How do u mean debts. Where are the debts supposed to come from... kollinz1234: Well @op I will like to let you know that there is nothing wrong with the targets given to a DSA, that should be the least of your worries; infact, the job will sharpen you and make you very exposed, smart and intelligent, and also be a perfect foundation for you whenever you want to start your own business. But what you should be afraid of is the kind of debts you will find yourself in after sometime in the job, and it's not just you virtually every staff in the bank is a slave to debt. If u can discipline yourself which is highly unlikely, the job will help you greatly.
An Honest Advise! |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Should I Take This Banking Job Offer? Pls Come In And Advise by KulHeadedHuman: 8:45pm On Jan 27, 2022 |
I just got this offer with union bank. The target seems scary and I'm not so good at marketing. What would you advice pls winnah: its less than 10% DSA (marketers) will confidently say that they ive consistently meet their entire target month on month. pick up that job cause working in the bank will expose you to a lot of opportunities and people that could even help you. there is a lot to gain from working in the bank. i can tell u of a truth, it will shape u. I've been a DSA getting to 2 years now with union bank. I've gain so much. and am considering leaving the bank to start up my company (marketing firm) which i want to get all the certification before i resign. PICK IT UP don't let fear of the unknown to distract you.
waiting to see you in the industry. |

What I need now is a decent job with good pay.. the job I have now isn't for me (a mfb job) it requires being harsh and putting up fights with defaulters in order to get back their loans. I am the calm type and it's not been easy, I want a change. A decent teaching role would be fine too (I have 4yrs teaching experience) |
