Please I noticed you wrote to the email address and after you said you got your mail. Can you please share with me what your issue was in the first place? I did biometrics with my wife since the 1st of Aug and her (dependant) application is still awaiting a decision even though I’ve gotten my (Main Applicant) visa. Can I write to the email as well?

I’ve done that too oh. Been calling and calling almost everyday. I got my visa already. It’s for my wife who’s my dependant. I called yesterday and the lady said I should wait till next Tuesday which is the end of the 15 working days of escalation. Did Biometrics since Aug 1. She said they’ll mail me by the end of escalation to know decision.

I called them more than 20 times, paid mail more than 5 times, though I got a message on 12th that I should be contacted in 10 working days.
What I later did is mail them through the message they sent when I did a paid mail ... just inform of reply to their message

Please when you escalated, was it through a paid call or mail? Also, I want to ask, were you contacted all through the waiting period at all or was this the first email you got from them on the 14th working day? I escalated through paid call since Aug. 30 and I’ve not been contacted at all.

No I don’t have that. When I called today, the last asked for my escalation reference and I told her I don’t have that, she asked for the Gwf number and she confirmed I escalated on the 30th, even though I did on the 29th. She asked me to wait till 15 working days, next Tuesday and that I should expect a mail from them by then. That it must have been resolved by then.

Well I escalated too but whenever I call, I still get the information that the application is still awaiting decision. I want to be sure if you’re getting this information too so I can know maybe her application was really escalated or if I’ve to do that again.

today makes it day 12 of escalation. Still at dmc. Called them.last week was told once a case has been escalated they don't have access to it until escalation team comes back to them. I should check back on the 15th day of escalation.

My dependant’s application is still awaiting decision too since August 1 that we both did biometrics. I got mine already. I escalated since Aug 29 and nothing yet till now. Still awaiting decision as at yesterday when I did a paid call

I received an empty NSF on the 13th day. After several paid calls they said decision is yet to be made. And they can't give a response till after 15days of escalation.

We did Biometrics Aug. 1. Yesterday made it 6 weeks that my wife (dependant) did Biometrics and yet decision hasn’t been made on her application. I (Main Applicant) got collection mail since Aug. 30. Escalated her application Aug. 29. Called yesterday and it was still awaiting decision. I don’t know what to do anymore. This isn’t even giving us a chance to prepare.
Anyone going through this too?

This week’s Monday made it a week I escalated. So when you said chase on Monday, do you mean next week Monday? (It makes 2 weeks after escalation then)

I did my biometrics as the main applicant on the 1st of Aug with my wife, the dependant. I got a NSF mail requesting for study gap and my wife got an empty NSF. My visa is out but till now my wife’s own is still awaiting decision. Escalated lastweek Monday, how long do you think I’ve to wait before I hear from them?
