I don't think so. Even awliya are bothered by them. They can only be subdued or managed to the best of me knowledge.. this is why listening to or reciting Quran is very recommended. Some use oruka with Allah's names printed on them. This way qareen dances to my tune. Nkan ti nba fe ni won ma ba mi fe so they won't work against me
Okay I see. I remember many anecdote in tashkirat awliyah how they continuously struggled with their Nafs and by extension their qoreen. It whole lot of fight.

Did you mean some subdued them thru ring you like prophet Suleiman (as)?

walaikun salaam, . Sorry for late response. In my context they are qoreen. It is like computer system malfunction lol and they start misbehaving and get corrupted like Terminator. If you like you can you l use the word "attack" but I wouldn't agree with that. Attack is more appropriate when jinn possessing someone. But in this case qoreen is simply corrupt for whatever reasons such as through external forces, ones activities or whatever. They are very stubborn when this happens but they can be countered depending on level you choose. They stand btw you and your progress. Many are having this problem but they think innocent grandma in the village dey do them lol
Sheikh empiree I thought qoreen by their nature they are very corrupt and wouldn't advise you on anything good. It's take define support for Holy Prophet (saw) got his self converted to Muslim. So he does not but advise in good way.

Can people's qoreen be totally subdue thru prayers?

Wa Alaikum Salam.
Yes, sorcery is just one of the ways. Others can be through eating and drinking and both major and minor sins.
Some people will commit a minor sin and nothing happens, yet others commit it and it immediately compromises their Qarin...not all Qarins are equal.
Influence on the Qarin can be internal or external.

Yes, the people you associate with do affect it as well, and that is why you don't ever joke with the one you marry. That is half your life right there!
Think of the people you associate with as a medium. The stronger it is, the more you acquire their "flavour".
In order to acquire their flavour, your "gate" will have to be open. Your gate being your AURA (Daairat).
When one's Qarin is compromised, the aura becomes (Daairat As-Saaw).

The symptoms are diverse and can't be painted with a general brush.
Some people don't even know that what they are experiencing is a symptom and they just go about their daily lives as if nothing is happening!
It'll require a very high level of presence and self-awareness to understand what is happening to one's self.
We live in a very BUSY world which doesn't help matters.
One suggestion would be to take a few minutes (especially at bedtime) to go through your day and play everything that happened.
With time, you'll begin to sense what's off, no matter how insignificant it may appear.

Everything communicates. You just have to understand their language of communication

The two Allahs are not the same: below is what I wrote about the two Allah in the past

Anytime Muslims are exposed that their Allah is an idol and not the same as the Allah Arabic-speaking Christians worship, Muslims run to get validation from the Christians. Islam Allah is a moon and star idol whose image they put at the top of the minarets of their mosques.

Muslims, stop using the fact that Arabs Christians also refer to God as Allah to say that Muslims Allah is not a pagan god.

The generic name for God is Ilah in Arabic and it's usually preceded with 'Al' which means 'The' hence, Al-Ilah which was later contracted to mean Allah. As for your own Allah, the Arab moon god is called Lah and this is also preceded by Al which means 'The' hence, Al and Lah was combined to give you your own Allah.

The Allah Christians,(whether Arabs or Hausa) pray to and worship is the Holy One of Israel, the Father of Christ the Mesaiah, The One not confined to the Kaaba, the One Who doesn't support immorality, the one whom Muhammad was not his Prophet, the one not prayed to in the mosques.

So, the name may sound the same, the One Christians worship is different.

The Arab Christians never joined in the naked worship of Allah in the Kaaba, they never did pilgrimage to the Kaaba, they never associated with the Allah of the Muslisms.
Another thing you should know is that the so called pagans were actually worshipping Allah who was and is, also a pagan god they knew Allah for whom he was and still is, Muhammad didn't tell about a new Allah, Christians and Jews in Mecca that time never joined them in naked worship of Allah the immoral god in the Kaaba, everyone knew the whom they were worshipping.

Abdulmuttalib, Muhammad’s grandfather wh every Muslim agree was pagan but being a pagan that he was, he named his son after his Idol, Allah : Abd Allah :Abdullah..

Another evidence is the revelation in the Quran:

And when they commit a fahisha (evil deed, going round the Kabah in naked state, every kind of unlawful sexual intercourse, etc.), they say: "We found our fathers doing it and Allah has commanded us of it." ...
- Qur'an 7:28, Muhsin Khan & Muhammad al-Hilali translation.
Lol I can't imagine all this nonsensical and concocted "doctrine" you are been taught in your theological school. I read everything you have typed without any iota of meaningful or substantial arguments to really debate on.

You're raising the issue of semantics and how you are have been brainwashed to believe it, just like the way and manner all those concocted story about Prophet Issa (as). I would have reply you in details but not on this myopic and childish thing I will be debating on.

