This is one of the most informed comment I've read all through the first page down @bayo2018.

Most people here are either uninformed, not current about the prevailing mkt prices and not use to modern materials and techniques.

When the OP make an emphasis on nice good interior, i rightly knew his priority which is exclusive and exquisite interior. If it is just an average 3 bedroom bungalow I'd think he wouldn't have seek expert opinion on the budget of 12m he has.

I'd exquisite office interior of 70sqm for 10m even without furnishing. There's a wall finish i can apply on 10sqm wall that can cost upto 300k or more.

12m can finish a decent 3 bedroom bungalow for a mid-level interior but not for high-end interior.

Multiple Award-winning artist and songwriter David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has said that he did not join the protest against SARS.



So what was he trying to prove That the fans were insane and he wasn't.. Coward

During the meeting with the IGP of Nigeria, Davido was asked why he joined the protestors but he told the IGP that he only went there to calm the people down because they are his fans.
