Imagine what’s on nairaland front page! You’d have to feel sorry for the Op and the Mod that brought this piece of thrash to the front page. A girl stole money, ran to the village, squandered her loot, went back, stupid story of some deity, bla bla bla. |
Christistruth00:I’m sure you’ll have sleepless nights if an Igbo man aspires to be the Grand commander of Amotekun security outfit. In fact the whole south west would be on fire with destruction of Igbo properties and businesses. Enugu people are peaceful and I’m sure they’ll welcome a Yoruba man who knows the terrain, competent, a security expert, passionate and bold enough to confront and tackle the many security challenges in Enugu state. |
Atrocious errors like the one from Demehin shouldn’t be happening. Silly back passes like that and lack of spatial awareness shouldn’t be happening to a player like Demehin |
Introduction of Onumonu, Plumptre and Ayinde have improved their performance. |
There’s only one serious player for the falcons in this match…the goal keeper Nnadozie. Others are confused. |
WeedAddict:🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣…chai.. What’s this nonsense with 40 characters? What’s nairaland turning to? |
Hella nus and the gang must be disappointed. The Madguy that need to rid himself of bigotry would be highly disappointed as well. |
lexy2014:Don’t believe everything you read online. Someone might have either twisted Siasia’s words to provoke reactions or Siasia might even not have said anything. |
do4luv14:Benji Nzeakor also played in Brazil. He played for Esporte Clube Vitória. |
![]() Portable should be in the next Big Brother Nigeria. This guy is something else….I am sure he’ll have to say back to Kemi. I think both should be in the next BBN |
Where are the photos and videos and why are so many posts deleted at the beginning? |
enemyofprogress:It’s my problem because nairaland does not promote cockfighting and I’m sure that you are aware of that….oya repeat after me…….Hence forth. |
Karlman:How old are you Karlman? I dont mean any disrespect. I asked that question not out of contempt but because you seem to remind me of something and of a couple of people close to me who were severely affected by the hate and crisis up north many years ago like I pointed out earlier. Someone close to me had his businesses burnt to the ground in Zaria. He was a hard worker, smart and selfless, always ready to help and always giving money to almajiris. A particular boy he used to give money was the one who led the people that broke his shop door, stole and burnt it…this happened somewhere around hospital road Zaria. Another person close to me was killed by a mob and the guy who was part of it was someone who knew him very well. If I was a psychopath, I’d be so hateful and become a merciless and indiscriminate killer targeting anyone from the north whether Plateau state, South kaduna or core Muslim northerners but I am not sick in the head. There’s time for everything. Back to my question, the guy whose shop was burnt and who almost lost his life left Kaduna state and back to the East. His life was messed up but today he is back on track. In his eyes, Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa can never be wrong. He mourned Iko nso when he died, attended Ipob meetings. He was part of the crew that will always blame Lord Lugard. He’d probably blame Tivs, Lantang people, etc. He’d curse Gowon or Theophilus Danjuma and probably mock him when he goes on his ‘defend yourself’ crusade. Things don’t really work that way. If you are still young and capable of holding a weapon, you know what to do. Like my guy, harbouring lots of hate for people don’t do anything to remedy any situation. My guys would support any group who claims to fight to restore Biafra but he’s coming to his senses now. Things don’t work that way. Let’s beam the searchlight inwards. We have a lot to deal with and tidy up as a people. You are not prepared to deal with the situation if the opportunity presents itself right now. Arguing with people online won’t solve that problem. You can battle, debate and write beautifully but you’d be stuck at same spot if you are not prepared to deal decisively with the problem. The fulanis that cause all sorts of problems don’t make noise online or offline. Some of them you’d strangle and break to pieces in a 1-1 physical fight but things don’t work that way my friend. They are audacious, ruthless and smart because we make them look like that but they take care of business…that’s what sets them apart. We as a people talk too much. We simply don’t know when to talk, shout or raise our fists in confrontations…until we deal with that, you’d be surprised how things change. |
enemyofprogress:There’s no such thing as hens fought. At least check the spelling before you post. |
kettykin:Allow the Tivs to sort themselves. Let’s deal with ours. I have my issues with the Tivs and Benue people but this isn’t the right place and time to talk about that. |
Karlman:About tragedies….We have our share of insecurities and violence and we need to look inwards and solve that rather than attempting to be sanctimonious when other people were affected. Parts of Ihiala in Anambra are under siege. Federal forces are there, bandits whom we tagged ESN are there as I type this. The bandits kidnap and terrorise Igbos under the guise of biafran freedom fighters which they are not…they have taken over places like Lilu, Orsumoghu etc…they’d kill young men from that axis and tag them federal spies…Nigeria federal forces do the same, young men from there are dealt with after being accused of spying for IPOB and ESN. Nigerian army, police, NDLEA even Immigration officials under JTF are on South east Nigerian roads extorting our people and nothing is done about it….are these retributions for something we’ve done as well as alleged by Kettykin?? Should we also look inwards as well? We are blaming the government for Nnamdi Kanu’s predication but how the hell did he get caught in Kenya? Ain’t you embarrassed by that news? Should we query the gods why they let that happen? Have you asked yourself why of all people, Nnamdi Kanu got caught, kidnapped and transported back to Nigeria by Buhari who failed to do same Uwaru Dikko? What if Buhari and Kenyan govt decided to unalive him? Would we know what happened to him if they decided to make him disappear? Have you asked yourself why he is still incarcerated under Tinubu a Yoruba president whom he mocked and said many bad things when he was on radio? Should we look inwards as well? Mind the fingers that you point at people bro and remove the speck in your eyes before you try to remove the one in your friend’ eye. |