Come out with really issues then you will find the right answers if you are seeker after the truth.

Either you accept it or not, Prophet Jesus (may peace be upon him) was true Muslim! and other prophets and obedient servants of Allah by virtue of their total submission of their will to the Supreme Will of Allah. It doesn't matter how you want to call it or how you want to twist it to align with your baseless and irrelevant challenge you are calling out.

No wonder most of those people you have tag avoided you like plaque, becos they don't want to waste their precious time arguing with somebody like you.

Salam Alaikum Everyone.

I have a question and hope that anyone who is knowledgeable about this subject could shed some light on it, please.

There are instances where people remote their victims using black goats , meaning that they speak their
intentions
on that goat and its effect manifests on the victim wherever s/he may be in the world.
This goat is usually reared within the compound of the perpetrator and always, almost never out of sight!

@ emekaRaj wrote many pages back about a man who was spiritually tied via a goat....he and his mum went visiting and he decoded what was happening to the man...

1. why - in your opinion - is a goat usually used
for such activities?

2. why is the stipulation always a pure black goat?

Thank you!

I don't think is common using goat for this kind of remote spiritual control.

What these jinn associates used is molded figure or a carve out figure from wooden material. They can conjure their jinn and that victim into it for purpose of controling the victim or remote harm etc.

Jazakumullah khayran, but that your dream after istikharat does it mean it originated from your thoughts or that she won't answer in real life. Thanks.

Not from my thought, because I never for once even think that way. And moreso the way it came I am pretty sure is not from my nafs or Satan. I ommited this vital clause, if I had call her once in real life, she would have answered twice. That's why I said we were both attracted to each other.

Let me gist you another one. After that incident, I decided after some time to give another lady a shot, Infact this one is my coursemate/classmate. On this faithful day after performing solat istikhara for some days, though didn't have any dream before hand. So I decided to go have talk with her about it.

You wouldn't belief how this girl started misbehaving Infact is not her usual self. I was flabbergasted to say this least, but on the spot I know she is not for me.

You know the funny thing after like a couple of hours later she came back to me and started acting nice and like regretting how she had reacted to me initially. I was like what Lolz but I have make my decision and moved on already. Note I haven't say anything to her regarding my intention about possible courtship or dating o. So there are several ways Allah can answer our prayers though we must pay attention to those clue.

This example is similar to a case of woman I read in sahih Muslim where a virtue of a woman was mentioned before holy prophet (saw) , who decided to seek her hand.

Unfortunately for her she had her head bow down when holy prophet came to her and offer her Salama but she bluntly rejected the Salama and that pissed off holy prophet who later went back. Thereafter people reminded her of who the visitor was and how unfortunate she was to have acted in that moment.

Quite annoying the browser issue can be.
interesting! Caveat: I am not an expert in dream interpretation but just want to try, so you may not take it seriously.

Firstly, the first question came in affirmative, which shows that there is possibility that your thoughts at one point might have get into your subconscious, and the result is what you have seen!

Secondly, though seeing dream at midnight still carry weight, but I am expecting it to be towards fajr time which would lend more weight to the authencity of the dream .

Thirdly, seeing an obscene sort of in a dream is more likely from Satan inspire dream. There are ways Allah will reveal things to you without involving such Haram thing. I will give example later.

Moreso, if anyone have seeing similar dream or it has repeatedly seen by you, it would have lend a good support to it, but for the fact the answer is no. Then it likely point to prank of Satan or from within yourself.

Lastly, From my own deduction that dream is most likely Your own fictment of imagination not necessarily divinely inspired.

Let me give you a similar anecdote that happened to me back them in school. I was attracted to this sister and vice versa towards the end of my UG program.

Then I started observing solat istikhara. Not once, but continuously doing it because I wanted to receive a cognate and definitive answer before making the move. Alhamdulilah! after several days I dreamt that I saw this sister in a dream and I was like calling her to come but she bluntly rejected my call, immediately I raised my hands and said " All praise be to Allah would has not led me into any relationship with this sister " then I woke up.

You can see the msg is somewhat passed without necessarily involving any obscene. But Pls still do more prayers on it and also ask the brother involve to continue doing istikhara perhaps the msg will become clearer. I am only sharing my thoughts, so pls take it with pinch of salt. Allahu Allam

1. Did you at any time prior to that dream think/feel that the lady can do zina or is wayward somehow?

2. What time and how many times did you see that dream?

3. Did you actually see the act (sexual intercourse)?

4. Any close pal or the brother involve having similar dream?

LONG TERM COMMITMENT TO SALAT AL FATIHI OR/AND DALAIL AL KHAIRAT AND WHY?

