My sister U won't understand, I was the one who came here some couple of months back asking for business ideas just to support my husband cos his salary has been mortgaged at the end I chose to do laundry becos I felt it will gv me time for my kid and d family before this I tried applying to few as a teacher to few schools here in IJEBUODE but the salary isn't worth it.....so I resorted to LAUNDRY....The average WE make monthly is 25,000 whc isnt enof for the bills we incur, Now tell me how do I employ a stay in cotonou maid from this pittance when I'll monthly pay her 10k from it.......

@ Laeroy , I am not a sabi mama (na visiting levels for now), but I am on the slim side and currently on a weight gain mission too. I hv been chopping up seriously since I decided to start eating big big portions of food. It does not really matter what u eat incase u dont hv money for those special fattening foods mama Zaynie mentioned. Just eat it in big quantity! Try to eat such that ur tummy becomes big n potrudes sef! When u cant eat again, PLS STOP n then when ur tummy goes down in a few hours, find food to eat again!
Just do this for like 2 days, U will see ur body filling out... I am a living testimony. My cheeks are fuller n my legs are less skinny now. Also see if u can get a liquid supplement called Wate On to help increase ur appetite n gv u fat/nutrients. And try to take afternun naps n sleep early at night.

I can relate to what u r saying. My advice is dt u shd get an assistant 2 do d laundry business or better still get save n get a washing machine n then pay a hustling boy to iron the clothes. U need to reduce d stress especially if God bless wth u wth an attention seeking n beautiful baby. Also try to eat vegetables, fruits n follow ur baby 2 sleep( force am even if d sleep no gree enter, jst close ur eyes). jst look fresh dts all! U don't knw Hw many ppl r envying ur slim figure Abi na stature...

3) I have not checked my daughter's weight lately but I guess she shld be up to 5kg although she's not on d big side.

Goodevening mamas.....my baby and I are presently down with malaria....and we're on Coartem ( an anti-malaria drug), please can I Continue breastfeeding her as it's written in the leaflet dat I shldn't breastfeed until 4 weeks after I Complete the last dose........Please I need swift responses....

Nice but that depends on your pocket though. As a beginner, you can leave out the dryer and get it later.


Washing machine is the most important here. You spin the clothes and air dry in like 30 minutes - 1 hour, then iron. That's all.
