. Are you buying for your girlfriend as Val gift? |
omoboy08: kemmeye:Dude, that amount can build a house and you become Oga Landlord for Lagos. What a misplacement caused by sheer luxury. |
That could be a scarification, whatever!, she does not dress decently. She looks weird and that ultimately negates the decency expected of her position as govt representative. What was she thinking? Could it be a show-off? To Sambo or Jonathan. I am sure VP Sambo was dissing her but she seems careless. DISGUSTING!!!!!! |
::Andrew:::Uncomfortably expensive. Does the phone save lives? What happen if it stolen? Can it find itself back to the owner? smh |
I slash the price becos' of you. WTF!!!!Becos of me? Already you are arm-twisting and cheating |
PAGAN 9JA:Last I checked CHRISTIANITY was and never a Nigerian Culture. |
There is this fetish culture in Lagos (I don't know what they call it) that forbids movement of people (people keep indoors) whenever their activities are on. This also happens even in the heart of Lagos (Ikeja). Lagos as a megacity should do away with such culture. |
Life is what we make of it. We want to turn it right we can, we want to make a mess of it, we can as well. Every successful event in life is measured on the level of planning. Money alone is not a guarantee for success. Success is an individual thing |
Innocently and without suspecting anything untoward, he wheeled the barrow closer to the truck. “Oga, you wan buy. Nah original CD o. I get fine, fine Fela music for here” he said. There was a long silence. More officers, clutching AK 47 rifles had gathered round the man. Then a slap, which sounded like thunder clap, was delivered into his lean cheek . The man was dazed, almost confused. He attempted an escape but was hemmed in by stern looking soldiers who had formed a ring round him. There was silence in the midst of the chaos nearby. A crowd had gathered in the distance, ready to do a Usain Bolt if the situation turns uglier. Very Hilarious. I feel for the poor lad. |
Nigeria's contribution to world can not be over-emphasized. Nigeria is strategic to African Political and economic policies. Security: Nigeria is a country to reckon with in African and United Nations Peace Mission. People and Culture: The diversity of her culture and people are of sentimental value to world tourism. Her cultural manifestations are rich historical references in millenniums to come. Above all, Nigeria is strategic to the world |
I would love to pick Debrief08 any time any day. I never believe in Valentine day |
executinal:shameful, disappointing and unnigerian. Siddon look syndrome, symptom of docility and retrogression. |
I had no doubt that this whole amnesty was beautifully stage-managed. |
Jonathan definitely has a lot of fishes to fry. There is more to his past than his present and future. Me think, his past as a governor in Bayelsa is coming to hunt him now at the national level. Apparently, he had no antecedent whatsoever to lead this country. The country will sure implode in his face. Even if he means well (i don't know how long Nigerians can wait) as verbally claim in some quarters without concrete evidences. It is disheartening, watching Nigerians being slaughtered in cold-blood everyday and the govt appears helpless. If the president's resignation can bring some level of respite to the already heated polity, i don't get why he is hesitating. Our leaders should learn to throw in their papers if the public is not on their side. My humble opinion. |
There is no holiday in nigeria compared to the chinese, taiwanese and japanese republics. Chinese just observed the year of dragon that lasted more than 7 days (chained). As an industrial country, it is interesting to note that virtually all industries were closed during this holiday. They also have the year of rabbit, the dragon boat festival and so many others that are culturally-based. As import-based or consumption-based economy, Nigeria can afford to go on holidays (usually 1 - 2 days) distributed b/w Christians and Moslems except few on national matters. there is no big deal on our national holidays. They are relieves to Nigerians who work round the clock at the expense of their family, and at the end receives stipends as benefit for his service. I wish more could be added to the already insufficient holidays |
Nice one govt akpabio. It should not just stop at making donations to victims. You are part of the govt whose existence has been threatened by this dreaded group. You and others should chart up ways to curb the menace of this dreaded group. |
ladies boring replies on social chat is commonplace. i wish some ladies could up their game. chats should be fun. |
He has broken a record to his person as the most insulted president of all time. If he tells me this record does bother him, then he is obviously a dreaded personality |
This is a case of a Nigerian calling a Ghanaian black. Let's be objective, as far Bayelsa is concern, last I checked when goodluck was deputy governor later governor nothing substantially new was happening in that state. Accusing his immediate past governor of non-performance is a clear picture of ''delusions of grandeur''. |
@Debrief08, I have been following you (your comments) on NL. If how you response to post is a true representation of you, I am absolutely humbled by your virtue. You are worthy to be call a LADY. Please, don't deviate from who you are, I assure you the sky will never be your limit in life but a starting point. Cheers! |
****puke**** disgusting aaaaaaahhhhhhh! |
Logic Mind: If love has gone this far then love is wickedd_surrogat:you funny dude. Any way that's creativity. Some naija girls would probably give you a bleeding head as acceptance of your action. Ch@nges:Mehn, like a NLer warned: DONT TRY THIS AT HOME. may be acceptable outside naija |
Your friend (Jacqueline) could be sued for violence assault. Her action was totally uncalled-for. The waiter was rude, out of pressure from throng of customers (am not justifying her rudeness), but I expected your friend to be smarter than the poor waiter by requesting to see the manager (trust me,you would have been attended to nicely). waiters rudeness are commonplace but how a customer handles that is another thing. Regrettably, jacqueline's exposure has not been able to reform her Public relationship. She should not feel happy and fulfilled for what she did. That was absolutely debasing |
These guys are ready to die for what they believe in. It is laughable jubilating over the arrest of Boko member (or the supreme head). Kamardiran:Thank you for the reminder. The issue is beyond arresting a spoke person and torturing him to talk. Dealing with rebels of this sort with brazen impunity to take life can be too complicated to deal with. The security apparatus is porous and compromising. It takes holistic overhaul of our security apparatus to make security works. The govt holds the key |
These Boko guys are more intelligent than the SSS. I bet the wrong guy was arrested. These boys are smart, if they aren't their camp would have been infiltrated by now. I can beat my heart and tell you these daredevils have infiltrated the SSS and the security network with informants. They wouldnt ignorantly sent their spoke person to negotiate with govt. They had done their work before deciding to meet with the govt. Even a law abiding Nigerian does not trust the govt of the day, how much more a group of outlaws? Not until there is a level of public trust and seamless relationship between the public and the security agents (Police specifically), security will always elude the govt |
Maulud holiday is a national holiday. It does not just start this year. This has not called for exchange of grenades folks. Easy Easy. |
Draft |
It beats my imagination how we are being coerced and intimidated not to stand up against the apparent ineptitude of this govt which results in wanton killings, injustices and anti-masses policies of the govt of the day. It is time we rose and stood our ground. Mere signing e-condolences is 'by the way' to the issues on ground. While praying for the repose of the souls of all victims of boko haram and govt insensitivity, let's be reminded that our destiny is in our hands. . .who signs our condolences if the masses (me and you) are all |
Why are successes not attributed to GOD but man of of God?. Please, Nigerians should grow up. Religious fanatism is driving us away from the truth. Shameful! |