Salam Alaikum to Everyone.

This question is for Shaikh Empiree, Ladunlal and anyone conversant with this topic.

Would you rather commit daily to the recitation of :
1. Salat Al Fatihi daily and for life?
or
2. Dalail Al khairat daily and for life?
or
3. Both of them for daily and life?

Kindly answer with your reasons for choosing 1, 2 or 3.

For me personally, I would go with #1 because I do not have the time to commit to both #2 and #3.
Also, the mastery of #1 enable one recite it swiftly and smoothly while #2 is not the case.

I have seen some people who were not able to keep to their daily commitment to #2 because of its length.

Please contribute with your responses and thank you.

Interesting question sheikhana.

Alhamdulilah as far as no 2 is concern, I can't do without it.It has somewhat become part and pasu of me. If I go without it for a day or two days it will be like my world as turn up side down Lolz. I mean I will just be literally unhappy and unfulfilled no part how well I tried. It has become coolness and source of sakinah for me. So even I didn't complete the whole in a day or night. I must recite it daily. I hope to continue it for life Infact Allah made so demanding for me that I just have to read either I like it not because that when my soul feel refreshed as side my prayers and tilawat Quran.

For no 1 I am still struggling alot, not that of laziness but seems lack of commitment and zeal to do it to a mark difference!. Though I do recite it daily now but I want something like 5k or 10k on regular basis for considerable number of days like 165 days like I do for kallimat shaada.

As for the no 3 that's goal. I just want to up speed no 1 to a level of no 2 now so that be doing both with ease. And also as per advice of my sheikh, infact the last instructions given as per last encounter is that of no 3; doing salawat atta yaomalikiyamoh. But specifically prescribed no 1 for me when I asked him about tawasul. I always feel guilty that I haven't done enough justice for no 1.

May Allah ease for us our affair. Amin

,

Lols,

I‘ve never come across ibn. Al-arabi‘s exegesis of that hadith before. Did he write a book on those terms ?

But in regards to the quoted hadith, the class of wilayya described by the holy Prophet (s.a.w) there in, is the superior class (wilayyatul kubra), which comes after the completion of ma‘arifa & after individuality has been attained, @least from fardaniyya to qutbaniyyatul uzma.

Those are the ones who have access to محبة الذات , the unique divine love he‘s refering to.

The actual state he‘s refering to in which the individual self through self oblitration gets totaly absorbed in the “universal soul“ and exists no more in actuality, where & when there is “nothing“ left & that “nothing“ is God, then.

That state is momentarily accessible (hal) for the floor members of wilayyatul kubra but a permanent state (maqam) for the al-qutbul al-jami‘. Those qualities mentioned are strictly qutbaniyya‘s affair.

It was during a momentary seizure by that state, al-hallaj made that his “infamous“ declearation
.

Movado19 have you come across the details of al-hallaj story before?, an interesting one indeed that reveal the different spiritual state/awareness even among elites Sufis.

You are most welcome, and your questions are excellent, Ma Sha Allah!

I will InshaAllah start with Q:28:21 :
Musa (A.S.) was running away due to the incident with the Egyptian because he knew the action that would be taken against him.
The fear he experienced is very natural as we all experience it too, which is that we see something which is very harmful and because we know its final outcome should it get to us, then we become afraid and seek means to distance ourselves from it or reach safety, such as an attack from a rabid dog, being attacked by a crocodile or lion, running away from armed robbers, etc.
This type of fear is known as Al khawf At-tabi'i (natural fear).

Note: Prophet Musa (A.S.) wasn't yet a prophet during this phase of his life, so he would experience emotions of anxiety and fear as other people too.

In Q:28:24 , Musa helped the two sisters and did not demand for payment and immediately asked Allah for any help/relief because:
- he (A.S.) was known to be a very chivalrous man and asking - especially women - for money wasn't/ isn't part of chivalry.
- his act was sadaka ahead of asking Allah for help/relief. This is part of where the lesson and adab to perform sadaka before
asking Allah for something is learnt from.
- Also, he did what is known as FI SABIL ALLAH (for the sake of Allah), which is a form of J!had An Nafs.
- Allah immediately accepted his dua by one of the sisters speaking well about him to her father (prophet Shuaib A.S.) who then
asked to bring Musa (A.S.) to him.
- He was blessed to learn/do Khidma from a prophet of Allah.
- He was blessed by Allah with the marriage to one of the prophet's daughters.

- Musa (A.S.) came to that place in a state of fright/flight for his life and anyone in such a state has no appetite for the material things in life.
All the person is strongly yearning for is to be spared and protected by Allah, so we can see from his voyage with Khidr when juxtaposed with
that of the sisters, that he was in two completely different states.
1. state of flight/fright - became more aware of himself and Allah as his only source. And according to Q28:21, he was in a state of
Muraqaba (vigilance). Truly, someone in this state is so vigilant that life's pleasantries make no meaning to such a person.
2. state of rest/ non-flight - he became less aware as there was no imminent danger and as such, one in this state would most likely indulge in
the good things of life.

