No guaranteed victory again in this AFCON. Nobody wan gree for anybody.

But it promises to be an exciting match - both sides play similar fluid passing game.

Morocco is guaranteed victory tonight. South Africa is going home. Bet at your own risk.

Journey Mercies, Pelumi but in all honesty, this appears to be a dangerous expedition, most especially for her gender.

The fact that she is even suffering from Dyslexia and would have to transverse 17 countries with varying immigration law & policies raises some reservations.

Nevertheless, All is well that ends well.

For her gender?? What about the Dutch lady that did same on a motorbike transversing very dangerous terrains and places?
Sports / Re: Has Anyone Notice This In The Super Eagles Style Of Play??? by KosiGee(m): 12:10pm On Jan 30
We Nigerians can be very funny. When the team fumbles, they become super chicken, when they win, they will tagged the best team ever to have played the game.

Osimhen missed some chances in the first two games and people wondered how he was able to be crowned king of football in Africa but after the Cameroon round of 16 match and victory, he became the lion of Africa…from a terribly unnecessarily physical player to a highly technically gifted bulldozer of a player.

I hope we defeat Angola on Friday otherwise lots of Naija football fans will revert to the pre tournament miserable mode.

Btw, the victory against Cameroon was sweeeet. I felt same way when we defeated Ivory Coast in 2013 nations cup. I didn’t care about the trophy and Burkina Fasso when we beat Drogba, Yaya Toure and the rest of his mates. I remember hearing that Drogba and one of the Super Eagles players had a bet. It was nice to beat them and also take that money.

May Eagles win on Friday.

Food / Re: See The Bag Of Beans I Bought For 44,000 In Nasarawa State. by KosiGee(m): 6:30pm On Jan 29
Nice2023:
I went to beans village at the outskirt of Abuja with the Hope I was going to buy beans at a pocket friendly price ,but i was shocked at the current price.

After having budgeted 20k for it, I got there only to be told that, the price was about 51k.

Immediately i remembered the price might further go up,I just I had to bargained and I eventually met a borno woman who sold her iron beans at 44k to me.

The inflation has finally affected everything especially food.

I wonder how it would be in time to come.

What’s the weight in kg?

Banana leaf tea is actually healthy. It’s packed with polyphenol. Lots of leaves, herbs and tree barks that we throw away are very healthy and good for the body.

Mtcheww coming from someone that betrayed the wife of his youth to marry a second wife.

The funny thing about this Musa is he's still begging Jamila his first wife till today, I don't even understand why you'll claim to love someone but end up doing what breaks them. 😭. Jamila has constantly refused his apologies but still he won't back down.

Stop being silly. I don’t know Ahmed Musa in person but I’m sure he is a man with soul and a heart of gold. I also know that he meant what he wrote there. Musa is a good and kind soul. Don’t bring his marital and relationship issues here pls.

Why do we keep on rewarding mediocrity? From the matches played so far in the tournament and performance of our players, how is Simon Moses and Zaidu still in our lineup for this match?

To daft agbadorians, he's gay.
To me, why will he feature in such a mag in the first place?

Leave Agbadorians out of this. Why would the boy feature in that mag? My opinion is that he’s gay, queer or whatever name they call it. Even if he likes or could sleep with a woman, there is something not quite ‘straight’ about him…in fact I wouldn’t describe him as straight.

I don’t have anything against lgbtq but I feel bad for Obi. He is the only son.

How much is like 300 watt solar panel on average in Nigeria?

Lets say it's around N80,000. Let's convert this to dollars, which would be about $88.

Now, your government claims you are a poor country, and you have to WAIT to see any benefits as a citizen, yet the same government will spend $500,000 for Hotel bills for a week.

Now, how many 300 watt solar panels can $500,000 buy?

$500,000 = 5,681, 300 watt panels.
--------
$88

How many watts can theoretically be generated from 5,681 300 watt solar panels?

5,681 x 300 = 1,704,300 watts = 1,704 kilowatts ~ 2MW

This could power a University, multiple Universities, Hospitals across a state, many many homes.

Yet your leaders will tell you that the reason your Universities don't have electricity in 2024 is because, blah blah blah..., meanwhile the same leaders that just told you 5 mins ago that we are broke, are willing so burn $500,000 in a week, just like that.

My own is that, why do these evil politicians still have avid supporters? I can understand somewhat if you are getting paid like them legendhero and the rest, but those you meet on the street, that claim "our brother", like, what is wrong with those type of people? Mosquito is biting you, you can't pay bills, but you are voting for "our brother", chai

Are you into solar panel business sir? An expert in this field is needed by someone.

