Hello all, does anyone have the contact (genuine ) for transcript processing in UNILORIN ?

My sister has visited the school 4 times in the last 2 months, but no progress. She was there on Friday and the lady in the Senate building office told her they are yet to receive the transcripts from the departments, hence the delay.

What can I do to speed-up things? Note that the lady had asked for a tip and we agreed but on the condition that we receive confirmation that the courier company has picked up our transcripts.

Massive congratulations to all ITA clinchers. May the rest of the journey be smooth and swift.

And for those of us still preparing to write one exam or the other, may we all succeed too, amen!

I am super elated for you guys, what a pleasant surprise!

Hello house, does anyone have the contact details for DHL office handling WAEC transcripts to be sent to WES? I went to WAEC 3 weeks ago, after completing and submitting forms, I opted for DHL since the lady who attended to me mentioned they are faster than other courier companies. After I paid to her, she gave me a lady's number and asked me to call her after 2 weeks for tracking but the lady's number hasn't been connecting. Please help oh!

Thanks Judith. Please see my responses in bold
Judithomo:

You cannot use your culinary certificate from Nigeria for EE cause no ECA body will evaluate it, sure, I'm aware, WES is evaluating my Computer science degree, plus I'm preparing for BCS exams so I can get two or more degrees to boost my CRS score

also trade evaluation can only be done by provincial trade bodies. Most province requires you an average of 4.5 year work experience as a cook with proof before you can sit for RED SEAL exam in Canada.
it is for this reason I want to get the certificate atleast that's a proof that I learnt culinary art. You never know what they'll require of one to sit for the RED SEAL Exam.

Please don't pay that chef 1 kobo
... thanks dear grin

Sorry about that.....lol @ confusing post.

Please pardon me. I intend to start gathering my documents for when I get ITA.... grin...so I'm claiming 6 years for my own records.

Thank you for always being there. @Stencil

Stencil:
It wouldn't matter. May I know why you are claiming 6 years? Is it for your personal history or for ITA? Because to get ITA you only need 3 years to get max points.

ps: Your post confused me lol, I typed and deleted several answers before this one.

Hi again, please I need help with this. Don't jump and pass, biko!

Ladykeigh:
Hello, please I need clarification regarding this situation I have found myself in.

I attended a culinary school in 2013 but wasn't issued a certificate. Now I need the certificate to support evidence of my current profession as a Cook (NOC 6322).

I contacted the head chef of the school and he's asking me to pay for a 2 months course that'll cost 175,000 before the school can issue me a certificate. I requested that I'd like to have it backdated to 2013 since that was when I attended initially and it was also in that same year I began my catering business.

My concern is, would it matter if I claim 6 years (2013 till date ) experience in this profession but only got certified 6 years after i.e. 2019, present year?

I am considering attending another culinary school because I feel the head chef is not being fair. He probably senses that I need the certificate and wants to make money off of me. In addition, the location of the culinary school is quite a distance from my home. I told him I am currently preparing for an exam and attending classes won't be feasible. He said I can pay now and attend later.

I'd rather attend (and pay) another culinary school and get my certificate than pay him again for a service he already rendered.

So, seniors please advise. @topsmamen @stencil @ladymarshall et al.

Merci.

@LadyKeigh, Please do you now have a contact in ABU for your IJMB transcript? Please share when you get one. I will also let you know when i do. Thank you.

No, I don't, I decided to forego that option. I registered with CES instead of WES. That's going to take the need for IJMB out of the equation.

Good day fellow Canadians grin, (please let me confess what I want). grin

I have a question though and kindly do not refer me to page 1 or google because I already did.

I need to get transcript for IJMB to enable me submit my application for ECA with WES. I couldn't find any information online regarding this. ABU Zaria doesn't have options for IJMB transcript on their website. Has anyone journeyed this path? Please help me.

Is your business registered as a limited liability company or just a business name? If it is the former you'd get tax clearance from firs but if it is the latter your tax clearance will be from the state board of internal revenue

Thank you .

I went to Firs in Abuja.

Thank you. I know right. I have been to FIRS in Lagos and they keep tossing me up and down. To remit monthly VAT is an issue. They keep asking me to write a letter to request for my TIN to be redirected. But my question is, what documents did you submit for the tax clearance ? How much did it cost you? I just have to go back there soon. Thanks again
