It must be suspended for now.
The timing for such project looks more of a fraud than genuine.
Who is sure voting will take place in some part of the area in view?
We are in a free zone now, yet to pick our PVC is problematic, what is going to happen when actual voting comes proper?

It is for reasons like this that i did not believe in 9ja, neither do i trust her.
You have already seen people who are kind of indirectly involved in the struggle already asking what can go for a stupid question.

By the way, what is the of meaning leadership in 9ja if not that he is leading his family and is a pot-bellied thief?
Is that ocassion not the time a true leader should demostrate his self sacrificing spirit of leadership?
Whereas true leaders are to serve his people, here in 9ja, leaders are to be revered and whorshipped.

Yet their worshippers are still at the receiving end of all their bad policies.
Inspite of all you said OP, most people will still come here and show how myopic they are by insulting everybody whose view does not agree with their own.
They only learn to type but are not cultured enough to engage in a decent argument.
Well, to the people of Mubi, it is an eye opener really.
Someone who cannot defend his own village, community, home-town/state, yet in leadership possition to defend a Country?
I rest my case.

Wetin concern me?
When oil price was $120 pb, and above wetin we get from it or from 9ja?
Of what benefit is it to ordinary man who had never for once felt the impact of it in their lives?
Do they fund our schools with oil money, or was it our roads that are tarred with it?
What about health, or do we not deserve social security by reason of being an oil producing nation?
The concern should be for those who will not have enough to steal anymore.
PoliticsRe: Mubi Battle: Army Arrests Six Senior Officers For Fleeing by KriTic24A: 3:39am On Nov 04, 2014
Our military officers have been battle-rusty for a very long time.
The only thing the are very good at is to brutalize civillians at the slightest provocation.

Ordinary traffic misunderstanding will earn you a slap and a threat of being taken to their baracks.
You see them boast around that they will deal with ordinary civillian.

Now that they are called to their primary responsibility of defending the nation, what do we have?, a timid and scared-stiff soldier.
Isn't it a good thing we have an insurgent group like BH to wire-brush them to fitness?

What would have happened to 9ja in the event of a full-scale war?
This is an eye-opener to their commanders and 9ja thief-rulers as well.

Prominent Redeemed Church Pastor Poisons Pst. Adeboye

Culled from http://christendomnewspaper..com/2013/04/prominent-redeemed-church-pastor.html?m=1
A prominent pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has attempted poisoning the Church’s General Overseer, Pastor E.A Adeboye.

The cause of his attempt The Christendom Newspaper learnt was not unconnected with the soft-spoken man of God’s promotion and continued retention of the Church’s General Overseer’s position.

It was learnt that Pst. Adeboye was poisoned by one of the members of a power bloc, who is equally a prominent pastor during one of the Church’s meetings, which was held at the Church’s Redemption Camp, located along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The poison was said to have been injected into a cup of juice the man of God was meant to take.

However, just before Pst.Adeboye attempted taking the juice, the Holy Spirit revealed to him that the juice had been poisoned.

Upon this divine revelation, Pst.Adeboye demanded that the person who was responsible for the poisoned juice either confess or remain cursed.
Shortly afterwards, a prominent pastor in the Church, whose name was not given, stood up and begged for forgiveness.

The pastor whose identity was not given is said to come from Oyo State, South West Nigeria. He was formerly the provincial pastor of Lagos Province 7, many years back.

It is said that many top pastors of the Church are bent on getting Pastor Adeboye, who they consider due for retirement, out of the Church’s General Overseer position.

It would be recalled that at a point last year, Pastor Adeboye was advised to step down so as to pave the way for young pastors to take over the Church’s leadership.
Adeboye emerged the RCCG’s General Overseer in 1981, taking over from the Church’s original founder, Papa AKindayomi who died in 1980.

For more than two years, Pastor Adeboye held the position as a part-time pastor, still lecturing at the University of Ilorin, until he finally gave up his university lecturing job to become a full-time pastor.

Adeboye, since he had taken over the Church as the General Overseer, has succeeded in planting the Redeemed Christian Church of God virtually in all neighbourhoods. The Church now has branches in over one-hundred countries of the world, with over 14,000 branches in Nigeria.
And they are men of God?

Christianity EtcRe: Understanding The Concept of Tithing by KriTic24A: 1:00pm On Nov 02, 2014
WinsomeX:
So we should tithe because Abraham tithed. But Abraham did a lot more things that are not binding on Christians today.

Abraham circumcised his sons. Christians are not bound to be circumcised today. Acts 15, Galatians 5.

Abraham offered burnt offerings. No Christian
does that today.

Abraham was polygamous. Christians are not.

Abraham fought wars. Christians do not necessarily fight wars.

And, lastly here, Abraham gave a tithe once from war spoils. Should Christians do the same?

As for Jesus fulfilling the law. If the law is fulfilled, what is left to be done in it? Why would Christ fulfill all the law and leave only that of tithing for Christians to fulfill?

Please attempt my questions.
Some comonsense at work!!!

[quote author=pendy79 post=27437696]Are u sure you can read with comprehension at all. Where did I justify any coup plot at all or where did you hear of a coup plot orchestra by GMB? If you have any contrary fact to show that GMB rather than IBB, Abacha and TY danjuma where the brains behind the 1983 overthrow of Shagari, please put it forward here.

Buhari was posted to Jos outside the corridor of power in lagos over the way he handled the Chadian invasion of nigerian territory by pursuing the fleeing chadians soldiers beyond chad itself into Libya and Niger republic which president Shagari felt was too bit hard on the chadians.

If you feel Abacha, IBB and Danjuma truncated democratic governance I think they learn the act from your brothers Nzeogwu, anuforo and ifeajuna who were the first group of soldiers to ever truncate a democratic rule in Nigeria. They were the ones who brought coup and military rule into our polity.

If you have facts to dispute my argument bring them forth if not please get off my mention.

I speak with verifiable facts not hearsay and rumours and halftruth.

This was occassioned by the declaration by WHO that we are Ebola-Free as a nation.
One can ask, can we ever build on this, as in: to start something others both advanced and developing countries can emulate?

PoliticsRe: Ghana's Laughable Offer by KriTic24A: 9:59pm On Oct 14, 2014
Do you blame them?
Ghana knows that Nigeria is not a serious country so they too want to catch-in where they could just like China catches in from all fronts: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, different rechargable lights, flash-light phones, motorcycles even cars recently etc.
India too catches in by introducing drugs and both Keke-Marwa and Napep.
Remember Nigerians industries now relocates to that country in search of regular power supply.
So by aiming to supply energy to Nigeria is in tune with realities.