There is a saying that goes: "Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship."
A lot of people forget themselves and even Allah when all is going okay in their lives. The Quran also attests to this Q31:31-32

3. With the sisters, he had not attained prophethood, so there is a level of expectation from him as a human.
With Khidr, he was already a prophet, and so, there is higher level of expectation from him.

A lot of the older and past sheikhs will say something like:
"what is accepted for the everyday person becomes a degree of sin or darkness for an elite."
Meaning, to whom much is given, much is also expected.
An ordinary person can have expectations from people/things but the Salik cannot be this way. His/her expectations should
be fully in Allah, whether in a state of constraint or ease.
The higher one's station, the higher his/her Ihsan will/should be.

Musa (A.S.) got his prophethood when he was drawn by the fire/light and as a reminder of his station, Allah said to him:
" Ya Musa! have no FEAR. For truly in my presence, those called as messengers have NO FEAR ! Q27:10
And that is why fear and anxiety are stumbling block/darkness for the Salik. A guide with experience (Khidr) will help
expose your fears and also help in overcoming them, because what the sight beholds during ascension is tremendous indeed...
And with respect to his position/station, it does not befit Musa (A.S.) to have those layers of darkness hovering over him/his life.

It is interesting to note that his expectation from people did not reveal itself prior to being a prophet, when he helped the sisters and in a state
of dire need, rather, it manifested after he became a prophet of Allah and wasn't being chased for his dear life!
This goes to show that no one should rest on their laurels and think that they are safe or know it all, no matter the person's position.
Also, every situation, in ease or in difficulty, is a test from Allah, and as such, one should always be in a state of Muraqaba (vigilance).

May Allah be with us all, have mercy on us all and overlook our shortcomings, Amin.

Mashallah! Thanks for your detailed exposition, you never disappoint.

"Also, every situation, in ease or in difficulty, is a test from Allah, and as such, one should always be in a state of Muraqaba (vigilance)."

I really like this your conclusion. May Allah always help us to overcome our weaknesses and give us grace to act rightly be it ease or difficult amin. Jazakhumullahu khairan.

Hardrat Musa(as) actually practiced the third option when he helped the two sisters to water their sheep's by not demanding any things but rather asked Allah for any assistance from him right their immediately after task Q28:24, but ironically telling Hardrat Khidr(as) to take wages for his work?

Also, how would you class this kind of fear Hardrat Musa(as) had in Q28:21

Sheikh laduna it's been so long we tapped from your fountain of experience regarding matter of the other ends, well I am expecting your words of wisdom and knowledge and encouragement coupled with marifa, Masha Allah sheikh.
Lol @ sheikh grin. I am still a salik trying hard to better myself by subjugating my stubborn self-Nafs.

Whenever the need arises, we might still continue sharing our various experiences, it helps motivate us further to do more.

Okay, thank you for explaining it.
I have actually heard other shaykhs in other tariqas say almost the same thing about their own tariqa, that other ones (tariqas) will eventually fizzle and merge with their own over time as they are the eventual "flagbearers"... Allahu Alam.
Yes truly but more pronounced in Tijanniya tariqa. I think one can always switch over to the one you perceive more affinity. And even at other ends I am amazed from other sheikhs where instruction do come from, but more would definitely be from the sheikh you have most affinity or close to.

I have since reply your email and still expecting your reply.

ASIF prayer, they call it الداءرة الفلك الأثير (the circuit of the ethereal orbit) you can ask around for it.
.
Sheikh Empiree, Movado19 and other notable sheikhs here please anybody with prayer of Assif?

Reading his exploit again today in Holy Quran got me thinking how is able to pull such feat. I had to come read again what ikupakuti said earlier but this but he didn't disclose his prayers or Ayat.

Can anyone share anything more about this Prophet Suleiman (as) and Assif story? Or perhaps something of similar nature that can lend a support or pointers towards deeper understanding of his (Assif) karamah? Thanks

This is devastating and yet the reality.
Muhammad was a pioneer and so many Muslims who got on board using technology and social media to propagate the deen looked up to him.
Ever smiling, ever cheerful.

May Allah accept him with a goodly acceptance, forgive his shortcomings and establish him in the company of the prophets and the righteous, Amin.
May Allah bless his family and loved ones and heal the wound that this will obviously leave in their hearts, Amin.
May Allah bless us all with the ability and will to do all that pleases Him and bless our departure when the time comes, Amin.
Ameen
