IBATTRAVELS: Why picking a fight with me and why getting so upset. Its impossible to be denied a visa without the embassy stating a reason for denial. Please go to VSF office that represent france embassy, meet with the staff and ask if its possible, you will know what i mean. and please if you like to reply this post, do it without using abusive word, please.
sheriff Please show me where I insulted you in that post?? And yes my guy it's possible to deny Visa on flimsy discretionary grounds because honestly that's the power of the embassy. |

Dongreat: As much as I would love to see em participate in the competition, every country has rules governing immigration. Meet those rules and you will be allowed entry. I am certain they didn't meet the rules and this may be in regards to funding as every country knows that if its not Nigeria politicians, fed sponsored, others have a higher chances of absconding or claiming asylum. Better luck next time as said. Who knows it might be a blessing in disguise, as the Olympic embarrassment might come to mind. What sort insulting and condescending tone is this?? You the WORLD FUCCKING CHAMPIONS HAVEN'T TRAVELLED ABROAD BEFORE ? This policy will work. BUT APC OR PDP HAD NOTHIJG TO DO WITH IT AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL!!! This is the brainchild of the Lagos state government which continues to act like the most innovative African government. This state is a model that all others should weep about whenever they look at themselves! How can your mate be progressing so much and you are there struggling to pay salaries I know Lag has ports, former capital territory status and old business institutions but it also has massive overcrowding, a receding shoreline, terrible infrastructure burden and reoccurring crime neither does it has land or natural resources (except very, very recent oil). The SE must compete with only Lagos in Nigeria, there's no other thing to look towards. |

The event is slated to take place in Abuja and he is also thinking of supporting them with a lesser caliber third guy to balance out the dynamics. So please guys tell me what you think.
FYI, I'm just helping a friend and I'm not working for his company so please don't get the wrong idea.

"The resident pastor, Oladela Paul who narrated to NSCDC Lagos Commandant, Tajudeen Balogun, who led the operation, said that the church had sent a formal complain to Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC when they noticed the well was filled with PMS. He lamented that months after writing the NNPC for solution, the Church was yet to get any response from the Corporation, adding “well has become a source of harassment to the church and our members".

Business › Re: Pilgrims Didn’t Get Forex At Subsidised Rate – Emefiele by kraftykc(m): 6:41am On Aug 11, 2016 |
Quakertellicus1: The governor stated that the agreement between the apex bank and the pilgrims had been concluded even before the commencement of the implementation of the new flexible foreign exchange policy.
He said the pilgrims had earlier in the year made what he described as “advance payment” for their personal travel allowances, noting that in the current circumstances, the advance payment made was $750 per pilgrim.
The governor explained that the advance payment was made by the pilgrims to the respective state pilgrims’ boards, after which the requests were passed by the states to the national body.
According to him, since the agreement was made in April when the market rate was N197 to a dollar, it would be unethical not to honour it.
Emefiele said refusing to provide foreign exchange to the pilgrims at the N197 per dollar agreed rate would mean that the pilgrims would have to pay the difference between the old and new rates.
Explanation assimilated, and accepted.
Nigerians and misinterpretation. Some people obviously want to start a religious war in this country. The question is "Would a manufacturer or businesses that need dollars have the same license to pre-order an agreed sum, and pay only the past sum?" It's not Nigerians or religion at fault, it's this stupid government which is bent on destroying all industries. |

Whoever is in charge does not matter to me, I TRY to be objective when I criticize or praise and administration. My point is that such delay can happen to any country but, that should not be our concern rather, the team's performance should be our focus This team relied on donations to train, and then relied on charity to travel... How is that not a cause for concern But e Don do, I'm not looking to raise issues with the likes of you. |

abdurrazaq: Nigeria once play a football match with tracksuit trousers cut with scissors. What is left in our memory is the victory and not the outfit. Even if they wear Secondary school uniform, what matters most is their performance. Hopefully, these delays, errors and ill-preparedness will spur the team to attain greater heights I hope you said the said during the last administration's failures and embarrassing moments. If you didn't...well I don't want to call names but it does speak well of anyone's character to speak from both sides of the mouth at once. |

NameChecker: My Oga, I agree with you that all country rely on importation but the difference is what they import. A country should import Raw Material not Finished Goods It is much cheaper to import raw material (Compare much much we sell our crude oil and the amount we pay for the end product; Petrol, Diesel, Gas, etc) That is the reason Dangote & Innoson are surviving in the business.
The policy to increase import duties is a strategic one Import duties weren't just increased, exchange rate was also and the CBN refused to protect items already bought and enroute which weren't previously blacklisted. |

Business › Re: Duty Hike: "We Are Finished" - Importers, Agents by kraftykc(m): 8:48pm On Aug 03, 2016 |
NameChecker: The disadvantages of import: 1.Foreign goods are substituting the domestic goods' markets,so the domestic industries (Innoson & Co) are eliminated. 2.Trade deficit will cause the currency devaluation, inflation (Nigeria's Current Problem). 3.The importing of important industries will lose the influence by importing country.
If you still don't understand that the increment is a deliberate measure to discourage importation, then you know nothing, I repeat, nothing.
***Culled from ECO 101*** Do u imagine innoson and other manufacturers do not import too? or are their products assembled all parts 100% fabricated here in Nigeria? My uncle is a manufacturer and nearly lost his business because he sent for components to be crafted in Germany due to the specialist specifications, if the items didn't arrive on time it would be a different story today. Every country on earth imports!! Yes we do a lot more than we should but this is not the way to solve the situation. What about drugs for cancer etc and hospital perishables that are all imported? Wicked suddenly develop cancer research centers with 50 years of experience and corporate practice and stop importing drugs This President is hell bent on destroying his own goodwill again.... |

I thought the government initially had plans on importing Brazilian grass, has that plan been jettisoned? Brazil is a south American power house, with an expanding economy, we could use their diplomacy in international issues. By the way, what happened to middle eastern and Arab countries like Oman, Iran, Iraq etc, what's their economic or diplomatic value to us? This comment is why you are sapiosexual. What criteria did the government use to assess that BRAZIL, the country where we are about to visit for the Olympics, is not worth anything to us ?
