Politics / Re: "Honourables" Corruption by Kunlebabs375: 2:56pm On Jul 31, 2012
Abdusalam Abubakar once said that corruption is in the flesh of most Nigerian leaders. If I will hold on to that statement, then the act perpetrated by the House of Reps members is not far fetch. It's quite shameful, lugubrious and sardonic to see people who suppose to be the custodian of morality in such saga.
Travel / Re: FG Evacuates About 50 Nigerians From Syria by Kunlebabs375: 12:15pm On Jul 31, 2012

There's nothing wrong with Nigerians being in Syria if there are job or business opportunities. C'mon guys, the jobless rate is high in Nigeria.

With the present political issues in Syria? I think we should give the FG kudos for that giant step taken

Politics / Where Is Nigeria Water Coperation by Kunlebabs375: 9:28am On Jul 31, 2012
I don't know whether the water corporation is still functioning. Because I could remember in the past how efficient the parastatal was. But today I can't see the traces of their existence again or is it because many Nigerians have taken to digging borehole in their houses that make them sieze to be relevance? What's your view about this?
Politics / Re: OBJ, IBB, Decry Insecurity In Nigeria by Kunlebabs375: 12:43pm On Jul 30, 2012
Whoa! Nice one. If these two NAIJA BABAs can come out to form a syndicate to propagate PEACE and UNITY for Naija then I strongly believe that we are getting there AND if Buhari can also do this then...
Politics / Re: Confusion In Kaduna Over Rumours Of Violence by Kunlebabs375: 12:28pm On Jul 30, 2012
ypzilanti: A ban on social media will affect genuine businesses that make money via new technology. Our government can go ahead and try to stifle public opinion, but it is costly financially and economically. Also, if you remove an avenue for people to vent from behind their computers, you just might eventually see them venting on the streets. Abusing these bllodsuckers that have ruined the country on social media is therapeutic.

I totally agree with you, in fact you have said it all
Politics / Re: PDP Conspiring With Reps To Impeach GEJ - S’South Leaders by Kunlebabs375: 12:12pm On Jul 30, 2012
All these antics are just for mere distractions as far as am concerned. Impeachment! Impeachment !! Impeachment !!! That is the story we have bin hearing and that is the only song you hear when someone is not dancing to the tune of the senates or members of the House of Representative. Please lets us chun all these distraction and forge ahead and start looking for a way forward for a better Naija.
Politics / Re: Multiple Explosions Rock Janbulo, Kano by Kunlebabs375: 11:53am On Jul 30, 2012
This story is quite pathetic. Now that we are thinking that the days of Boko haram are going gradually. I think we still need to embark on prayers and to also support the government more. If you notice any strange movement around your area abeg notify the nearest security agent immediately. God go help us sha.
Crime / Re: Parents Sell Children For N4,000 In Makurdi! by Kunlebabs375: 11:33am On Jul 30, 2012
That attitude is very common among the Benue people. They believe that there are no jobs for them and in other to raise money they take some children with the knowledge of their parents in most cases for trafficking. Though it could be found in many other states too but I think that of Benue is mostly common. I think Benue state govt shoul do something...
Politics / Re: A GEJ Supporter Lists Gej's Achievements, Let's Talk About Them by Kunlebabs375: 9:08am On Jul 30, 2012
To a large extent GEJ administration has tried lets be frank, I believe that if not for the risen level of our insecurity that has absolutely diverted the attention of this present administration, Nigeria would have gone far in term of growth and development.

Politics / Demolition Rocks 17 Villages In FCT by Kunlebabs375: 4:40pm On Jul 27, 2012
About 17 villages has bin marked for demolition in Abuja. This they said is in line with following the master plan in the FCT. The question is why rendering people homeless without an alternative provision and is the master plan issue not completed with the pains that people have experience since the era of Elrufai. Is this fair..Some of the occupants were accused of illegal occupancy and the the villages are hideouts for Boko Haram
Politics / Re: PDP Asks Femi Gbajabiamila To Resign by Kunlebabs375: 10:04am On Jul 27, 2012
Under the normal circumstance anybody that should be elected by a majority to represent people in that capacity( house of rep) is not suppose to have a taint record as that of Gbajabiamila. So since he himself has agreed that he was suspended from legal practice due to his currupt practice then...we cannot continue to habor criminals in govt.

Politics / Re: Why Is El Rufai Using Social Media To Spread Hatred Among Christians And Muslims by Kunlebabs375: 11:53am On Jul 18, 2012
If I will say Elrufai is trying to gain cheap popularity...it's a fat lie. But he has so much taken pleasure in criticizing the government of the day either for his own personal gain or he is still nursing a political ambition. Hweva the fastest means for him is the social media. The man go soon tire and then we will know the outcome off all his criticisms.

Politics / Re: What I Think Of "Pastor" Tunde Bakare by Kunlebabs375: 12:16pm On Jul 10, 2012
Bakare is obviously a man of controversy not because he has the interest of the country at heart. The creation of his church and SAVE NIGERIA GROUP is solely for political propaganda. One can clearly see that his church has been politicised as well as the Save Nigeria group. For a man who claimed to be the senior pastor and a founder of a church to be closely associated with a Muslim cleric(aplogies to the Muslims) General Buhari in the last presidential election should in a reasonable volume communicate to Nigerians that his various role in the removal of fuel subsidy and subsequent criticism of Goodluck's style of leadership were all born out of egoistic interest and inordinate ambitions.

Politics / Re: Elrufai's Picture Story Just Went Viral!!!!!whats Your Interpretation Of This? by Kunlebabs375: 1:03pm On Jul 05, 2012
Going back memory lane, the alagbara Elrufai's was refers to as Mr. Demolition, imagine the name and he was very desperate to be the president of the federal republic of Nigeria, that wa why he has said repeatedly that the person that must succeed Obasanjo then must be someone that will continue with the reform programmes of the present administration, it is in this context that the reform team talked about paradigm shift, even when the so-called reforms are not having any positive, desirable and appreciable impact on the people. But what kind of leader would El-Rufai be with all the atrosities that he commited in the country?First the point must be made than 150,000 school children were deprived the golden opportunity of benefiting from the basic education in the Federal capital territory (FCT), as a result of demolition exercise in the satellite towns and villages by El-Rufai. A number of private schools were demolished without provisions for alternative for pupils of the affected schools to continue their studies, while the number of those in public schools drastically reduced due to the facts that only a negligible number of non-indigenes are living in areas where indigenes were spared the demolition. Most public schools have experienced a steady decline in the population of students, some are battling to cope with an unprecedented influx of new students as parents who were victims of the demolition were forced to relocate their families to neighbouring settlements within and outside the FCT including Mararaba, Masaka, Ado and Keffi, all in Nasarawa State. It was a serious concerns then that as more settlements fall to El-Rufai’s bulldozers, the number of drop-outs in the FCT the were beyond imagination.
