Which is better, and which will not require to see the dependent before issuing the BRP.

Go ahead, fill it pay and book appointment on a date after your POF matures, am advicing you from multiple experience.

Pls I need an advice, my POF is going to be ready next week. Can I go ahead and fill the visa application, and submit pay the ihs, and book for biometric. Or I will need the POF, so I should just wait till the POF is ready before all these steps.

That will be £680 outside London or £845 inside London per month for 9moths.

That sounds like a plan but please be aware of the clause on both parents applying at the same time, hopefully you can defend that their dad holds a US passport and will be visiting without needing a UK visa

Not sure how you got the figure but it will be £1023*9*2 if your Uni is outside London.

If they are applying the same time with you then it will be POF for all your dependants if not then just yours

The POF can be in their father's account, I assume he is also applying as your partner dependant

I read living expenses for children is 7,600/kid for 9mths

And their father is not going applying with them, he is based in us. He could just drop them off.

Yes you can apply without them,please state them in your application where applicable and they can apply for their visa when you are ready

2. They can join you as soon as possible, you have to ensure your dependants are with you prior to the end of your studies and before you apply for your post study visa (PSW)

3. Same rules will apply for POFs,IHS, and visa fees. You will have to calculate the figure yourself when you are ready to make the application as this could will be based on when you make it

You pay 3k deposit before cas. Then 5500 before enrollment and 5500 3 months after. 50% before enrollment.

paying in instalments, 50% of the fee (after any deposits or discounts have been applied) must be paid on or before enrolment. The final instalment (50%) will be claimed from the relevant card account approximately three calendar months from the due date of the first instalment.

pls you do not need to pay another visa fee, just email the embassy, uploading your i20 and explain yourself to them.

good day everyone, please my brother applied to Lagos but couldn't get a date but going for summer intake and he Applied for emergency appointment but was denied so he had to change to Abuja, buy unfortunately for him he could get a nearer date also in abuja and the emergency request form did not show anymore on the Portal for him to apply for emergency appointment to Abuja and he will be resuming to school by next month on the 9, please what can he do and how can he get a nearer date. although he has emailed Abuja but they haven't replied him yet.