Survived to face Senegal. 😂

This year’s AFCON has been full of shocks and surprises so don’t rule the Ivorians out.

Who would believe that Tunisia and Algeria would not just be eliminated but come bottom of their groups?
Who would believe that Cape Verde and Equatorial Guinea would emerge as group leaders? Who would believe that Equatorial Guinea would cause Nigeria massive scare or even massacre host nation Ivory Coast by handing them one of their worst defeats without even conceding a goal?

Who would believe that Emilio Nsue who’s playing not even in the Segunda División but Primera Federación the third tier of Spanish football would be the leading goal scorer and with a hat trick’ against Guinea Bissau and a brace against the host nation?

Who would believe that Ghana at 2-0 up and at the 90th min would draw against Mozambique?

Senegal is good but at this moment, I won’t be surprised if Mauritania or Namibia wins the trophy.

I’m not sure whether to sympathise with this lady or not.

She was really stupid and careless. How could she travel to an unknown place, to meet an unknown man, lodge in a hotel and allow this said man to touch her? She wasn’t just desperate, she was foolish and an idiot.

It’s funny that the man surfaced armed with Nutrimilk and bread 😄😄😄😄😄😄. He came prepared. I hope he’s caught though.

After going on trip for business purposes for like a month or two, wife constantly demand for lab test that she don’t trust anyone. What can someone do in this situation. No cheating is involved.

That’s very good of her. She knows you very well and you should be proud of her. She doesn’t nag, peep into your phone or private messages….she has endorsed your cheating cos she knows you can’t stop cheating.

All she asks is for you to go to a lab and prove you are not contaminated with some nasty microbes.

Pls go and do your tests in a decent and reputable diagnostic centre and spare the poor lady of anxiety.

Justnation:

You sound funny, even Mrs Hillary Clinton cried louder that Russia influenced the American presidential election to give Trump victory.

Foreign powers, British and America majorly have been influencing elections and change of government in Nigeria since independence

Jonathan is weak and incompetent. It’s embarrassing that he’s accusing Obama of being responsible for his defeat.

Nasir El Rufai threatened the foreign observers during the election. Have you forgotten? He said they would end in body bags. Those people know that Jonathan is weak and powerless that’s why they were able to influence him.

Zambian President, Ugandan President, Museveni have alll made it clear to the US and UK to mind their businesses. There’s a certain line that shouldn’t be crossed if you maintain your lane and be bold about it. Goodluck Jonathan was an ‘accidental’ President. It wasn’t meant to be. Yaradua’s death made it possible for him to be President otherwise he would’ve been worse than Osibanjo carrying bags and making speeches all over with no power.

Politics / Re: IPOB: "We Had Option To Kill Nnamdi Kanu In His Hideout" - Buhari by KosiGee(m): 2:40pm On Jan 21
Okoroawusa:
Keeping Nnamdi Kanu alive was one mistake I will never forgive Buhari for. Eliminating him in Kenya with no evidence of Nigera's involvement would have saved lots of souls that have perished in the South East since then. After all even his wife didn't know he was going to Kenya to meet a prostitute.

You are being petty by saying that Kanu went to Kenya to meet a prostitute. He didn’t but I agree that if Buhari had wanted, Kanu would’ve been eliminated in Kenya. Kanu in my opinion was foolish to have fallen for the trap set for him. That’s always been his weakness. There was a radio presenter that kept praising and calling him ‘your excellency’. Lots of ipob members call him ‘nwa chineke’ etc. He Nnamdi Kanu had a big opportunity to turn things round in the south east but he failed to take that opportunity. He was apparently traumatised by the invasion by Buratai boys on python dance operation and also the loss of his parents but the insecurity in the south east would’ve happened anyway and even worse with the emergence of that foolish idiot called Ekpa Simon.

Killing has always been his only legacy. Killing of humams. Killing of economy. Killing of systems. The only things he does not kill are the ones that aid his destructive motives. Bandits are waxing stronger.

Calm down mister. I think Buhari is one of the worst president or Nigerian politician ever but he actually did Nnamdi Kanu a big favour by extraditing him to Nigeria. A very bad, devilish and ruthless leader would’ve had him killed in far away Kenya and that will be the end of the story.

Nnamdi Kanu was a thorn in Buhari’s flesh calling him all sort of names and even calling him a pedophile. If Buhari had wanted, Kanu would’ve been history.

I give Buhari credit for that.