Karlman:When you point a finger at someone, four of yours point at you. Lots of evil might have happened in 60s and continue to happen today. I have lots of reasons personally to be menace and an enemy of the state but I didn’t…not out of fear but we have to fight the good fight at the right time. Family members and friends had their properties and goods burnt in kaduna and Zaria when I was a kid. Almajiris attacked my family at Sabon gari many years ago. It wasn’t once…it happened many times. Some people took shelter at the Nigerian army depot in Zaria. Folks armed themselves with smuggled weapons and fought back….i saw federal forces search houses for weapons because the forces that he didn’t expect the resistance and bravery. My friend got killed and burnt in one the northern states during one of the ethno-religious riots. The trauma hasn’t made me hateful…I’m much stronger than I’ve ever been and would probably be in the field when shit hits the fan. You can swear, curse and type as much negativity as you want but when it goes down, many people who brag online might not be there to hold weapon. I’m appalled at people who go tribal and provocative at the slightest or no reason. What you say about Benue people could be also said about you by the Niger Delta people. Biafran soldiers were no saints. Fulani menace isn’t something to use against people. We’ve all been affected and I believe there will be a day of reckoning but that day isn’t today….you are untrained, lack motivation, discipline and the resources to fight this fight. You all should calm down, show respect to other ethnic groups and pls have some emotional intelligence cos many of us lack it. The odds are against the Igbos. What we have are forest guards, ebubeagus and town vigilantes but this is not a fight for these guys. |
kettykin:About 40 innocent people murdered in cold blood in Abia state supposedly by Fulani bandits dropped from a helicopter. You are an active member of nairalander with a significant online presence using other platforms. Sometimes your posts make all of us Igbos look silly. What and Karlman said about Benue people and the misfortune that befell them were distasteful. Fulanis have attacked Nimbo, Eha Amaifu, some other parts of Nsukka, Nkanu, Agbani etc. Folks from Niger Delta could say same nonsense that you guys posted. Pls show some respect when you accuse or write about other people especially the dead. Fulani problem is a national problem being orchestrated by politicians and I believe individuals in the armed forces. They should be exposed and dealt with but not by disrespecting other ethnic groups and bragging that ‘this is not 1967’. |
Sportsmatter:Isn’t this same argument used against Peter Obi? Again who called the prof tribal bigot and when? |
Sportsmatter:Who called him a tribal bigot? When was he called a tribal bigot? |
manck:Musiwa, the emperor of south western Nigeria is alive and well. I was wondering what happened to you. |
kettykin:Pls stop this nonsense. This line of thought make all of us Igbos look stupid and hateful. Fulani herdsmen are in the Eastern part of Nigeria. We are also dealing with bandits, kidnappers and all sorts. Are those also retribution for fighting to break away? Eastern part of Nigeria is dealing with drug menace and it’s not funny. Are these retribution for our folks dealing drugs coupled with high incidence of fake drugs and beverages linked to our people. It’s embarrassing every time this sort of attacks happens and one of us like you are doing now start shouting Gowon, Lord Lugard, 1967, civil war etc. Stop this nonsense sir. |
The young man was crying and complaining about his legs where he obviously sustained injuries yet those people still lifted him by his legs!!! Ignorance, nonchalance, lack of basic first aid, a medical system that’s not functioning all missing from the video. If organised medical system were in place, they would’ve called the paramedics to take care of this boy after getting rid of the dangerous objects. |
helinues:What were those reckless statements that he made? |
ratcock:Calm down, Mr Rossikki has got a point and Obi was governor of Anambra state for many years and he deserved to be called out. My problem with people like Rossikki and Naptu is that they are biased. |
Kushites:You have a point Mr Rossikki aka Kemetian. |
enemyofprogress:Hens fought?? Where was this hens fight? Do you mean c ock fight?? |
mamagee3:You’ve been asking this question for more than 16 years now. Is everything ok with you? |
Ganjafama:The attires weren’t meant for you. It’s their culture. |
naptu2:Is Ade Arogundade an Obidient as well?
|
naptu2:Peter Obi and Atiku got above 12 million votes. A few i diots venting their frustrations online should make you to exaggerate or attempt to mess up Obi’s name like Reno Omokri does at every opportunity. Apart from Chisom Ogamba, there was Dr Aloy Chife who defended Onakoya’s visit. Who does Dr Chife support?? There was also Adedotun Arogundade. Is he also an Obidient and Igbo? Which politician does he support. You are a well respected nairalander mr Naptu and I have a feeling you are above 45 but I’m sorry to say that sometimes you act petty and childish. |
