Mr Johnson has a banana tree that overhangs Mr David's compound. When the leaves fall down, they litter Mr David's compound and he is forced to sweep it everyday. A bunch of banana falls down and Mr David decides to eat them. He is sued by Mr Johnson for eating what does not belong to him. The question is: who owns the bunch of banana in Mr David's compound? Is it Mr Johnson that planted the tree or Mr David who is forced to sweep leaves that does not belong to him but cannot eat the bananas?
