I do attend auctions weekly and can definitely locate something that fits your requirement. What i will want you to do is to narrow down the exact models of vehicles you are looking for. Jeep? Car? And especially the budget that you have.
Camera and Navigation systems don't come with all vehicles because when people buy them new, not every buyer demands all the available options like the camera, Navigation or integrated phone. But they can be found.

Just let me know the models of Audi, Benz or BMW you are interested in and we can focus on that model that has all the options you are looking for.

I was at the auction today, these are the cars that will selling tomorrow Feb. 11th, 2010.
